Sectarian murder spree continues: 19 more bodies of victims found dumped in Baghdad Tuesday.
In a dispatch posted at 10:52pm Baghdad time Tuesday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the puppet police recovered the bodies of 19 more victims of sectarian murder that had been dumped in various parts of Baghdad on Tuesday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that most of the bodies were blindfolded and bound and had been shot to death. They were taken to forensic medicine morgues for identification.
Resistance bomb wounds puppet army troops in Baghdad’s al-Mansur district.
In a dispatch posted at 10:42pm Baghdad time Tuesday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet army patrol near the Sayyid al-Halib markets in the al-Mansur district of western Baghdad on Tuesday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the blast damaged a patrol vehicle and wounded five of the puppet army troops. The spokesman added that several civilian cars and shops in the area were also damaged. The wounded puppet troops were hospitalized for treatment.
Ground fire brings US helicopter down Tuesday.
In a dispatch posted at 6:22pm Makkah time midday Tuesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that ground fire from eastern Baghdad causing a US helicopter gun ship to make a forced landing Tuesday.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported the American military as admitting that a US Apache AH-64 helicopter gun ship had been forced down to the east of Baghdad al-Jadidah by anti-aircraft fire. The US claimed that the crew was successfully evacuated aboard a second helicopter.
In their report on the incident posted at 10:42pm Baghdad time Tuesday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) noted that the US side declared that the rescued crew had been taken to hospital for “checkups.”
US admits Marine killed in al-Anbar on Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:29pm Makkah time midday Tuesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the US military admitted that one more of its soldiers had been killed in occupied Iraq.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported the US military as indicating that an American Marine was killed in combat operations against the Iraqi Resistance in western Iraq’s al-Anbar Province on Monday. In keeping with the American policy of concealing the facts regarding US losses, the Pentagon failed to say in what circumstances and exactly where in the 138,501 square kilometers of al-Anbar the Marine was killed.
Iraqi Resistance bomb explodes by puppet army patrol in western Baghdad Tuesday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:02am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a passing Iraqi puppet army patrol on 14 Ramadan Street in the al-Mansur district of western Baghdad Tuesday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as claiming that the bomb wounded six civilians in varying degrees and damage nearby buildings. The source made no mention of casualties among the puppet troops, in keeping with the US-style policy of concealing information concerning losses.
Bomb targets US patrol in southeastern Baghdad Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 11:02am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that a bomb went off by a US patrol in the Baghdad al-Jadidah district in the southeastern part of the occupied Iraqi capital on Tuesday morning.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as claiming that the explosion wounded three civilians in varying degrees. The source said that the Americans quickly closed off the area and imposed stringent restrictions on local people to prevent any information on US casualties from leaking out.
Savage US air raid on at-Taji Monday kills 18, including eight children, six women.
In a dispatch posted at 9:57am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that US aircraft blasted three houses in the northern Baghdad suburb of at-Taji on Monday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that 18 Iraqis were killed, among them eight children and six women in the savage American air raid.
Unexplained bomb in Baghdad kills four Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 9:57am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that four people were killed and 30 more wounded when a mysterious car bomb exploded in Baghdad on Monday.
The AMSI reported a medical source in al-Kindi Hospital in Baghdad as saying that the emergency ward received two bodies and 25 wounded people, among them two women, all of them victims in the explosion. The source said that other casualties were taken to other medical facilities.
A medical source in the Nerve Complex Hospital located near the scene of the explosion reported that two bodies had been taken their and five injured people admitted for treatment following the same Monday explosion.
AMSI reported Agence France Presse (AFP) as saying that the blast also set six private cars ablaze and heavily damaged shops in the area.

Balad.
In a dispatch posted at 10:52pm Baghdad time Tuesday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that unknown armed men abducted 18 residents of the city of Balad, 80km north of Baghdad on Tuesday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police of Salah ad-Din Province as saying that the armed men set up a checkpoint on the main road southwest of the city after noon on Tuesday. There they stopped and abducted 18 people.
The source said that three cars of people who were on their way home to Balad from Baghdad were stopped at the checkpoint, forced out of their vehicles at gunpoint and then driven off to an unknown fate.
Resistance shoots down unmanned US spy plane near Balad.
In a dispatch posted at 6:22pm Makkah time midday Tuesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an unmanned spy plane crashed near the US-occupied airbase in Balad, about 80km north of Baghdad.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the unmanned Predator MQ-1 aircraft crashed at the Balad Airbase according to an official US statement.
Bayji.
Resistance car bomb rips through US patrol near Bayji Tuesday afternoon.
In a dispatch posted at 10:52pm Baghdad time Tuesday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a patrol of US and puppet army troops in the city of Bayji, 200km north of Baghdad after noon on Tuesday.
The AMSI reported a source in the provincial puppet police as saying that the Americans quickly surrounded the scene in order to prevent any information on the nature or extent of their casualties leaking out, as it is US policy to conceal the facts regarding American losses.

Al-Miqdadiyah.
Resistance fighters blow up headquarters of puppet army unit in al-Miqdadiyah Monday night following afternoon battle.
In a dispatch posted at 10:05am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the Iraqi Resistance blew up the building belonging to the ar-Rafidayn Bank in the middle of al-Miqdadiyah, 85km northeast of Baghdad. The Bank building had been taken over by a unit of the puppet regime’s 3rd Brigade, which had turned it into their headquarters.
The AMSI reported a source in the city puppet security forces as saying that the attackers struck late on Monday night, planting explosives in the area of the headquarters and then detonating them.
The source said that the explosion completely destroyed the building. Swarms of American helicopters were observed flying in over the building after the attack.
Earlier on Monday afternoon, a violent battle took place between Resistance men and the puppet Iraqi army troops. That engagement left several of the puppet army soldiers wounded and one of their vehicles burned.

Al-Hillah.
Unexplained bomb explodes Monday night.
In a dispatch posted at 9:44am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that a bomb exploded by a local resident’s house in al-Hillah, 100km south of Baghdad, at 10pm local time Monday night.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the blast, in the Third Nadir neighborhood of the city, wounded one member of the household and damaged the building.
Al-Haswah.
Two unidentified bodies found.
In a dispatch posted at 9:44am Baghdad time Tuesday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the puppet police recovered two unidentified bodies in the town of al-Haswah, 33km south of Baghdad.
The AMSI reported the puppet police as saying that both individuals had been shot to death but the circumstances surrounding their deaths were unknown. The two bodies were taken to al-Iskandariyah Hospital for identification.

Kirkuk.
Kurdish separatist politician killed in Kirkuk Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 4:10pm Baghdad time Tuesday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance fighters ambushed ‘Ali Shunim Husayn a member of the pro-American Kurdish separatist Kurdistani Democratic Party in Kirkuk’s ash-Shurjah neighborhood on Tuesday morning.
The AMSI reported that the attackers opened fire on Husayn, killing him on the spot.

In a dispatch posted at 4:10pm Baghdad time Tuesday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of puppet Rescue Police in the city of Kirkuk, 255km north of Baghdad on Monday evening.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the blast wounded five of the patrolmen and three civilians.
The spokesman added that a second Resistance bomb exploded by another puppet police patrol, wounding two of the puppet police and one civilian. Both attacks took place in the al-‘Urubah neighborhood of Kirkuk.
