Our collaborator Marivilia Carrasco has directed an analysis to us elaborated by the Movement of Latin American Solidarity on the genocide attack mounted by Chechens and Arab terrorists against a Russian scholastic center. According to the MSIa everything indicates to the Anglo-Saxons like people in charge.
The comparison has been inevitable. In the anniversary eves third of the attacks of the 11 of September of 2001 in New York and Washington, the Russian Federation faces its "3 of September", mega-attacks planned terrorist to cause the maximum effect of horror, not only in the attacked country, but anywhere in the world. In the same way which in the attacks of the 2001 it is fundamental that the dynamics of the call "international terrorism" is understood in their own context, the attributed one to Islamic radicals or of any other sign.
In fact we are presenting at a vast global strategic rearrangement, in which the control and dominion of the region of Central Caucasus-Asia and its power reserves play a fundamental role between the participants of the geopolitical chess and in which the terrorism rarely acts like an independent factor.
In the book ‘Terror against the national State’, published in December of 2001 by the editorial team of this Strategic Review, the objectives of the attacks of the 11 of September were described thus:
(...) The operation (has) two immediate intentions. First it would be to produce a species of "effect Pearl Harbor", inducing to pre-conditions to justify a geopolitical operation of great scale, being involved to the Middle East and the region of Central Asia where Afghanistan occupies a strategic position. The basic idea would be to cause a "shock of civilizations", according to the line defined by ideologists of the Establishment, and promoted by the Siamese brothers of badly the Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger. With this approach. A chain reaction of the West against the Muslim world would take place. In fact it would be an attempt of re-edition of the "Great Game", plotted by the British Empire in century 19, to dispute with Russia the dominion of Central Asia, with Afghanistan always occupying an outstanding position in the strategic scene.

Now, the scaling of terrorist acts happened in the Russian Federation the last weeks, that culminated with the atrocities of Beslán, in the North Osetia, are fitted in the context of the actions of Vladimir Putin, to not only reestablish the control of the Russian State on the strategic resources of the country, but also its influence between the countries of the former USSR, like part of a strategy to position to Russia like pivot of an ample axis of Euro-Asiatic cooperation.
Between the initiatives of Putin that have incurred the displeasure of the West, its offensive against the Russian calls stands out "oligarchy", personified in the legal action against the controller of the oil company Yukos, Mikhail Jodorkowsky
All this was explained in the newspaper of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Krasnaya Zvezda, by Mikhail Alexandrov, specialist of think-tank Moscow Institute CIS. The events in Russia and its surroundings form one second, and more dangerous phase of a strategy of neutralization of the country like global actor in the period post-USSR, in which the perspective of a generalized conflict cannot discard, which will depend, to a great extent, of the reaction of Putin and its circles and, also, according to ‘The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and its Geostrategic Imperatives’, of the understanding of that reality in the other countries.
In conversation with Strategic Review, a veteran to insider of Washington comments out following useful on the recent terrorist attacks in Russia:
It seems to me that it is possible to be assumed surely that there are involved external elements in the terrorist action in Ossétia of the North, with the following objectives:
1) To provoke Russia so that it carries out aggressive actions against terrorists, the military, correlated diplomats, who will still debilitate his fragile alliance with Germany and France, at the same time in which it approaches it a reconciliation with the United States and Israel;
2) To prepare the land for later terrorist actions against Russia, if Moscow rejects that threat and supply synchronizes;

Consequently, the fragile cooperation between Europe and Russia can be cracked by the tensions of the present facts (that European strategy is analogous to the European support to the "rebels" in Colombia, Peru, Mexico. They are against the United States, but they are imperialistic to its way).
It is important to add that those European forces are those that prefer a victory of (John Kerry). The antecedents of the denominated cause Chechnya are the following ones:
1) the Caucasus was dominated by Russia after the Napoleonic Wars. The British offered to Russia, supporting the resistance of the Chechen tribes, in the person of David Urquhart, the decade of 1830 (later, he would be patron of violently anti Russian the Karl Marx). Urquhart arrived at the end to design the first Chechen flag.
2) Throughout century XIX the British did all the possible one to unite to the Chechens and other Muslim tribes from the region to Eastern the Polish and European opposition to Russia. This it is the origin of which later World war would happen in the period post II.

Political chess in the Middle East
In the geopolitical board of the Middle East were new plays that did not reduce for anything the high political temperature of the region:
▼ Iraq: The losses of the Armed Forces of the United States come near to the thousand (to which there are to add other seven thousands of wounded). The resolution, elaborated by pressures of the United States with the endorsement of France, destines to press the Lebanese parliament so that it does not approve a constitutional amendment that it would allow the re-election of president Emile Lahoud, of Syria inclinations pro (the amendment was approved hours after the Resolution).
The Russian chancellor, Sergei Lavrov, present in Beirut, said to the press: "As you know, we and other five countries registered our objection to this resolution. The position of Russia is of respect to the sovereignty of all the countries of the region and has the desire on which each one of those countries lives peacefully and security with its neighbors ". In addition to Russia, China, Brazil, Algeria, Pakistan and the Philippines abstained.
▼ Russia: Moscow again returns to be an active protagonist in the region. The chancellor Sergei Lavrov finishes making visits to Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Egypt, that were, for example, in an agreement against the terrorism signed with Israel and a future visit of Syria president Bashar to the Assad to Moscow.
