●アフガニスタンの村を急襲した米兵2名が死亡
ワナ（アッザーム）：
マングリタイと呼ばれる南ワジルスタンに隣接した地区で実行された作戦で少なくとも2人のアメリカ兵が死んだ。
我々の情報筋からの報告によると、アメリカ・アフガニスタン連合軍ユニットはワッサイル・スパディガバッドの部族の村で捜索活動を行い、
サラルとラソール・カーンという二人の部族民の逮捕に取り掛かった。
数名の部族民が直ちに報復にでて、アメリカ・アフガニスタン連合軍ユニットを銃撃し、その結果少なくとも2人のアメリカ兵が死んだ。
この事件の後、アメリカの攻撃ヘリコプターがこの村を夜通し無差別爆撃した。
村周辺の道は全て破壊された。民間人の犠牲者の数はまだ判っていない。
しかし、今でもなお、この部族民が逮捕された理由と、そして、米軍が無実の民間人に対してそのように野蛮な襲撃を行うことによって何を成し遂げようとしているかは不明である。
●ガルデズで待伏せ攻撃、死者5名
ガルデズ（アッザーム）：
信頼できる筋は、アフガニスタン東部パクティア地方のガルデズでアメリカ兵が銃撃を受けて5名が死亡、3名が負傷したと報告してきた。
未知の攻撃者が待ち伏せ攻撃をかけたとき、米兵のユニットはザーマト・ショッピングセンターから約3kmのガルデズ地区で警備任務に就いていたと思われる。

チャマン（アッザーム）：
アフガニスタンの信じる者たちの司令官ムッラー・ムハンマド・オマルは、15分の長さの声明を出した。（その声明は音声テープにされてカンダハルの住宅地とマーケットで配布された。）
ムッラー・オマルは「私と私の仲間たちはアメリカの手の届かないところにいる（安全である）。仮にアメリカがもう10年爆撃を続けても我々に危害を加えることは出来ないだろう。」という言葉で声明を始めた。
ムッラー・オマルはアフガニスタンに日々の安定した平和を確立する為、アメリカとアフガニスタンの旧友、そしてアフガニスタンのムスリムの事件に干渉した全ての国々に挑戦した。
ムッラー・オマルは、神の法・イスラムのシャーリアだけが地域内に平和と安全を確立できるだろう、他の全てのシステムは間違っていて失敗を運命づけられていると語った。
テープの中で他の宗教学者はムッラー・オマルのことを「アフガニスタン国民の真の守護者であり、真のイスラム聖戦士である。」と、称賛した。
本当に、シャーリアを愛する世界中のムスリムは皆、ムッラー・オマルとタリバン、そして地球上にイスラムの平和と安全を確立するために奮闘する聖戦士を愛する。
我々はムスリムにもっと祈ってくれるように頼みます。聖戦士の兄弟姉妹たちの為に、拘束されている人とそうでない聖戦士の為に祈ってください。、
そして、アッラーが辛抱強く彼らの家族を強くなさり、全く申し分のない喜ばしい勝利をこのウンマにお与え下さいますようにと祈って下さい。

Two U.S. Troops Killed in Afghan Village Raid
Wana (Azzam):
At least two U.S. soldiers have been killed in an operation that took place in an Afghan region adjacent to Southern Waziristan, called Mangritay.
Our sources have reported that a joint unit of U.S. and Afghan coalition troops carried out a search and locate mission in the tribal village of Wassail Spadigabad, where they set about to arrest two tribesmen:Saral and Rasool Khan.
Some of the tribesmen immediately retaliated and opened fire on the unit of U.S. and Afghan coalition troops, killing at least two U.S. soldiers instantly.
After this incident, U.S. attack helicopters began to bomb the village indiscriminately, and this continued all throughout the night.
All roads around the village have been destroyed and the number of civilian casualties is as yet unknown.
It is still, however, unclear as to why these tribesmen were arrested and what the U.S. Military expects to achieve by such barbaric raids on innocent civilians.
U.S. Troops Ambushed in Gardez;Five Killed
Gardez (Azzam):
Reliable sources have reported that five U.S. soldiers were killed and three others injured, whilst coming under fire in Gardez, a region which lies in the eastern Afghan province of Paktia.
It is believed that the unit of U.S. soldiers was on guard duty in a region of Gardez, around 3km from Zarmat shopping center, when unknown assailants ambushed them.
We are Safe and America Cannot Harm Us - Mulla Umar
Chaman (Azzam):
The Commander of the Believers in Afghanistan, Mulla Muhammad Umar, has issued a statement of 15 minutes duration, which has been distributed by audio tape around homes and market places in Kandahar.
Mulla Umar begun by saying that he and his companions are safe from the clutches of the Americans and even if the U.S. continued to bomb them for another ten years, they would not be able to harm them in the least.
Mullah Umar challenged the U.S., its Afghan cronies and all other countries that have meddled in the affairs of the Muslims in Afghanistan, to establish even a day's peace in Afghanistan.
He stated that only the Divine Laws of the Islamic Sharia would establish peace and security within the region and all other systems are false and doomed to failure.
Other religious scholars on the tape praised Mulla Umar for being the true guardian of the Afghan people and a true Mujahid of Islam.
Indeed, all the Shariah loving Muslims around the world love Mulla Umar, the Taliban and the Mujahideen who are struggling to establish peace and security of Islam upon the earth.
We ask the Muslims to increase in their supplications for their Mujahideen brothers and sisters, the free and the imprisoned of them and that may Allah strengthen their families with patience and deliver to this Ummah the most complete and pleasing of victories.
