Oct 04, 2002 Source;Jihad Unspun
According to our sources, the American government has begun efforts to replace Hamid Karzai administration in Afghanistan with an alternate leadership that clearly shows their lack of confidence in him.
Under the alternative leadership plan, Zahir Shah's supporter Mustafa Zahir who would be made President and Adul Sattar Seerat, who would become Prime Minister.
The plan is being kept secret due to the opposition from Northern Alliance.
According to sources, during the five month period of Hamid Karzai's administration, security situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated.
Commanders refuse to obey the Central Government and have evoked old quarrels between each other that is resulting in the Central Government loosing strength day by day.
Seeing the weakness, the Northern Alliance have been criticizing the Central Government publicly.
Northern Alliance spokesman Payam criticized the Central Government again several days ago.
America is negotiating "behind closed doors" with several tribal elders and leaders.
Apparently, America wants to decrease Northern Alliance's influence on the Central Government so that the other tribal elders and Pakhtoon Commanders can strengthen the central government.
