旧約聖書の従来解釈と
ユダヤ国家建国の正当性が
覆るかもしれない……
●陰謀系の米国ニュースサイトが興味深い記事を伝えています。
ユダヤ系フランス人の聖書学者が綿密な歴史学的考証を行なった
結果、「約束の地」に住み、その土地を逐[お]われて「エクソダス」
――“出エジプト”――を行なったのはユダヤ人でなくエジプト人だ
った。それに「モーゼ」の正体はエジプトのラムセス１世だった可能
性が高い……。
●これが本当だとすると、聖書解釈はひっくり返るだろうし、それよ
り何より、イスラエル国家の建国の正当性が完全に揺らいでしまう。
「イスラエル」とはヘブライ語で「神とともに戦う」(Gen.32:28)だそうだ
けど、これまでの中東戦争で、エジプトの領土を盗み取ったのは、
あれ何だったんだ……ということになるでしょうね。 虚偽の“権利”
を騙[かた]って他人の正当な財産を盗んできたことになるわけで。
●そういうわけで、このフランス人学者たちは、どのような形になる
にせよ、弾圧を受けるのではないかな。 なにせ決定的に重要な
神話――というかフィクション――を破綻させる糸口を見つけだした
のだから……。 まあイスラエルのことだから、米国の腰抜け政権
を焚き付けて、湾岸戦争の時のように貴重な史跡を爆弾で廃墟に
して“都合の悪い証拠”を地上から抹消する、なんて手口も使うかも
しれないが……。

BIBLical claims that the first inhabitants of the Promised Land were
Jews ordered by Moses to flee Egyptian oppression may have to be
re-written.
Two French Jewish academics claim those who fled were not Jews - but
rebellious Egyptians. They even claim Moses was not king of the Jews at
all but may actually have been pharaoh Rameses I. They reached the
controversial conclusions after comparing the Old Testament account of
the Exodus with Egyptian hieroglyphic writings from the same period
3,300 years ago.
Brothers Messod and Roger Sabbah claim the so-called Hebrews were
Egyptians who got in trouble for insisting only one God existed - heresy
to the official belief in many gods.
Hieroglyphs make no mention of a Jewish exodus, but give a detailed
report of an expulsion at that time of the inhabitants of Akhet-Aton,
known today as Tell-el-Amarna, by the future Pharaoh Ai. The brothers
wrote: "There is an indisputable record of mass deportations from
Akhet-Aton as punishment for disavowal of the state religion." Equally
startling is their claim that Moses was just a myth - created to depict
the pharaohs' divine power. His symbols of authority were a snake and a
rod - the same as those wielded by the pharaohs in ancient
sculptures.Comparisons of Hebrew spellings and Egyptian hieroglyphs also
indicate that Abraham, Isaac and other Old Testament figures were
actually Egyptian princes, while Sarah and Rebecca were really Egyptian
princesses.
