Bodies of 15 bodies found in Baghdad Thursday, more victims of Shi‘i sectarian torture, murder.
In a dispatch posted at 11:55pm Baghdad time Friday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the Iraqi puppet police found 15 bodies of murder victims in various parts of Baghdad on Friday.
The AMSI reported a puppet police source as saying that most of the bodies had been bound and blindfolded and showed signs of torture. Torture is a trademark of the Shi‘i sectarian militias and the US-backed puppet security and military services of the puppet regime. The bodies were taken to the Forensic Medicine Center for identification.
Puppet “Interior Ministry” forces abduct dozens in ad-Durah Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 11:23pm Baghdad time Friday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry” forces kidnapped dozens of residents of the ad-Durah junction in the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah early on the morning of Tuesday, 10 April
AMSI reported exclusively that residents of ad-Durah were gathered at the junction at 6:30am Tuesday in order to catch transportation to go to their places of work, when puppet “Interior Ministry” forces surrounded them and abducted them. The people were imprisoned in the nearby municipal council building.
Immediately after the official abduction, relatives of the victims gathered at the council building, forcing the puppet authorities to release a number of them. The fate of the rest, however, remained unknown at the time of reporting on Friday.
US admits two more American troops killed in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 12:10pm Baghdad time midday Friday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that the US occupation forces had admitted that two US troops had been killed in Baghdad.
The AMSI reported that the US forces issued two communique´s on the deaths. One of the statements said that an investigation was underway into the “non-combat” death of a US soldier in Baghdad on Thursday.
A second American communique´ announced that a US patrol had come under small arms attack in northern Baghdad, leaving one American soldier dead.

Al-Khalis.
Battle near al-Khalis midday Friday.
In a dispatch posted at 9pm Baghdad time Friday night, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that fierce fighting broke out between unknown armed men and the residents of the ad-Dawjamah area north of al-Khalis, about 60km north of Baghdad, at midday Friday.
The AMSI reported a puppet security source in al-Khalis as saying that unknown armed men attacked the ad-Dawjamah area at noon using various weapons. The source said that a gun battle lasting many hours ensued between villagers and the attackers. Five of the armed attackers were killed in the fighting, the source added.

Al-Hillah.
Bomb destroys puppet security vehicle west of al-Hillah Friday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 12 noon Baghdad time Friday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a column of puppet “Scorpion Brigade” security forces in al-Khastawi area on the road between al-Hillah, about 100km south of Baghdad, and Karbala’ at 10:10am local time.
The AMSI reported a puppet police source as saying that the blast wounded one of the “Scorpion” troops and destroyed a patrol vehicle.
Al-Mahawil.
Resistance bomb damages US vehicle near al-Mahawil Thursday night.
In a dispatch posted at 12 noon Baghdad time Friday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb went off by a US military patrol in the al-Mahawil area, 65km south of Baghdad on Thursday night.
The AMSI reported a puppet police source as saying that the blast heavily damaged one American vehicle but that the number of casualties was not known, since the US troops sealed off the area immediately after the attack.
Al-Haswah.

In a dispatch posted at 12 noon Baghdad time Friday, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that armed men attacked night guards in the al-Haswah area, 33km south of Baghdad, on Thursday night. One of the guards was wounded in the attack, but no further details on the incident were available.
Ninwa Province.
Al-Mawsil.
In a dispatch posted at 2:25pm Baghdad time Friday afternoon, the Association of Muslim Scholars of Iraq (AMSI) reported that unknown armed men shot and killed the Imam of the Dhu an-Nun Mosque in the an-Nur neighborhood in the northeastern part of al-Mawsil.
The AMSI reported a spokesman for the puppet police in Ninwa Province as saying that the attack occurred as the Imam was on his way to the mosque for the Friday midday congregational prayer. Unknown armed me in a car opened fire intensely on Shaykh Muhammad ‘Abd al-Hamid an-Nu‘aymi as he was entering the mosque. The shaykh died on the scene and the attackers drove away, the source reported.
