ＷＴＣ７の爆破解体を断言するビル爆破解体専門業者のビデオ：全字幕の和文対訳（１）
オランダにあるビル爆破解体専門会社であるJowenko Exposieve Demolitie B.V.のダニー・ジョウエンコ氏が、昨年９月にオランダのＴＶ番組Zembla investigates 9/11 theories出演の際に、その見編集フィルムの中でＷＴＣ７が爆破解体されたことを断言したこと、および今年２月に電話インタビューで再びその断定を繰り返したことは次の投稿でお知らせしました。

●以下に、この英語字幕を全て書き写しそれに日本語訳を施しましたものをお見せします。３つあるビデオの字幕の全てですので、３回に分けて投稿します。
私が手間隙かけてこの作業を行ったのは、このビデオの対話内容が、ＷＴＣの（第７ビルについてだけですが）爆破解体について、その道の専門家による相当に具体的で実践的な解体の方法に関する情報を与えてくれるものだからです。
ただ、会話の流れの中ですので理論的にまとめられた話にはなっていません。細かい部分では途中で話が変わっていたり、彼らが見ているコンピューター画面や写真などがほとんど写っていないため、「それ」「これ」などが何を指すのかよく分からない箇所が多くあります。それでもこの対話は専門業者がここまで具体的に詳しく第７ビル解体について語った初めてのものでしょう。貴重な記録です。

★ Year, you always get dust, nothing has been removed from it? Does the top go first? No, the bottom.

☆ It starts on the bottom.

★ They simply blew up columns and the rest caved in afterwards.

☆ Did this fall in a different way than the WTC?

☆ Yes, you see the bottom floors go first.

★ Yes, the rest implodes. This is controlled demolition.

★ I remember that they told they’ve imploded it, it smoked for days, there was already much smoke gone. Are you sure it was 11th? That can’t be.
私はそれが爆破解体されたという話があったことを覚えている【このthey toldはthey sayのように噂を聞いたことがあるという意味だと思うが･･･】。何日間も煙を吐き続けていた。すでに大量の煙が出ているね。本当に１１日なのかい？ ありえない。
☆ Seven hours after the World Trade Center came down.
ＷＴＣが倒壊した７時間後です。
★ Then they worked hard. I don’t know the construction of the building but then they rigorously, very quickly placed charges. They had the piece of luck that since there was already very much destroyed in the environment that you don’t have to be precise. You can imagine if there are all buildings surrounded that are intact and should stay intact with sensitive computer equipment, then you have to prepare very precisely your weakenings etc..
じゃあ、懸命になって作業したんだな。私はこのビルの構造は知らないが、そういうことなら彼らは必死になって大急ぎで炸薬を仕掛けたのだ。幸運に恵まれたんだ。詳しく言うまでもないが周辺にはすでに大量の破壊が起こっていた。想像がつくだろうけど、もし周辺のビルが手付かずで敏感なコンピューター装置が無傷で残っていたとしたら、ビルを弱める作業等々を極めて慎重に準備しなければならない。
☆ But it looks like it was that clean.
しかしこんなにきれいなように見えますが。
★ Ok, but it can be but I mean, I mean maybe that they then indeed used packet[?] charges instead off all the cutting torch work plus applying a linear cutter charge. Simply rigorously because it was a mess already.

★ Although I’ve seen a picture on internet, seen from above, it was not really clean, at the side there were walls 13-14 floors high still standing.

★ Let’s look, how do I have to see that? Is this an other building?

☆ There are some aerial photographs but everywhere you clearly see that only building seven collapsed cleanly with the outside walls going inside.
上空からの写真がいくつかあります。しかしどこを見渡しても、第７ビルだけが壁を内側に倒して見事に崩れています。
★ But you do that to…, here you start with your first times and then it traveled to the outside in order to get the walls going to inside etc. A charge in an H-beam, let’s say they were H-profiles. You only have to burn two holes, in the middle a cutter charge, two skew and you do that again below, a pressure charge against it, a piece of wood with a pressure charge, you connect it and boom, it is gone. It is… we also do that, we also topple steel-construction or implode it.
【この部分の訳は全く自信が無い。画面では手振りを交えて話しているのだが。】
いや、君はそう見るのだが･･･、このあたりから【図面のコア中央部を指す】始めてそして壁を内側に行かせるためにこれが外側に移動して、などなど。Ｈ型鋼材でのチャージなのだが、H-profiles【不明】だったとしよう。二つの穴を焼ききるだけで良い。中央部にカッター・チャージ。二つが斜めに走っていて、下のほうでもそうする。そこにプレッシャー・チャージを付ける。プレッシャー・チャージを取り付けた木切れだが。それをつないで爆発させる。すると崩れてしまう。それで･･･我々もそうするのだが、我々が鉄骨構造を倒すあるいは破裂させるわけだ。
☆ How long would it take for you for this building to…
このビルにはどれくらいの時間がかかるのですか。
★ If you are coming there with sufficient people and mark the places where the cutting torch guys have to do something… A cutter charge against it with a piece of duck tape, is no-time, a no-time job. A minute per charge, less, a half minute.
もし十分な人員がいて、バーナーで切断する作業をする場所を決めておくなら･･･。カッター・チャージをそれにダック・テープで【手でグルグル巻きにする動作】くっつける。これはほとんど時間のかからない作業だ。時間は要らない。一つのチャージに１分、速けりゃ３０秒。
☆ You have to place all pipes and place all wires.
パイプ【チャージのことか？】と電線を全部設置しなければなりませんよ。
★ It might have been worse, everyone knows his task.
できなきゃ、まずいことになっただろう。みんな自分の任務を知っているのだ。
☆ How many men and how much time do you need to do that?

★ You need experienced people but if you had thirty or forty men… Others hooking up the det cord and boosters. That all has to be coordinated and another hooks up the electronic systems, and then he goes.
熟練した者達が必要だがそれが３０人か４０人もいれば･･･。他の者達はdetコード【不明】とブースター【補助の火薬？】を吊り下げていく。これは全て組織的に動かなければならないしもう一人が電気配線を仕掛け、そして去る。
☆ Could this building spontaneously collapse for example because these columns and damaged in this way?
例えばこれらの支柱がこんなふうにダメージを受けたためにこのビルが自ら崩壊したようなことはありうるのですか？
★ No, I don’t believe that. No, I don’t believe that. But I have absolutely no single picture of the side of those big towers to building number seven.
いや、それは信じられない。考えられない。しかし私は第７ビルの両タワーに向いた面の写真を一枚も持ってないのだ。
