"This was not an arrest," said Fisher. "It was a kidnapping cooked up by [U.S. President George W.]Bush and [Japanese President Junichiro] Koizumi."
"They are war criminals and should be hung." called Japan's government "gangsters" and said the U.S. was "Jew-controlled."

NARITA, JAPAN - Accusing Japan and the United States of "kidnapping" him, chess legend Bobby Fischer left a Japanese detention centre Thursday to board a flight to Iceland.
Fischer, now with a long white beard, had been held in Japan since July 13. The 62-year-old chess whiz is fighting a deportation order to the United States for allegedly violating sanctions imposed on the former Yugoslavia by playing a chess match there in 1992.
However, last week Iceland granted him citizenship.
As he left the detention centre, Fischer took a few parting shots at the U.S. and Japan.
"This was not an arrest," said Fisher. "It was a kidnapping cooked up by [U.S. President George W.]Bush and [Japanese President Junichiro] Koizumi."
"They are war criminals and should be hung."
In more bizarre behaviour, Fischer pretended he was going to urinate on a wall, called Japan's government "gangsters" and said the U.S. was "Jew-controlled."
Fischer was accompanied out of the centre by his fiancée, Miyoko Watai, the head of Japan's chess association and Iceland's ambassador to Japan.
Moving to Iceland likely won't end U.S. extradition attempts, as the country has an extradition treaty with the U.S.
