　現在の天皇は、民間シンクタンク「世界水会議」が主催する国際会議「第10回世界水フォーラム」においてビデオで基調講演をおこなった。
　
　日本の皇室が、国際会議「世界水フォーラム」が、水道民営化を世界的規模で推進しているグローバル水企業のヴェオリアらのロビー活動の場であることを隠すための煙幕の道具として使用されている。
　
　皇室は、外資や政商のビジネスの権威付けのための宣伝活動に使われるのではなく、あくまでも皇室ファンのためのものであっていただきたい。
