●タリバン司令官ムッラー・ファザルがキューバへ移送される。
高名なタリバン司令官、国防副大臣ムッラー・ファザルがカンダハルの監獄からキューバのキャンプX-RAYに移送された。
タリバンとアル・カイーダの他の捕虜も一緒だったことが国際的なメディアで流された拘留中のムジャヒディンの映像で確認された。
義肢で歩いているで特にムッラー・ファザルは目立った。
手錠をかけられ、鎖に繋がれて歩く彼の顎鬚が全部剃り落とされたことは明らかだった。
ムジャヒディンの兄弟たちに対するこのような扱いをムスリムは忘れるはずはない。
●この戦争の過程で、米国は非武装の捕虜たちを爆撃した。これらの捕虜は武装解除し、安全な所へ避難させられていたタリバンである。
タリバンが北部アフガニスタンのマザリシャリフから退却（武器を引き渡して安全な通行を保障された）したときが最初である。。
米国の軍用機は自らの法のみを守り、気が向くと無慈悲にこれらの非武装の捕虜に爆弾を落とす。
ドスタム将軍（見たところ、交渉の仲介に努めた）に騙されて、学校の建物を避難所にした人たちがこの攻撃の犠牲者である。
タリバンの多くは、殺されるか、傷つけられるかして、後で拘束された。
２番目の例は、刑務所の反乱に乗じた、キラ・エ・ジャンギ刑務所に対する空爆である。
大部分の捕虜は縛られていたため、安全な場所へ逃げられず、この野蛮な攻撃で死んだ。
空爆は地上の海兵隊員が命じた。したがってこれは米軍によって承認されたものであり、米軍は捕虜のこの継続的な非人道的扱いに責任がある。
３番目は、タリバンの一部がクンドゥス地方のChardarra（米軍用機に爆撃されるだけだった）で武器を置いた時であった。
あらゆる場合に米国は明確な戦争犯罪を犯し、全世界が厳守することを期待するジュネーブ協定を破り続ける。
もし、西側が”文明化世界”と呼ぶものが、戦争法に違反する米国のはなはだ偽善的で尊大なスタンスを非難出来ずにそれに従うとしたら、
残りのイスラム・ウンマは、そのような野蛮人の手にどんな希望を持てるというのだ？
●デイリー・イスラムは、3,700人以上の捕虜（700人はパキスタン、バングラディッシュ、ビルマ出身、残りはタリバン）が米国の監督下でシャバルガーン刑務所に収容されていることを明らかにした。
これらの捕虜が厳しい拷問を受け、非人道的な環境におかれていることをレポートは示唆する。
彼らは1日に、半人分のパンを与えられている。
そして寒さを防ぐことも、怪我も診てもらうことも出来ず、一部の人は1ヵ月以上も日光の下へ出ていない。
最近の目撃者情報によると、ドスタム将軍に忠実な4人以上の兵士が無慈悲にもロッドで捕虜を打ち、数人の米国人がこの様子を撮影していたということだ。
3,500人以上のムジャヒディン捕虜がドスタムに裏切られ、その後死んだと報告された。
イスラム・ウンマは、これが米国の管理下および承認の下で起こったことだと思い出させらるに違いない。
米軍は尋問のためならどの捕虜でも連れ出せると報告されている。たいていの場合拷問と恥をかかせること以外の理由はない。
3000人のタリバン捕虜は600人収容可能な刑務所の別々の区画に拘置されている。
同様に、外国の捕虜のうちの700人は、200人収容可能な区画に拘置されている。
少なくともこのような非人道的な行為に対するイスラム教徒からの批判はあるのか？何処にあるのか？
イスラムの名誉を守る為に生きたこれらの無防備なムジャヒディンの為に時間を費やす価値はないのか？
本当に、この所業のたいする世界中のイスラム教徒の態度は臆病で偽善的なだけだった。
たとえ、どれほど不信心者がそれを憎もうともアッラーの光は常に完成する。

Taliban Commander, Mulla Fazal, Humiliated and Transferred to Camp X-ray

TALIBAN COMMANDER MULLA FAZAL HUMILIATED AND TRANFERRED TO CUBA
KARACHI(Islam News):
The famous Taliban Commander and Vice Defence Minister, Mulla Fazal Akhand, has been shifted to Camp X-ray in Cuba from a Kandahar prison.
Other prisoners also accompanied them from the Taliban and Al-Qaida, which was verified by pictures of the imprisoned Mujahideen shown by the international media.
Mulla Fazal was particularly recognizable since he was seen walking with his characteristic artificial leg.
However, it was clear that his beard had been forcefully shaved off as he was seen walking handcuffed and tied in chains.
How can the Muslims ever forget the way their Mujahideen brothers have been treated?
US WARPLANES CONTINUE TO ATTACK UNARMED COMBATANTS AND VIOLATE HUMAN RIGHTS
KANDAHAR(Islam News):
During the course of this war, US warplanes have carried our bombing raids over unarmed prisoners from the Taliban who had surrendered their arms and were being evacuated to safety.
The first instance of this was when the Taliban were evacuating the northern Afghan city of Mazar-e-Sharif, after having surrendered their weapons and being ‘guaranteed’ a safe passage out.
US warplanes, continuing its practise of only respecting its own laws as and when it feels like it, mercilessly bombed these unarmed prisoners.
The victims of this attack were taken to a make shift shelter in a school building, where they were betrayed by General Dostum, who had apparently tried to broker negotiations with them.
Many of the Taliban were killed, injured or later imprisoned.
The second instance was when US warplanes carried out air strikes on Qila-e-Jangi prison, in response to an apparent prison revolt.
Most of the prisoners had been tied up and unable to move to safety and hence perished in this barbaric attack.
The air strikes had been ordered by US marines from the ground and hence endorsed by the US Military, who is responsible for this continuing inhumane treatment of prisoners of war.
The third instance was when some of the Taliban had laid down their weapons at Chardarra in the province of Kunduz, only to be bombed by US warplanes.
On every occasion, the US has committed clear war crimes and continues to violate the same Geneva Conventions that it expects the whole world to adhere to.
If what the west calls the ‘civilised world’ fails to condemn and act upon the blatant hypocritical and arrogant stance of the US in its violation of the Laws of War, then what hope can the rest of the Muslim Ummah have at the hands of such barbarians?
3700 PRISONERS HELD IN SHABARGHAN PRISON UNDER INHUMANE CONDITIONS
KABUL(Islam's Correspondent):
The Daily Islam newspaper has disclosed that over 3,700 prisoners, 700 of which are from Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Burmese origin, whilst the rest are Taliban, are being held at Shabarghan prison under US supervision in Afghanistan.
Confirmed reports suggest that these prisoners are being heavily tortured and being held in inhumane conditions.
They are being fed half a portion of bread a day, not protected from the cold, not having their injuries seen to and some have been kept out of sunlight for over a month.
A recent eyewitness account stated that over four troops loyal to General Dostum, mercilessly beat a prisoner with rods as some US personnel made films of this.
It has been reported that over 3,500 Mujahideen prisoners have been betrayed by Dostum and subsequently killed.
The Muslim Ummah must be reminded that this is all happening under US supervision and approval.
It has been reported that members of the US Military can take any of the prisoners for interrogation, usually without any reason except for torturing and humiliating them.
The 3000 Taliban prisoners are being kept in a separate section of the prison, which was only built to hold 600.
In the same way, 700 of the foreign prisoners are being held in a section only meant for 200 people.
One can rightly ask as to where are all the masses of criticism from the Muslims at least regarding such inhumane acts?
Is it that these defenceless Mujahideen, who lived their lives to protect the honour of Islam, are not worth wasting time over?
Indeed the attitude of the Muslims all around the world in response to this has been nothing but cowardly and hypocritical.
And the Light of Allah shall always be perfected, no matter how much the disbelievers may hate it.
