George Bush, War With Iran, and Holocaust Revisionism:
An Open Letter to the President of the United States
By Paul Grubach
September 25, 2007
President George W. Bush
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave., NW
Washington, D.C. 20500
Dear President Bush,
In March 2006, you publicly admitted that concerns about Iran's alleged nuclear weapons program derive largely from the threat it poses to Israel.1 In your own words: "The threat from Iran is, of course, their stated objective to destroy our strong ally Israel."2
In September of 2007, you invoked the Jewish Holocaust ideology in order to "justify" any possible American or Israeli attack upon Iran. A respected British news source, quoting a former aide of yours, claimed your rhetoric was a precise attempt to link Iran's quest for nuclear weapons and desire to wipe Israel off of the map with Hitler's destruction of the Jews. "Iran's active pursuit of technology that could lead to nuclear weapons," you were quoted as saying, "threatens to put the region already known for instability and violence under the shadow of a nuclear holocaust."3
The former White House aide clarified the meaning of your statement: "By using the word 'holocaust,' Mr. Bush has provided a moral reason to allow the Jewish state to do what it needs to do...He is reinvoking the notion of 'never again.' If you believe that there could be another Holocaust, it becomes morally indefensible to stand back. It is a powerful and loaded term. Those people in Europe who believed that the neo-cons have gone away and shrunk under a rock had better wise up fast."4
Your viewpoint is very misleading, if not blatantly false. As former President Jimmy Carter pointed out in his recent book, Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid, Israel has a major arsenal of nuclear armaments and the ability to launch them quickly.5 Israel's nuclear weaponry is one reason why the Jewish state's enemies want to acquire nuclear weapons of their own in the first place; they want to be able to defend themselves against Israel's weapons of mass destruction. Ergo, contrary to what you say, it is Israel's nuclear arsenal that puts the region under the shadow of a nuclear holocaust.
Furthermore, it is not true that Iranian President Ahmadinejad stated that "Iran's objective is to destroy Israel." What he said was that the Zionist regime would disappear as the Soviet Union disappeared, and then all the people of Palestine--Jews, Christians and Muslims--could select their government and destiny for themselves in a democratic manner.6
If you were truly interested in peace in the Middle East, you would declare that the Middle East should be a nuclear free zone. No one should be allowed to have nuclear weapons in the region--neither Iran nor Israel. If you would couple your demand that Iran not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons along with a demand that Israel dismantle its arsenal of nuclear weapons, then you could rightfully say that you are taking the first step in bringing peace and stability to the region.
However, you are not demanding this. You are insisting that Iran relinquish any alleged nuclear weapons program, but you are allowing Israel to keep theirs. Do you see the hypocritical double standard that your biased foreign policy is based upon? Israeli Jews are allowed to point nuclear weapons at Iran, but Iranians are not allowed to point nuclear weapons back upon the Israeli Jews.
Walk a mile in an Iranian's shoes, Mr. Bush, and assume you were an Iranian citizen. If you were an Iranian, would you accept the fact that Israeli Jews are allowed to point weapons of mass destruction at you, but you are not allowed to defend yourself by pointing nuclear weapons back upon the Jews in Israel? Do you see my point, Mr. Bush? It is your pro-Zionist policy that leads to a nuclear arms race in the Middle East.
In short, your policy in regard to the possession of nuclear weapons in the Middle East is designed to insure Jewish-Zionist hegemony and military superiority, not peace, fairness and justice.
That you employed the Jewish-Zionist power elite's most potent ideological weapon, the Holocaust doctrine, to "justify" an attack upon Iran is not surprising at all. The September 2, 2002 issue of The Nation highlighted the large number of Jewish and non-Jewish Zionists that surround you, "advise" you, and ultimately exert a decisive influence upon you.7 Does it take any great intelligence to understand that the Jewish-Zionist power elite wields a major influence upon your thinking and decision making?
What is most interesting is that it was admitted in a past issue of the most important Jewish newspaper in the United States, the Forward, that the Holocaust doctrine is indeed an ideological weapon used against the non-Jewish world. It was stated: "The world is aware how jealously the Jewish community guards the Holocaust, both as a memory and a weapon."8
You, George W. Bush, have just vindicated this viewpoint. You have been indoctrinated with the Jewish-Zionist power elite's ideological orientation, and you have used its Holocaust doctrine to "justify" an attack upon the Iranian nation. Thus, in a direct, literal sense, the Holocaust ideology has become a threat to the lives and existence of the Iranian people, and President Ahmadinejad's policy of subjecting it to intense questioning and scrutiny is justified.
Once again, Mr. Bush, pretend for a moment that you are an Iranian person. If you saw the President of the United States using the Holocaust ideology to "justify" an attack upon your own Iranian nation, wouldn't you question and attempt to expose the lies and exaggerations in the Jewish Holocaust ideology? Of course you would!
As I am sure you are well aware, Holocaust Revisionism is the school of history that maintains the orthodox view of the Holocaust is plagued with lies, exaggerations and falsehoods, and that it is an outrage against truth and a weapon used against non-Jewish people. A forefather of this movement, Dr. Harry Elmer Barnes, once stated that "Revisionism is the key to peace."
I believe he was 100% correct. Your use of the Holocaust ideology to "justify" an attack upon the Iranian nation will, I believe, ultimately backfire. More and more of the world are starting to see the lies and exaggerations in the Holocaust ideology and how it has actually become a murderous religion that "justifies" Zionist wars and aggression. This will compel people to question and reject it.
With Truth comes Justice.
When the orthodox view of the Jewish Holocaust story is finally exposed before the whole world for the false propaganda myth that it is, then the Jewish-Zionist power elite and its servants in government like George W. Bush will be deprived of their most potent ideological weapon. When this occurs, men and women of goodwill will be able to bring peace and justice to the Middle East and to the rest of the world.
Sincerely Yours,
Paul Grubach
