●表題のような報道が、パレスチナ独立運動を応援する「Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) 」というニュースメディアによって報じられました。まるで北朝鮮のキム・ジョンイルのような物騒なことを言っているヘブライ大学教授の Martin Van Creveld というのはウェブ検索してみるとなるほど強硬な発言をしている人物ですが、この件についてはニュースソースが IAP だけなので、この記事の真偽はいまのところ確認できません。

●クレヴェルドが本当にこういう恫喝めいたことを発言したとすれば、国際政治の七不思議（苦笑）となってきたイスラエルの核武装について公言しているわけですから、国際的に物議を醸して当然ですし、実際に「ヨーロッパへの核攻撃」を（たとえ軽口であったにせよ）言明したとすればヨーロッパ諸国がイラクや北朝鮮よりもまずもって“すでに核兵器体系を備えてしまった”イスラエルへの査察や武装解除に動いて当然だと思うのですが……。しかしなにせ「ユダヤ人没収財産の保管を引き受けてナチスに協力した」というテーゼを持ち出して90年代金融戦争でスイスを追いつめた勢力ですから、ヨーロッパも見て見ぬ振りをするのでしょうかねぇ……。
●それにしても、81年のイラク原子炉への空爆みたいな“国家テロ”を公然と行ない、不当な占領とパレスチナ占領地の“ゲットー化”をいっこうにやめようとせず、核兵器の大量保有が公然の秘密になっているイスラエルという“国家を名乗るテロ集団”が、どうして存在しつづけていられるのかは現代史の謎ですなあ。
●ついでですから記しておきますが、スペースシャトルの空中分解で“殉職”したイラン・ラモンというイスラエル人飛行士は、悪名高い「ガラリアの平和」大量虐殺事件やイラクのオシラク原子炉空爆“国家テロ”に参加していた人物だったんですねえ。しかもイスラエルでは軍備調達＆開発の重要なポストにいたようです。そういう人物がまったくの“平和な科学実験”のためにコロンビアに搭乗したのでしょうか？？？

Ilan Ramon was born June 20,1954, in Tel Aviv, Israel. Ramon graduated from High School in 1972, and received a bachelor of science degree in electronics and computer engineering from Tel Aviv University in 1987.
In 1974, Ramon graduated as a fighter pilot from the Israel Air Force (IAF) Flight School. From 1974-1976, he participated in A-4 Basic Training and Operations. The years 1976-1980 were spent in Mirage III-C training and operations. In 1980, as one of the IAF's establishment team of the first F-16 Squadron in Israel, he attended the F-16 Training Course at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. From 1981-1983, he served as the Deputy Squadron Commander B, F-16 Squadron. From 1983-1987, he attended Tel Aviv University. From 1988-1990, he served as Deputy Squadron Commander A, F-4 Phantom Squadron. During 1990, he attended the Squadron Commanders Course. From 1990-1992, he served as Squadron Commander, F-16 Squadron. From 1992- 1994, he was Head of the Aircraft Branch in the Operations Requirement Department. In 1994, he was promoted to the rank of Colonel and assigned as Head of the Department of Operational Requirement for Weapon Development and Acquisition. He stayed at this post until 1998. Colonel Ramon has accumulated over 3,000 flight hours on the A-4, Mirage III-C, and F-4, and over 1,000 flight hours on the F-16. Ramon also served in the Yom Kippur War and Operation Peace for Galilee. He was reported also to be one of the pilots involved in the raid on the Iraqi nuclear reactor at Osirak in 1981 (Jerusalem Post, January 17, 2003：http://www.jpost.com/ ).
In 1997, Colonel Ramon was selected by NASA to serve as a Payload Specialist on the Space Shuttle Columbia. In July 1998, he reported for training at the Johnson Space Center, Houston.
The seven member crew of STS 107, including Col. Ramon, successfully launched aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia at 10:39 a.m. EST from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on January 16, 2003, for a 16-day mission.
Ramon is married and has four children.

要するに、イスラエル空軍大佐で電子工学専門家のイラン・ラモンは、94年に大佐に昇進し、Head of the Department of Operational Requirement for Weapon Development and Acquisition（兵器開発調達のための運用要件整備局・局長）を務めた人物だったわけ。
軍人としては73年の第四次中東戦争、82年の「ガリラヤの平和」作戦に参加。また81年のイラクのオシラク原子炉空爆事件では、この国家テロ作戦に参加したと報じられている。

Jerusalem (CNSNews.com) - Israel's first astronaut, Col. Ilan Ramon, is a former Israeli fighter pilot who bombed an Iraqi nuclear reactor in 1981 - a feat that has some people praising him as a "hero."
The bombing of the primarily French-built Osiraq nuclear reactor near Baghdad brought world outrage and censure on Israel in 1981.
But 10 years later in 1991, when a U.S.-allied coalition faced Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein - who had no nuclear weapons - the West was forced to admit that Israel had done them a great favor.
"They built the reactor with French and Italian help. They were about to start the radioactive process there," said Col. Yoash Tsiddon-Chatto, a member of the Israel Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics and former Chief of Planning and Operational Requirements in the Israel Air Force.
"If we were to bomb it after it became 'hot' it would have been like a nuclear disaster [like in the Ukraine]," Tsiddon- Chatto said. "[Israel] tried to prevent nuclear fallout."
According to Tsiddon-Chatto, Israel waited until the last possible moment to make the decision to attack the reactor and then - despite an international dispute - Israel took action.
"Ten years later, everybody praised us," he said. "The people woke up and said, '[what] if they wouldn't have done this?'" In his opinion, Ramon could "absolutely" be considered an American hero, he said.
\sb100\sa100"Ramon isn't actually American, but we'll honor him anyway by calling him an American hero," wrote James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal's OpinionJournal.
"Imagine how much more serious would be the threat from Saddam Hussein were it not for him and his fellow pilots," Taranto added.
An unnamed senior Israeli official called the attack on the reactor "a milestone in Israeli aviation history." The planes managed to fly over Arab territory for hours without being detected, the official was quoted as saying in Friday's Jerusalem Post.
The planes flew in a tight formation in order to give off a radar signal like a large commercial plane.
Ramon is one of seven astronauts orbiting earth right now on a 16-day micro-gravity research mission in the Columbia space shuttle, which blasted off on Thursday.

Ramon was selected as a Payload Specialist, and was chosen to train for a shuttle mission with a payload that includes a multi-spectral camera for recording desert aerosol. Ramon's project, called MEIDEX (Mediterranean - Israel Dust Experiment), will involve observing and photographing atmospheric aerosols in the Mediterranean area using ultraviolet, visible and near infrared array-detector cameras. The cameras will take calibrated images, which will provide scientific information about the influences of global changes on the climate and ozone.

An Israeli professor and military historian hinted that Israel could avenge the holocaust by annihilating millions of Germans and other Europeans.

Speaking during an interview which was published in Jerusalem Friday, Professor Martin Van Crevel said Israel had the capability of hitting most European capitals with nuclear weapons.

Creveld, a professor of military history at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, pointed out that "collective deportation" was Israel's only meaningful strategy towards the Palestinian people.
