えひめ丸事件をめぐる不当ないいがかり――アメリカの陰謀マニアの憂鬱なる限界
●英語圏の陰謀関係MLに本日登場した２件のトンデモ陰謀説を
紹介しておかねばなりません。
●最初のメールは「スパイニューズ」というMLからのもので、「日本は
米国の領海で、漁業や航海実習の名目でスパイをしていたことがある
から、今回もそういうスパイ行為の最中だったんじゃないか。日本には
スクリュー音を消すハイテク設計・加工テクノロジーがあり、日米は80年
代にはそうした事業に関与していたので、沈没した“トロール漁船”もそうしたハイテクを装備していたのではないか」という妄想メール。日本の
教育現場の貧弱ぶりをご存じないのは仕方ないとしても、こいつニュー
スをまともに読んでないな――米国のインターネットニュースでは今回
のニュース記事が溢れ返るほど出まわってるってのに――と一見して
わかるバカな内容。
●二番目のメールは「ニューワールドオーダー」確立を目論む陰謀勢力
が米国日戦争を仕掛けるために起こした陰謀で、ロシアのクルクス原潜
事故も一枚噛んでいる、という荒唐無稽説。この人は、「ハワイで軍の
ヘリコプターが事故を起こしたのも日本が電磁波兵器で攻撃したから。
さらにカリフォルニア州の電力危機も日本による秘密破壊行為のせい」
だってさ……。【苦笑】 こちらは「コンスピラシー・セオリー」ってMLか
らの引用なんだけどさ。
●世界最強の軍事力を傍若無人にもてあそんでいる奴らが、きまりの
わるい事件が起きると“被害者”づらして陰謀説に逃げ込む、ってのは
阿呆で卑怯な陰謀論者の典型ですな。（軍当局と一般市民をひとくくり
に論じるカテゴリーエラーはナンセンスだけど、一般市民といえども陰謀
を云々するなら、すくなくとも入手可能な情報を集めて内容吟味し、軍事
的・政治的・経済的なパワーをきちんと評価することから始めないとね。)
おっと、そういや日米の力量差についての冷静な評価を、見たくないから“却下”して、むやみな“陰謀説を援用してけっきょく「真珠湾奇襲」を
やらかしちまった旧・大日本帝国の軍部も、同じような過ちをやらかした
んでしたっけ。

I'm writing in regard to the recent accident which occurred off Hawaii
recently and which is the subject of a current NTSB investigation. I
really hate it when the Navy makes a captain swing in the wind to
save face in international politics.
On behalf of Commander Waddel getting a "fair shake", I would like to
point out that the Japanese government often disguises spying
operations and R&D operations as "fishing explorations" or student
projects. The development of stealth technology at sea is not unheard
of in our day and age. The fishing vessel could also very easily have
been "stalking" the submarine.
Was it really correct for the Japanese fishing vessel, an advanced
oceanic laboratory, to be operating in a U.S. Navy military operations
area?
However, the major point I am going to make is in regard to the type of
propeller on the fishing vessel. If this propeller was milled using an
advanced propeller milling technology which our country shared with the Japanese in the 1980's, it is possible that the frequency produced
by such a propeller could be stealthily quiet. Furthermore, if its
frequency was a harmonic of that of the submarine's screw, it's
frequency could have been cancelled out by the frequency of the
submarine's propeller resonating through the sea at harmonic levels. It
is possible that the Japan ese were testing an undersea noise-
cancelling technology similar to those we have in aviation headsets.
The
sound of the screws of the sub and the fishing vessel could have
been made to cancel each other out.
Another distinct possiblity exists, i.e., that the fishing vessel had
turned off its engines to listen for the submarine (or whales) and was
in fact tracking it but not expecting it to breech suddenly as it did.
All these avenues should be investigated before condemning the captain of the USS Greenville, Commander Waddel.

P.S. During the 1980's, we developed and shared an advanced CAD/CAM
propeller milling technology with Japan which made our submarines
super-quiet and which could not be easily heard by the Russians.
It's transfer to Eastern Block nations was prohibited by law.
The Russian's propellers were loud, clunky things which we could
hear from the East Coast coming through Gibraltar easily. In 1987,
Toshiba Corporation illegally transferred this technology to USSR by
way of a Norwegian intermediary. Since then I have avoided doing any
business with or using Toshiba products, computers or otherwise.

Hi everybody,
The last events in the west coast of the US (the Calif. power crisis,
the submarine accident that hit the Japanese trawler, and the
mysterious crash of the helicopters in Hawai) was (so I think) the
first shot in a WW3 that might be the first active act of a new-world-
order group. This NWO group caused one or two of those events, just
to dispute the politics between two of those superpowers, and to
start a war between them. so in the end of this world, this NWO group
will take control of the US, or even more (world-order).
Those events, so I think, are more then just a weird coincidence, and
We think that there is some kind of silent war between the Americans
and the Japanese.
We think that the Calif. Power crisis is much more complicated then
it seems, maybe the Japanese deliberately sabotaged the electric
power in Calif. (I still dont know the reason), and the "acci
dent"
between the US submarine wasn't an accident, and it was a counter hit against the Japanese aggresion against the US.
We think that the Japanese used somekind of an EMP (Electro-Magnetic-Pulse)device against both of the helicopters in Hawai (thats
explain why both of the helicopters crash together, but they did'nt
collided -information from the YahooNews (14.02.01)).
And I can add, that maybe the Kurask accident, was as well another
trick of this NWO group, that want to heat up the Soviet front as well.
So please correct me, if I'm wrong in one of these events, and tell
me what you think about this weird coincidence, can it be that a NWO
group is ready to take action, and try to take over the world?
