12月8日はジョン・レノンの命日。

それにちなんで彼の画いた絵が、今年のクリスマス・カード用に発売されているという話題。この絵は1965年に発表されたものだが、リプリントされ、ショップで売られている。

A Christmas card designed by John Lennon, originally released in 1965, will be re-printed and available to buy in shops.

The cards, featuring a fat budgie on a yellow background as well as Lennon's signature, were originally available in Oxfam shops.

The charity has now reprinted the card and it will be on sale in their shops in the UK this festive period, after Lennon's widow Yoko Ono gave permission for the reissue.
