「彼らの中にチェチェン人はいない」カフカス・センター所長語る（エル・ムンド）
９月５日付のエル・ムンド紙（電子版）は、カフカス・センター所長で言語学者のヴィサミ・ツツジェフ氏との単独インタビュー記事を掲載しています。このカフカス・センターは「カフカスのアル・ジャジーラ」との異名をとる放送局で（といっても、恥ずかしながら、実は私は始めてこれを知ったのですが）、このインタビューの中でもプーチン・ロシアに対する容赦の無い批判を繰り広げています。

Q. - Who were the kidnappers and what they had to do with Chechnya?
A. - I do not know who were those that occupied the school. But I have precise information on whom they were not: among them there were no Chechens. The ex- president of Ingushetia has declared it, Ruslán Aushev, that yes negotiated with them and yes it obtained that they released to 31 women and children. But when the western leaders begin to judge the Chechens, attributing automatically the events to its Army, we cannot avoid to infuriate to us deeply. A. -Off course.
