　　ロンドン　１月14日（ブルームバーグ）：大手格付け会社のスタンダード・アンド・プアーズ（Ｓ＆Ｐ）は14日、「ＣＣＣ」以下の格付けで、格下げに向けた見直しの対象になっているか、見通しが「ネガティブ（弱含み）」となっている発行体の一覧を公表した。デフォルト（債務不履行）に最も近い分類に属するこのグループに含まれる企業の数は、１カ月前に比べて増えたという。

　　Ｓ＆Ｐの世界債券調査担当マネジング・ディレクター、バザ氏は調査リポートで、「アルゼンチンのデフォルトと、依然として弱い欧州の信用状況」が増加につながったと指摘した。

　　投資適格級格付けの企業による2002年のデフォルト率は0.49％と、2001 年の0.24％から上昇。投資不適格級（投機的）格付けの企業のデフォルト率は 9.2％（2001年は8.94％）に上昇した。Ｓ＆Ｐによると、2003年はデフォルト率が緩やかに低下する見通し。

　　通信会社とメディア・娯楽会社が合わせて39％、次いでハイテク、資本財、小売り・外食が合わせて22％を占めた。上位５業界の順位は変わっていない。また、約80％が米企業だった。
