●シェイク・シュアイビ死去
2002年1月18日（金）の早朝、アラブア半島のカシーム地方で、シェイク・アブ・アブドゥッラー・ハモウンド・ビン・アブドゥッラー・ビン・ウクラー・ビン・ムハンマド・ビン・アリ・ウクラー・アシュ・シュアイビ・アル・カーリディが死去した。
彼の葬儀は金曜日の祈りの後に行なわれ、何千人もの人々が参列した。
我々の哀悼の意を偉大な獅子を失ったイスラム・ウンマに贈る。
盲目のシェイクは真実を語ることを一番重視していた。
彼は、変節したサウジアラビア体制とそのアメリカの主人に抵抗した人々の最前線にいた。
彼は人々が心のうちで、聖戦士オサマ・ビン・ラディンを支持している時期に、公に彼を支持する勇気を持った数少ない人であった。

●オーストラリア兵士が、カンダハル近くをパトロール中に地雷を踏み重傷を負った。
これは、「イスラム−テロリズムとの戦争」における初のオーストラリア兵士の負傷である。
オーストラリアの国防省は、兵士1名の負傷を確認した。
アフガニスタンでのオーストラリア軍が存在は、これがイスラム教との戦争であることの更なる証明である。
オーストラリアとは誰だ？ オーストラリアはアフガニスタンと何の関係があるのだ？
何故、オーストラリアは兵士を何の関係も無い土地に派遣して彼等自身に敵を作っているのか？
西洋の政府は政策として自ら敵を作る。そして、この政策のために（彼らの）市民が死ぬと嘆く。

Sheikh Hammoud Bin Uqla Ash-Shuaibi Passes Away

In the early hours of Friday 18 January 2002, corresponding to 04 Dhul-Qa'dah 1422AH, the Imam of Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jama'ah, the Mujahid, the Allamah, the Sheikh Abu Abdullah Hammoud bin Abdullah bin Uqlaa bin Muhammad bin Ali bin Uqlaa Ash-Shuaibi Al-Khalidi from Aale Jinah, from the tribe of Bani Khalid, passed away, aged 76 in the region of Qaseem of the Arabian Peninsula.
His funeral prayer was conducted after Friday Prayers and was attended by thousands of people.
We would like to express our condolences to the Muslim Ummah on this sad occasion and the loss of this great lion.
The blind Sheikh was foremost in speaking the truth and standing up for it.
He was at the forefront of those who stood up against the apostate Saudi regime and its American masters.
He was one of the few people brave enough to publicly support the Mujahid Usama bin Ladin, at a time whilst others were supporting him in their hearts.
Insha-Allah, in the next day or two we will be posting a complete biography of the Sheikh but for now we say that let those who weep, weep at this tragic loss to the Muslim Ummah.

MORE US COMMANDOS LAND IN KHOST
PESHAWAR (Islam News):
More US commandos have landed in Khost on seven helicopters to try and destroy the Zawar Jihad-Waal training camp and other Jihad camps in Jaji so that the Taliban or any other group cannot initiate a struggle against the puppet Afghan government in the future.
These regions contain former Jihad camps of Hekmatyar's Hizb-e-Islami, Rabbani's Jamiah Islamiyyah, Sayyaf's United Islami and Jalaluddin Haqqani during the Afghan war against the Soviet Union.
17 ARAB MUJAHIDEEN CHAINED IN KOHAT PRISON, PAKISTAN
PESHAWAR (Islam News):
17 Al-Qaida Mujahideen are bound with heavy chains in Kohat District Prison in Pakistan under the guard of the Pakistan Frontier Constabulary (FC).
The Commander of the Frontier Constabulary is directly responsible for these prisoners.
Without his express permission, nobody is allowed to go inside or meet with these prisoners.
A former National Assembly member, Jawed Ibrahim, disclosed the inside picture of Kohat prison that the prisoners are being held in inhumane conditions and are permanently bound by chains 24 hours a day.
The apostate Pakistani regime is very strict on holding and tying these prisoners, who came to Afghanistan in the defence of Islam, but infront of India and America, they are like mice and powerless to do anything.
They are powerless infront of the Christian Crusaders, Jews and Hindus whose hands drip wet with the blood of Muslims.
President Musharraf is fierce and strict against Muslims but trembles and lowers his voice infront of India.
Who is Musharraf to speak for Islam and say what 'true' Islam is and what 'extreme' Islam is, when he drinks alcohol, carries his pet dogs in his hands and openly declares the Jew, Mustafa Kamal Ataturk, as his hero.
All of their power, training, organisational skills, finance and efforts are directed against Muslims.
As the martyred Sheikh Abdullah Azzam said:
"We Muslims can never be defeated by others, instead we are defeated by our ownselves."
LAND MINE EXPLOSION INJURES AUSTRALIAN COMMANDO
CANBERRA (Online):
An Australian commando has been severely injured by a land mine explosion near Kandahar, whilst on routine patrol duty.
This is the first injury of an Australian soldier in this war against Islam/terrorism.
The Australian Defence Ministry has confirmed that one of their soldiers was injured.
The presence of Australian troops in Afghanistan further lends proof that this is a war against Islam.
Who is Australia and what does Australia have to do with Afghanistan?
Why is Australia making enemies for itself, by sending its soldiers to a land and a people it has nothing to do with?
Western Governments make enemies for themselves with their policies and then when their civilians are killed because of these policies, they weep.
