アメリカのバブル崩壊は決定的となりすでに出血が始まっており、へたをすると回復不能の大出血になる可能性もある。英国に飛び火するのも時間の問題である。この数年間のバカ騒ぎのスケールが大きかっただけにその影響はアメリカを上回るのではないかとの観測もある。まあいい薬なんじゃないか。日本でバブル時代末期に見られた担保掛け目125％、2世代ローン、ゆうゆう返済ローン（最初の5年間は金利のみ返済）などの銀行の無責任な貸し付け方法が、そっくりそのまま繰り返されているのは笑ってしまうほどだ。今回バブルがはじけて凄まじい目に遭うことは間違いないが、それでも痛い目に遭った世代が交代して記憶が薄れると、何の教育も、経験伝承も受けていない若い連中が
またぞろ同じ手に引っかかって犠牲になるのだろうが。次の住宅バブルは2020年くらいかな？
