●アル-アンサール通信社配信の新しいビン・ラディン・ビデオの再検討
イギリス（アッザーム）：
最近、バーミンガム（英国）に本拠とするアル-アンサール通信社が、見たところビン・ラディンの最近の姿を撮影したと思われる40分の長さのビデオを公開した。
それ以来、このビデオを巡る論争がなされてきた。
―アル・ジャジーラは「古いモノ」だと言い、アル-クズの編集者アブデル・バリ・アトワンは「最近のモノ」だと言う。
これに感心のある人たちが結論を出せるように、アッザーム出版はそのビデオの再検討を提供したいと思う。
イスラマバード（パキスタン）のパキスタンISI当局者からアル-アンサール通信社の通信員が入手したこの40分の長さのビデオは品質が良い。
ビデオには英語のスーパーがついている。
ビデオの大部分は、オサマ・ビン・ラディンとアル・ジャジーラ通信員タイシール・アロウニのインタビュー（2001年10月/11月）から構成されている。
アル・ジャジーラは特にこのビデオを検閲するほうを選んだ。
そのうえアル・ジャジーラはそれをリリースもしなかったし、そのようなビデオの存在やインタビューの存在さえ公表しなかった。
おそらく、彼等がそうしなかった理由の1つは、ビン・ラディンがインタビューでアラブ国家とその指導者を有罪と断じた強い言葉にあると思われる。
このインタビューの未編集のフォームはアラビア語のウェブサイトAlneda.comに掲載された。
このインタビューの殆どの部分（全部ではない）の英語訳はインターネット上に流された。アッザーム出版もまたこの英語訳をウェブサイトに掲載した。
このインタビューにおいて、ビン・ラディンは9/11攻撃を実行した人々を支持した。
その攻撃で無実の民間人が死んだという非難にビン・ラディンはイマーム アル-クルトゥビのような古典的な学者の言葉を引いてこう回答した：
「不信心者がムスリムの民間人を殺すのなら、ムスリムが彼等に殺されるのを防ぐ為に不信心者の民間人を殺すことは許される。」
関連した点で議論は更に続く。
ビン・ラディンはこの戦争における主要な目標としてアメリカと英国を選び出すが、未知の国のこの戦争への関与に触れる。
彼は、聖戦士が嘗て日本（この国は軍艦を送ることでテロと破滅と破壊の連合を支援する）に何をしたかについて触れた。
南に下がってオーストラリア（未だかつて聖戦士の攻撃目標になったことがない）がこの戦争に参戦して軍隊を送ったことに触れた。
それから、彼はドイツ（これもまた、聖戦士の攻撃対象ではなかった）にはイスラムへの憎悪と十字架への支持以外にこの連合に参加する理由が全くないことに言及した。
そして彼は、英国とアメリカの側にたつ国々に対して、「ユダヤ人と同様にしてこのイスラムに対する十字軍のトレンチに足を踏み入れたら、
その国が聖戦士の報復的攻撃目標になっても、その非はその国にある」との警告を付け加えた。
インタビューに続き、「やつらを粉砕しろ！解放の旅団よ！…」と歌うナシード（イスラムの歌）をＢＧＭにして、アメリカの武器を使っているイスラエル兵に殺されるパレスチナ人のシーンを散りばめた世界貿易センターとペンタゴンに突入する飛行機の映像になる。
それから、殉教の価値と素晴らしさについて語るビン・ラディンの姿を映した2-3分の新しいセクションになる。
この場面のビンラディンは目にみえて疲れ、さらに痩せ、顎鬚が更に白くなっているところから、（このシーンは）明らかに上記のインタビューの数ヶ月に撮影されたものである。
背景の山々の頂きに雪がない。これはこのクリップが春（おそらく今年の３月以降―中央アジアの山岳地帯の雪が溶け始める頃）に撮影されたことを示唆する。
このシーンに続いて、クウェートの学者でアル・カーイダのスポークスマン シェイク・スレイマン・アブ・ガイスの2,3のステートメント（を読む場面）になる。
その声明で彼は「聖戦士はアッラーが命じられたこと以外はなにもしなかった：アッラーは我々に戦いを挑む人々と戦うように命じられた。アッラーは我々に不信心者に恐怖を与えよと命じられた。だから我々は不信心者に恐怖を与えた（コーラン8：60を参照）」と、述べた。
それから、ビデオのかなりの部分を占めるアフガニスタンに対する十字軍戦争で（最近）殉教した外国人聖戦士のセクションになる。
それは、殉教者の名前（アラビア語。英語の翻訳なし）と、彼らの生前と殉教後の姿を映してある。
そこに映しだされた殉教者はサウジアラビア、パキスタン、モロッコなど様々な国の出身である。
一部の殉教者の顔は明らかに微笑を浮かべている。
このセクションのＢＧＭは、シェイク・アブドゥラ・アッザームの言葉を引用したナシードである：
「言ってはならない、殉教者は死んでいると言ってはならない。確かに彼は生きている、彼は幸福である...」、
「さらば英雄よ。私達は現世で会った。そして来世でも会いたいと願う…」
最後は大勢の聖戦士の群れの中に座るビン・ラディンの副官アブ・ハフスの言葉で終わる。
アッラーは聖戦士をあらゆる国からここアフガニスタンに集められた。何故なら、アッラーはここから何かを始めることをお望みだからだ：
「パレスチナの解放はここから始まる。
アラビア半島の解放はここから始まる。
専制政治と圧迫からのムスリム国家の解放が、ここから始まる...」
彼の言葉は群れ集う聖戦士が叫ぶタクビール（アッラー フ アクバール）で中断される。

Review of New Bin Ladin Video from Al-Ansaar News Agency
UNITED KINGDOM (AZZAM):
During the last week, the Al-Ansaar News Agency based in Birmingham, UK, released a 40-minute long video which apparently showed recent footage of Bin Ladin.
Since then, there has been much controversy over this video, with Al-Jazeera saying it is old, and Al-Quds editor, Abdel Bari Atwan, saying it is recent.
Having viewed this video, Azzam Publications would like to provide a review on it so that those concerned can draw their conclusions.
The 40-minute long video is of good quality and was recently purchased by a correspondent of Al- Ansaar News Agency from a Pakistani ISI official in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The video has English subtitles throughout.
The major part of the video consists of an interview of Al-Jazeera correspondent, Tayseer Allouni, with Usama Bin Ladin, that was carried out in October/November 2001.
Al-Jazeera specifically chose to censor this video and they neither released it nor publicised the existence of such a video or that such an interview took place.
Perhaps one of the reasons for this is the strong words that Bin Ladin uses in the interview to condemn the Arab States and their leaders, by name.
The unedited form of this interview appeared on the Arabic web-site Alneda.com.
An English translation of most (not all) of this interview appeared on the Internet and this translation was also published by Azzam Publications on our web-site.
In the interview, Bin Ladin supports the 9/11 attacks and those who carried them out.
Answering accusations that those attacks killed innocent civilians, Bin Ladin quotes classical scholars such as Imam Al-Qurtubi, who have ruled that it is permissible to kill the civilians of the disbelievers if they kill the civilians of the Muslims, in order to prevent and stop them from killing innocent Muslim.
A further discussion continues on related points.
Bin Ladin also singles out America and Britain as the principal targets in this war, but also mentions, out of amazement, the involvement of unknown countries in the war against the Mujahideen.
He mentions Japan, as to what the Mujahideen ever did to Japan that they should assist this coalition of terror, doom and destruction by sending their warships to the region.
He mentions Australia, far down in the South, that has never been the target of Mujahideen attacks, as entering this war and sending its troops into Afghanistan.
Then he mentions Germany, which has also not been the subject of Mujahideen attacks, entering into this coalition for no reason other than its hatred of Islam and support of the Crucifix.
He further adds, as a warning to these and other countries besides Britain and America, that if they enter into the same trenches as the Jews in this Crusade against Islam, then they have only themselves to blame if they are targetted for retaliatory attacks by the Mujahideen.
Following the interview, there is footage of the aeroplanes flying into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, with a background nasheed (Islamic song) playing:"Smash them O Brigades of Liberation!...", interspersed with scenes of Palestinians being killed by Israeli soldiers using American weapons.
Then there is a new section of 2-3 minutes duration, that shows Bin Ladin speaking about the merits and excellence of martyrdom.
This footage is clearly dated several months after the above interview, since Bin Ladin is seen visibly tired, thinner and his beard has grown whiter.
The backdrop of mountains devoid of snow suggests that this clip was filmed in Spring, possibly after March of this year, when snows begin to clear in the mountainous regions of Central Asia.
Following this are some statements of Kuwaiti scholars and Al-Qaida spokesman, Sheikh Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, where he mentions that the Mujahideen did not do except what Allah ordered them to:"Allah ordered us to fight those who fight us, so fought those who fought us.Allah ordered us to terrorise the disbelievers, so we terrorised the disbelievers." (in reference to the verse in the Quran 8:60).
Then there is shown a considerable section of video footage of the recent foreign martyrs under the US Crusade against Afghanistan.
It gives the names of the martyrs (in Arabic, no English translation), shows footage of them whilst alive and footage of their bodies after martyrdom.
The martyrs shown are from nationalities as diverse as Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Morocco.
There are clearly smiles apparent on the bodies of some of the martyrs.
This section of the footage is accompanied by nasheed (Islamic song) playing, "Do not say, do not say that the martyr is dead.Indeed he is alive and happy..." and "Farewell O Hero...In the Worldly life did we meet, and in the Other Life (Hereafter) we have a hope (to meet)..." together with quotes of Sheikh Abdullah Azzam.
Finally, there is a statement from Abu Hafs, Bin Ladin's deputy, seated in a gathering full of Mujahideen, where he says that Allah gathered the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, from all different nationalities, because He wants something from here (Afghanistan).He says, "The liberation of Palestine will be from here.
The liberation of the Arabian Peninsula will be from here.
The liberation of the Muslim countries from tyranny and oppression will be from here..."
His words are interrupted by shouts of takbeer (Allahu Akbar) from the Mujahideen who are present in the gathering.
