●タリバン政府の内務大臣ムッラー・アブドゥル・ラザック・アーワンドは、
「タリバンはまもなく、タリバンを支持するアフガン国民と共に再結成し、活動を再開する。」と語った。
ロイター通信社とのこのインタビューはスピン・ボルダックで行われた。
ムッラー・アブドゥル・ラザックはまた、カルザイの暫定政権は米国と他の西欧諸国からの強力な支援にもかかわらずアフガニスタンの法と秩序を維持出来なかったと語った。
彼は、「タリバンは40,000人の軍隊のみで国中の法と秩序を維持した。そして、新しい体制のなかで増殖する不正と無法のために人々がタリバンを呼び戻すのは時間の問題だ。」と語った。
ムッラー・オマルについてムッラー・アーワンドは、オマル師はまだアフガニスタンに居ると言ったが、居場所は明らかにしなかった。
彼自身に関して、彼は武器を置いたという非難（カルザイ政権に降服したという非難）を否定し、息絶えるまでタリバンを支え続けるだろうと語った。

Ibn Abbas (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAWS) said:
"There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days (the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah)."
The people asked, "Not even jihad for the sake of Allah?"
He said, "Not even jihad for the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing."

Abu Qatadah (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAWS) said:
"Fasting on the day of Arafah is expiation for the sins of two years, the year preceding it and the year following it."

SPIN BOLDAK (Sana News):
The Interior Minister of the Taliban government, Mulla Abdul Razzaq Akhwand said that that the Taliban will soon regroup and initiate their activities again with the whole Afghan nation supporting them.
This interview with the Reuters News Agency was held in Spin Boldak.
Mulla Abdul Razzak also said Karzai's interim government had failed to maintain law and order in Afghanistan despite immense support from the US and other Western countries.
He mentioned that the Taliban maintained law and order across the country with only 40,000 troops and it is only a matter of time before the people call the Taliban back because of the increasing injustice and lawlessness of the new regime.
Talking about Mulla Omar, Mulla Akhwand said that he is still in Afghanistan, but did not disclose any location.
Regarding himself, he denied any blame that he had laid down his weapons for Karzai's Government and said that he will continue to support the Taliban till his last breath.
Pakistan Hands Over Former Governor of Herat, Mulla Khair Ullah to the US
CHAMAN (Special Report):
The Pakistan government handed the former Taliban governor of Herat to the US forces.
He was arrested few days back in the border village of Chaman by the Pakistani Intelligence Agency.
The US had previously tried to capture him and had landed their helicopters in Irghistan region, but he succeeded in escaping them and made it to Chaman after walking for five days.
Mulla Khair Ullah Khair Khwa is a close relative of the interim Afghan leader Hamid Karzai.
His arrest will have a bad impact over Karzai's rule in Afghanistan as Afghan people considered him to be a puppet ruler with no powers.
