On Thursday, Vice President of Afghan Administration and Commander in Chief for Kabul Zone, Saleem Ullah Khan went to enter the President's Chamber through a special access door. Karzai's security guards got furious and pointed their weapons at him. In reply Afghan soldiers also pointed their guns at the Americans but the ice was broken when high ranking officials at the scene. It is told that no one is allowed to enter the President Chamber from this door, which clearly represents the lack of confidence the Americans have, thinking of themselves as strangers and seeing every coming person as an enemy.
