アメリカの韓国系４２３人が創造韓国党・文国現の支持、各新聞広告で公開した。

外国での大規模な支持宣言は今回が初めて。

参加した地域は、カナダのバンクーバー、アメリカのニューヨーク、LA、ワシントンDC、シアトル、シカゴ、フィラデルフィア、アトランタ、デンバーなど主要都市など。
