破格の値段によるＷＨ買収にも、金融派生商品が、関係しているにちがいないと、踏んでいる。（買収以前の損失を隠すために行われたデリバティブ買収劇。）

まるで、東芝は、災厄が、外からやって来たと言う口ぶりだけれど、本当は、ＷＨ買収に至った経緯にも、金融派生商品による損失が存在するに、ちがいない。
