Resistance batters US headquarters near al-Hadithah early Thursday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:08pm Baghdad time midday Thursday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the Iraqi Resistance fired three mortar rounds into he US military headquarters in the town of al-Haqlaniyah, a suburb of al-Hadithah, 280km northwest of Baghdad, early Thursday morning.
The AMSI reported local residents as saying that the barrage sent plumes of smoke rising fro the inside of the American occupied camp, which resounded with the sound of explosions after the initial mortar hits.

Jewish Agency hunting down Iraqis of Jewish background who embraced Islam in order to lure them to “Israel” to be “re-Judaized.”
In a dispatch posted at 12:26pm Baghdad time midday Thursday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the Zionist daily Maariv reported in its number issued Thursday that the Zionist Jewish Agency has recently added a new task to its agenda of activities, that of tracking down and locating what it calls “Iraqi Jews who have embraced Islam” and remained in Iraq. The aim of the effort is to ship those individuals to the Zionist colony in occupied Palestine. The excuse for the uprooting operation is to “protect” those people from the “dangers sweeping Iraq” − dangers created by the US invasion of that country which was encouraged and supported by the Zionist entity.
The AMSI reported that the Jewish Agency, which operates in numerous countries around the world, believes that there are thousands of Muslims who come from Jewish backgrounds and whom the Agency continues to regard as Jews, despite their profession of Islam.
Maariv reports that the Jewish Agency is trying to make use of its past experience in bringing such families to the Zionist colony “Israel”. The paper notes, however, that on previous occasions after such people were transported to “Israel” they refused to renounce Islam.
The paper reported that the operation is under the command of the Zionist Director of the Middle East Bureau of the Jewish Agency, Yosi Shargha. Shargha is making use of the efforts of secret service agencies and is exploiting the straightened economic situation in occupied Iraq in order to lure such victims to the Zionist entity where they are to be subjected to efforts to re-Judaize them.
Resistance attacks leave three Americans admitted dead in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 11:39am Makkah time Thursday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the US military had issued statements admitting that three of its troops had been killed and two more wounded in two Resistance attacks in Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported an American statement as saying that two US troops were killed and a third wounded when an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded near their vehicle to the south of Baghdad.
Another Iraqi Resistance bomb attack wounded one female American soldier, who later died of her wounds, the American military acknowledged.
Meanwhile, the US announced that the vanguard of its Second Combat Brigade had arrived in Baghdad in the continuation of the US “troop surge” in implementation of the American “New Security Plan” begun over two months ago.
Resistance barrage on “Green Zone” kills four Filipinos serving US occupation of Iraq Wednesday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:39am Makkah time Thursday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the US Embassy in Baghdad announced that four Filipino contract workers employed by the US occupation authorities were killed on Wednesday in an Iraqi Resistance rocket attack on the top-security area around the Republican Palace in Baghdad that the Americans have dubbed the “Green Zone.”
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the Resistance has been pounding the “Green Zone” with rockets and mortars in the last few days, but the Americans have hitherto made no statements regarding casualties.

At-Tarimiyah.
US troops arrest tribal leader in at-Tarimiyah at dawn Thursday.
In a dispatch posted at 3:14pm Baghdad time Thursday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that US occupation forces arrested Shaykh Hamad ‘Abd al-‘Aziz and his two sons in the ash-Shaykh Hamad area of at-Tarimiyah, 25km north of Baghdad at dawn Thursday.
The AMSI reported eyewitnesses in the village of ash-Shaykh Hamad as saying that US forces took the men away to the nearby US base. Local residents demanded the release of the Shaykh and his sons

Al-Miqdadiyah.
US helicopters attack “suspects” during raids near al-Miqdadiyah.
In a dispatch posted at 12:53pm Baghdad time midday Thursday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that a US helicopter opened fire on two brothers in the Jabbur Villages are to the north of the city of al-Miqdadiyah, 85km north of Baghdad.
The AMSI reported that the American attack left one of the brothers dead and the other severely wounded.
Meanwhile, US forces together with puppet Iraqi army troops raided the same area at dawn Thursday. Local residents said that the joint force carried out its attack under air cover from US helicopters, after first cutting the roads to Hambas, al-‘Ali and Abu Dahn.
Resistance bomb targets US patrol in al-Miqdadiyah Thursday afternoon.
In a dispatch posted at 9:01pm Baghdad time Thursday evening, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in the middle of al-Miqdadiyah, 85km north of Baghdad after noon on Thursday.
The AMSI reported a source in the puppet security forces as saying that the bomb went off near the al-Miqdadiyah Electricity Department, disabling a Humvee.

Al-Musayyib.
Resistance bomb wounds US soldier near al-Musayyib Thursday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 9:01pm Baghdad time Thursday evening, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb went off by a US column in al-Musayyib, 70km south of Baghdad, at 10am local time Thursday morning.
The AMSI reported a puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry” source as saying that the bomb, which had been planted at the al-Bu Jasim junction near al-Musayyib, wounded one American occupation soldier. US forces had made no statement regarding the attack as of the time of reporting.
Al-Iskandariyah.
Resistance fighters attack puppet police checkpoint in al-Iskandariyah.
In a dispatch posted at 9:01pm Baghdad time Thursday evening, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters assaulted a puppet police checkpoint in al-Iskandariyah, 40km south of Baghdad.
The AMSI reported that one puppet policeman was wounded in the Resistance attack.
Al-Qadisiyah Province.
Ad-Diwaniyah.
US “Camp Echo” struck by Katyusha rockets early Thursday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:08pm Baghdad time midday Thursday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the American-occupied “Camp Echo” in ad-Diwaniyah, 120km south of Baghdad, came under a barrage of three Katyusha rockets at 5am Thursday morning.
The AMSI reported a puppet security source as saying that the attack inflicted material damage on the US-occupied facility and that American helicopters were seen prowling the skies at low altitude over the area around the camp searching for the attackers after the strike.
