US hauls wrecked vehicles out of ar-Ramadi to “vehicle graveyard” near al-Baghdadi Monday morning following heavy Resistance attacks last week.
In a dispatch posted at 5:09pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US military vehicles deployed in ar-Ramadi, 110km west of Baghdad transported six completely wrecked US military vehicles out of the city towards the west on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a large column of three huge transport vehicles with escort transported the six wrecked vehicles as well as some destroyed Humvees towards al-Baghdadi to the northwest were the Americans have set up a vehicle “graveyard” for US vehicles destroyed by Iraqi Resistance fighters.
Last week ar-Ramadi was the scene of numerous Resistance attacks that damaged US vehicles.
Al-Fallujah.
Resistance bombards US headquarters in as-Saqlawiyah Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 4:47pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired a barrage of 82mm mortar rounds into the US headquarters located opposite the Technical Institute Building in as-Saqlawiyah, about 15km northwest of al-Fallujah on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the mortar rounds inflicted heavy damage to the fortifications of the US headquarters, but no information on casualties was known.
In a separate incident, US troops carried out raids, searches, and arrests in the al-Bu Shajal area of as-Saqlawiyah, rounding up more than 30 local residents and taking them away.
Resistance bomb destroys US Bradley armored vehicle Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 1:02pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in the middle of al-Fallujah, 60km west of Baghdad, on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of a road in the ad-Dubbat neighborhood went off by a US patrol. The source offered no further details. Eyewitnesses on the scene, however, said that the explosion heavily damaged a US Bradley armored vehicle. The witnesses said that judging by the extent of damage done the vehile, there probably were casualties among the American troops inside.

Resistance bomb leaves US soldier reported dead in south Baghdad suburb of Jurf an-Naddaf.
In a dispatch posted at 3:26pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded to the southeast of Baghdad, killing one US soldier and wounding three more of them.
The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb planted by the side of the road in the Jurf an-Naddaf area, about 10km south of Baghdad went off by a US patrol, totally destroying a Humvee and killing one American soldier and wounding three more of them, one of those severely.
The Americans responded to the attack by opening fire indiscriminately around the area, which they then cordoned off.
Officials of US-installed puppet ministry injured in bomb attack Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 3:19pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked two officials in the US-installed puppet “Ministry of Electric Power” in Baghdad on Monday morning, wounding but not killing the puppet officials.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that Resistance men planted a bomb in a car that was carrying Sa‘d ‘Abd al-Hamid, the General Director for Planning in the puppet “Electricity Ministry” and the Director of Operations in the puppet “Ministry.” The bomb went off in the at-Talibiyah district of eastern Baghdad at 8am local time, killing the driver and damaging the vehicle.
The Source said that the two puppet officials received various wounds, one of them being injured more seriously than the other. Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
Pro-Iranian militias batter Baghdad neighborhoods with mortars.
In a dispatch posted at 3:19pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the predominantly Sunni al-A‘zamiyah section of northern Baghdad came under mortar bombardment on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that a number of mortar rounds blasted into the al-A‘zamiyah area. Eyewitnesses reported that the pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi Shi‘i sectarian militia were responsible for the attack ﾐ something that has happened frequently.
In a dispatch posted at 3:38pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that on Sunday the pro-Iranian gunmen bombarded the al-Huriyah area of western Baghdad, most of whose residents are Sunni.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that twelve 60mm mortar rounds blasted into the al-‘Adl neighborhood near a school that the residents of the Sunni neighborhood have taken as their headquarters. The witnesses said that the attack, which was the work of the Jaysh al-Mahdi or the Badr Brigades, inflicted no casualties.
Resistance bomb wounds puppet police in Baghdad Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 1:35pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet police patrol in the as-Sina‘ah Street area of Baghdad on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that the bomb inflicted moderate damage on a patrol car, wounding three puppet policemen who were taken to hospital with injuries in various degrees of severity.
US, Iraqi puppet forces raid Sunni mosque in Baghdad’s al-‘Amil before dawn Monday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:39pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US forces accompanied by their Iraqi puppet army allies attacked the Sunni Abu Bakr as-Siddiq Mosque in the al-‘Amil neighborhood of southwestern Baghdad at 4am local time Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the Americans and their Iraqi allies smashed doors and windows, tossed copies of the Qur’an on the floor, desecrated the prayer hall with their boots and stole portable telephones and licensed weapons from the Sunni Waqf (pious endownment) fund. They arrested the six guards of the facility and led them away to an unknown destination.
The Abu Bakr as-Siddiq Mosque is frequently targeted by Shi‘i sectarian mortar attacks as it is located in al-‘Amil district, several neighborhoods of which are predominantly Shi‘i and strongholds of the pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi Shi‘i sectarian militia.
Resistance bomb destroys US Humvee in western Baghdad Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 11:25am Makkah time Monday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol under the al-‘Amiriyah Bridge in the western Baghdad that links the al-‘Amiriyah district with al-Jihad neighborhood.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as admitting that there had been such a bombing but refusing to provide further details. Eyewitnesses on the scene told Mafkarat al-Islam that the blast totally destroyed a Humvee, killing or wounding all aboard.
Resistance bomb destroys US Humvee Sunday night in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 3:37pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in southern Baghdad, destroying an American vehicle on Sunday evening.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the highway near ‘Ulwat as-Sayyidiyah went off by a US patrol at 7pm local time Sunday night. The explosion completely destroyed a Humvee, killing or wounding all the Americans who were aboard it, witnesses said.

Large numbers of US, Iraqi puppet troops deploy in Samarra’ area as Americans put city under curfew for reasons unknown.
In a dispatch posted at 4:50pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US forces declared a curfew starting at dawn on Monday in the city of Samarra’, about 120km north of Baghdad.
The Samarra’ correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that Americans were deploying in heavy numbers in the city as troops of the puppet “Iraqi Army” deployed on the eastern outskirts of the city.
The reason and purpose for the curfew and troop deployments were unknown at the time of writing.
Balad.
Resistance attacks puppet police in Balad Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 1:13pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with machine guns attacked a patrol of puppet police in the city of Balad, about 80km north of Baghdad on Sunday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that in the midst of the attack 82mm mortar shells landed near the patrol, wounding three of the puppet police in varying degrees.

Al-Mada’in.
In continuing effort to partition Iraq on sectarian lines, troops of US-backed Iraqi regime aid pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi militiamen in murder of kidnapped Sunnis who refused to leave their homes in al-Mada’in.
In a dispatch posted at 4:51pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi gunmen with the support of the American-backed “Iraqi” military forces had killed a number of Sunni residents of al-Mada’in, about 25km southeast of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Mada’in as saying that the pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi gunmen supported by members of the puppet Wolf Brigades of the US-run “Iraqi army” abducted a group of Sunni youths who had not complied with oderes given by the sectarian gunmen to leave their homes in the area.
The pro-Iranian gunmen with the backing of the Wolf Brigades took the youths to the Salman al-Farisi Mosque in al-Mada’in, which has been taken over by the Jaysh al-Mahdi, and killed all of them there in front of witnesses.
As of the time of reporting, the families of the slain youths had not been able to get access to the bodies of their loved ones.
Efforts to split Iraq along religious and ethnic lines ﾐ which often are masked under language about forming an Iraqi “federation” ﾐ are consistent with plans hatched by US and Zionist politicians and reflected recently by Leslie Gelb (President Emeritus of the US Council on Foreign Relations) in “The Three-State Solution” published in The New York Times on 25 November 2003, in the article by Gelb and US Democratic Senator Joseph Biden in “Unity through Autonomy in Iraq,” in The New York Times on 1 May 2006. Banking on splitting the Shi‘ah in Iraq from the rest of the country was a cornerstone of the neo-Conservative strategy laid out in “A Clean Break” a paper drawn up by American Zionist government officials Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, David Wurmser, and Paul Wolfowitz in 1996 for the then Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Then in 2000 the neo-Conservative Project for a New American Century wrote Rebuilding America’s Defenses on the basis of the “Clean Break.”
But before the recent period, the idea of “the dissolution of Iraq into a Shi‘ite state, a Sunni state and the separation of the Kurdish part” was voiced by veteran Zionist military correspondent Ze’ev Schiff in Ha'aretz on 2 June 1982 and was a part of the divide-and-rule strategy laid out by Zionist writer Oded Yinon in his “Strategy for Israel in the 1980s,” published in Kivunim (Directions), A Journal for Judaism and Zionism, published by the World Zionist Organization in occupied Jerusalem in February 1982. (It was translated by the late anti-Zionist writer and activist Israel Shahak and is widely available.)
Indications that a de-facto partition of Iraq is underway appeared in on 28 and 29 November 2006, when the American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC)’s Johnathan Karl reported that the US military was considering withdrawing its 30,000-man force from predominantly Sunni al-Anbar Province in western Iraq. Meanwhile Saudi governmental adviser Nawaf Obaid contributed an article to The Washington Post, saying that Saudi Arabia would “step into Iraq” to “guard” the Sunni population if the US withdrew.
Ninwa Province.
Tall ‘Afar.
US soldier reported killed by Iraqi Resistance sharpshooter’s bullet in Tall ‘Afar Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 4:54pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed a US soldier in the Tall ‘Afar area, 55km southwest of the northern city of al-Mawsil on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a US foot patrol was moving through the as-Saray area of central Tall ‘Afar when one of the Americans took a bullet directly in the head, killing him instantly.
US fforces surrounded the entire area after the attack and arrested 32 local residents. They then released 17 of those, but led the other 15 away to their base west of Tall ‘Afar.
Al-Mawsil.
Resistance fighters kill member of provincial puppet council in al-Mawsil Monday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 1:41pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters shot and killed a member of the Ninwa Provincial puppet council in the northern city of al-Mawsil on Monday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a puppet police source as saying that Resistance men in a civilian car opened fire on 78-year old Khayri Muhammad ‘Ali ad-Dabbagh, a lawyer who is also a member of the puppet council set up to run the province for the US occupation authorities. The attack took place as he left his home in the az-Zhuhur neighborhood of northeastern al-Mawsil. He died instantly and the Resistance men left the area.

In a dispatch posted at 12:28pm Makkah time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces attacked a puppet police patrol in the northern city of al-Mawsil on Sunday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that Resistance men opened fire with light and medium machine guns on a puppet police patrol out of the al-Karamah station in the al-Bakr neighborhood, moderately wounding one puppet policeman and damaging a patrol vehicle. The Resistance fighters then left the scene.
Resistance bomb wounds two US troops in al-Mawsil Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:01pm Makkah time midday Monday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in northeastern al-Mawsil on Sunday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that a bomb that had been planted near the Hamilat al-Jarrar Square in the az-Zuhur neighborhood went off by a US patrol. The source offered no further details.
Eyewitnesses on the scene, however, told Mafkarat al-Islam that the blast heavily damaged a US Humvee, wounding two American soldiers in varying degrees. Afterwards, US troops closed off the area.
