US admits three soldiers killed in combat with Iraqi Resistance in al-Anbar Province.
In a dispatch posted at 4:46pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the US military admitted on Monday that three of its troops were killed in combat with the Iraqi Resistance.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported the American military as announcing that the three were killed in al-Anbar Province in western Iraq, but in keeping with the American policy o concealing the facts regarding US losses, the Pentagon failed to say in what circumstances and exactly where in the 138,501 square kilometers of al-Anbar the engagement took place.
US admits two more American soldiers killed in Iraq Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:05am Baghdad time Monday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the US military announced that the Iraqi Resistance had killed one more American soldier in occupied Baghdad on Sunday, the second that the Pentagon admitted had died that day.
Unexplained car bomb explodes in Baghdad, killing six.
In a dispatch posted at 4:34pm Baghdad time Monday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that a car bomb exploded on at-Tayran Square afternoon on Monday.
The AMSI reported that six people were killed and 12 more wounded when an explosives-packed car that had been parked at the start of ash-Shaykh ‘Umar Street on the at-Tayran Square side exploded. Puppet police sources said that the toll was likely to rise.
Three mortar shells fired at French Ambassador’s home in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 11:27am Makkah time Monday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that three mortar shells blasted into the area around the home of the French Ambassador in Baghdad.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet security forces as saying that one of the mortar rounds struck the outer gate of the Ambassador’s residence and the other two landed near the building itself. The source said that one civilian was killed in the attack and five more of them wounded.

Resistance attack kills four members of puppet security forces near Balad Sunday evening.
In a dispatch posted at 1:18pm Baghdad time Monday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance fighter in a small fuel tanker blasted into a checkpoint manned by puppet Iraqi army troops and police in the area of Sayyid Gharib, near the town of Balad, about 80km north of Baghdad on Sunday evening.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the attack left four members of the puppet security forces dead and six more of them wounded.

Resistance attack destroys US minesweeper in Ba‘qubah.
In a dispatch posted at3:51pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded under a US mine sweeper in Ba‘qubah, 65km northeast of Baghdad. After that, Resistance fighter attacked the US forces with a rocket-propelled grenade.
Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the bomb went off by a passing American mine sweeper in the southern Ba‘qubah neighborhood of at-Tahrir. Resistance men then attacked with shoulder-launched rockets. All the troops aboard the minesweeper were killed or wounded.
The source said that the Americans surrounded the area after the end of the attack, but that their vehicle could still be seen ablaze behind the US cordon.
Al-Miqdadiyah.
Resistance bomb targets puppet army patrol near al-Miqdadiyah Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:05am Baghdad time Monday morning, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet army patrol northeast of al-Miqdadiyah, 85km northeast of Baghdad on Sunday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet police as saying that a bomb exploded near Imam Wanis, a location on the main road from al-Miqdadiyah to Khanaqin near the Iranian border. The blast destroyed a Humvee, killing or wounding the Iraqi puppet troops aboard it.

US convoy slams into civilian car that did not pull aside for the Americans. Four people injured.
In a dispatch posted at 4:34pm Baghdad time Monday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that four people were injured, some of them severely, when a US military vehicle crashed into a civilian car in the city of al-Kut, 190km southeast of Baghdad.
The AMSI reported that a late-model private car carrying four people was involved in an accident with a US military vehicle in the Umm Halil area, 5km north of al-Kut. A source in the puppet security forces said that a US military column was driving along the main road from al-Kut to Baghdad when it slammed into a civilian car that had not pulled to the side of the road and stopped to let the Americans get past.
The four passengers in the car were all injured, some of them severely, and taken to hospital for emergency care, the source said.
