Resistance fida’i fighter wearing explosive belt blasts gathering of “al-Anbar Salvation Council” puppet policemen in ar-Ramadi.
In a dispatch posted at 3:47pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter blew himself up amidst a crowd of puppet so-called “al-Anbar Salvation Council” police in ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that a Resistance fighter wearing an explosive belt detonated himself in the midst of a gathering of puppet al-Anbar Salvation Council” puppet police at a checkpoint near al-Anbar University. The source said that the blast killed or wounded 10 of the puppet police in addition to destroying two of their patrol vehicles.
Al-Hadithah.
Resistance bomb leaves three US soldiers reported killed in al-Haqlaniyah.
In a dispatch posted at 1:42pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in al-Haqlaniyah, near al-Hadithah, 236km northwest of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as sayig that a bomb that had been planted at the entrance to Alus Village to the south of al-Haqlaniyah went off by a passing American patrol, completely destroying a Humvee and killing three US troops who were aboard it. A fourth soldier was severely injured in the attack.
The witnesses said that the remains of the Humvee and belongings of the dead and wounded Americans remained strewn about the road where the attack took place until Tuesday morning.
Al-Haqlaniyah, where the attack took place, as well as the town of Barwanah and the nearby city of al-Hadithah are all in their 45th day of American-imposed blockade and ban on motor traffic.
Al-Fallujah.
Resistance forces ambush Iraqi puppet “National Guards” in al-Fallujah killing four of them midday Tuesday.
In a dispatch posted at 1pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier Iraqi Resistance forces ambushed a column of puppet “Iraqi National Guards” in al-Fallujah, killing four of them.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters planted a bomb in cardboard box by the side of the main road near the New Bridge in the city and detonated it when the puppet “National Guard” patrol drove past.
After the explosion, more than 15 Resistance men armed with light and medium weapons attacked the patrol, setting fire to one Humvee and killing four of the puppet “Iraqi National Guards.” As Resistance men fired at the puppet “Guards” the puppet “Guards” opened fire indiscriminately at shops and buildings all around the street.
Baghdad.
Relentless attacks by Iraqi Resistance leave us dead and wounded in their wake Tuesday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:37am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that five car bombs, more than 20 bombs, and over 50 rockets and mortar shells were fired by various sides in Baghdad on Tuesday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that of those, one Iraqi Resistance bomb in Baghdad’s al-‘Amiriyah district killed two US Marines and wounded two more of them when it exploded by a Marine patrol on al-Amanah Street in the eastern part of the district Tuesday.
Another Iraqi Resistance bomb went off by a US foot patrol in the at-Tu‘mah area of the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah, killing one American soldier.
In the third Iraqi Resistance bomb attack on US occupation troops, an explosive device went off by a patrol of four American Humvees on ‘Umar Street in the Baghdad district of al-A‘zamiyah Tuesday afternoon, destroying one US vehicle and killing all aboard, according to the local witnesses.
After that attack, the witnesses said, the Americans stormed into numerous local houses, smashed furniture and ransacked belongings and arrested 20 people in an act of revenge.
Iraqi Resistance fighters fired nine heavy 120mm mortar shells at the US military headquarters in the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah at dawn on Tuesday, sending flames and smoke billowing into the sky. US helicopter gun ships flew into the area and fired flares into the sky over the area in a vain attempt to locate the Resistance attackers.
The Resistance also fired three powerful rockets into the US Marine base on the highway in as-Salikh in Baghdad, setting off powerful explosions. Plumes of thick smoke billowed up from the target and swarms of American helicopters flew in to prowl the area after the attack.
Resistance sets off three bombs by puppet police forces Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 2:29pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that three Iraqi Resistance bombs exploded by a puppet police patrol near the tomb of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani in al-Khulaniyah Square in Baghdad at 8am local time Tuesday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a second puppet police patrol came upon the scene accompanied by puppet “Civil Defense” troops and ambulances, two more Resistance bombs that had been planted near the first device exploded. A lieutenant colonel and four puppet policemen were killed. And four puppet “Civil Defense” personnel and an ambulance driver were wounded.
Iraqi puppet security forces closed off the area immediately after the attack.
Resistance sharpshooter kills Iraqi puppet “National Guardsman in ad-Durah Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 1:59pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed a puppet “Iraqi National Guard” in southern Baghdad on Tuesday morning.
The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a puppet “National Guard” foot patrol was operating in the al-Jam ‘iyah area of the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah when one of the puppet “Guards” was struck in the head by a Resistance sharpshooter’s bullet and killed instantly.
Resistance fighters kill three pro-American Badr Brigade gunmen Monday afternoon.
In a dispatch posted at 12:32pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance men shot and killed three members of the pro-American Shi‘i sectarian Badr Brigades in eastern Baghdad on Monday afternoon.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a detachment of Resistance men ambushed a car carrying three Badr Brigade gunmen in Baghdad’s ash-Sha‘b district, firing machine guns at the car and killing the three gunmen.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Resistance men withdrew from the area successfully after carrying out their attack.
Local residents of Baghdad’s al-Ghazaliyah rise in arms when attacked by puppet regime “National Guard” troops midday Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:57am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that puppet “Iraqi National Guards” stormed into the area near Suq an-Naflah, Qa‘at ‘Ablah, and the Eighth Market in al-Ghazaliyah area of Baghdad at midday Monday. This impelled local residents to take up arms in self defense against the puppet troops.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fighting between local people and the attacking puppet “Guards” lasted for about half an hour. It came to a close when US aircraft and patrols surrounded and entered the area and began carrying out searches of houses in the area where the “Guards” had been attacking. No information on the nature or extent of puppet “Guard” casualties was available.

Samarra’.
Resistance sharpshooter kills puppet “Shock Troop” soldier in Samarra’ Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 12:35pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed a puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troop (Maghawir)” soldier in Samarra’, 120km north of Baghdad on Tuesday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a patrol of puppet “Shock Troops” was operating near the Maryam Market in the city when one of the puppet soldiers took a direct hit in head from a Resistance sharpshooter’s bullet, killing him instantly.
The puppet “Shock Troop” soldiers immediately closed off the area and began an extensive search after reinforcements showed up on the scene. In the end they found no sign of the Resistance sharpshooter, however.
Diyala Province.
Al-Mada’in.
Resistance mounts swift, stunning attack on puppet “Shock Troop” base in al-Mada’in.
In a dispatch posted at 3:53pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a camp of the puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir)” in the city of al-Mada’in, about 25km southeast of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Jam‘iyah neighborhood of the city as saying that Resistance men armed with light and medium machine guns assaulted the camp, suddenly and quickly, stunning the puppet troops. Numerous “Shock Troops” were killed or wounded in the attack and Resistance men also seized a number of weapons before successfully withdrawing from the area.
Al-Khalis.
Resistance bomb destroys puppet “Iraqi National Guard” Humvee in al-Khalis.
In a dispatch posted at 2:09pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of Iraqi puppet “National Guards” in the town of al-Khalis, about 60km north of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Khalis as saying that a bomb on the main road in the area want off by a puppet “National Guard” patrol, totally destroying a Humvee and killing two puppet troops and wounding three more of them. The sources said that the wounded men were taken to al-Khalis General Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile Iraqi puppet forces closed off the area where the attack took place in order to haul the wrecked Humvee away.
Ba‘qubah.
Resistance forces attack puppet police checkpoint in Ba‘qubah Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 9:50am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a command post of the Iraqi puppet police in Ba‘qubah, about 65km northeast of Baghdad on Monday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source in Ba‘qubah as saying that two Opel cars and one Daewoo Prince attacked the checkpoint on the main road in western Ba‘qubah. The attack killed two puppet policemen and wounded two more of them, damaging a patrol vehicle as well. The Resistance men left the scene and the bodies of the dead were taken to the Ba‘qubah forensic medicine department while the wounded men went to the local General Hospital.
Babil Province.
Al-Hillah.
Resistance bomb wounds puppet troops near al-Hillah.
In a dispatch posted at 3:44pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in al-Hillah, about 60km south of Baghdad on Tuesday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the Resistance bomb went off between Bridges number 13 and 14 on the highway north of al-Hillah.
The source revealed that the blast inflicted heavy damage on a Humvee, wounding three puppet troops who were aboard it. Witnesses said they say the wrecked vehicle that the Americans later hauled away from the area.
Meanwhile, the US military admitted that six of its troops in Iraq had been killed in various battles in the previous 24 hours.
Al-Iskandariyah.
Resistance mortars pound US base near al-Iskandariyah on Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 3:42pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four 82mm mortar rounds into the US military base in al-Iskandariyah, about 40km south of Baghdad on Monday night.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that the US base in the Jablah area north of al-Hillah ミ a base the Americans call Camp Kaslu ミ came under a barrage that set off thunderous explosions inside the facility and enveloped it in smoke and dust. Swarms of US helicopters flew in to the area and over surrounding districts after the attack.
Ninwa Province.
Al-Mawsil.
Resistance bombards pro-American Kurdish separatist base in al-Mawsil Tuesday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 2:39pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired a barrage of 82mm mortar rounds directly into the headquarters of the pro-American Kurdish separatist Peshmergah militia in the northern city of al-Mawsil on Tuesday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the Peshmergah separatist headquarters in the at-Tanak neighborhood on the right bank (southwest) side of al-Mawsil took direct hits in the mortar bombardment, which set off a series of explosions and sent plumes of smoke and dust rising into the sky.
Tall ‘Afar.
Resistance bomb targets motorcade of puppet police chief in Tall ‘Afar on Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 9:59am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by the motorcade of the local puppet police chief on the main road in Tall ‘Afar on Monday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam in Tall ‘Afar reported a puppet police source who asked not to be identified as saying that a high-explosive bomb went off by the motorcade in which Brigadier General Sabah Hammadi, the puppet police chief, was riding. The blast killed one of his personal bodyguards, and wounded a second in addition to damaging one private car in the motorcade. Hammadi himself was unhurt. The wounded man was taken to hospital for treatment; the body of the dead guard was sent to the forensic medicine department.
