‘Anah.
Resistance bombards joint US-Iraqi puppet army base in ‘Anah Saturday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 3:26pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four 82mm mortar rounds into a joint US-Iraqi puppet army headquarters in the middle of ‘Anah, about 300km northwest of Baghdad on Saturday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the shells scored direct hits on the facility, setting off explosions inside the headquarters and sending a plume of smoke rising into the sky. US helicopters flew in and cruised around over the base for two hours after the attack, searching for the Resistance attackers, but in the end they found nothing.
Al-Hadithah.
Resistance bomb blasts US patrol in al-Hadithah early Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 2:02pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in al-Haditha, 236km northwest of Baghdad, at 7:30am local time Saturday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the blast destroyed a US Humvee and killed or wounded all the Americans who were aboard. Afterwards, US troops closed off the entire area where the explosion occurred and then hauled their wrecked equipment and their dead and wounded men away to one of their bases near the city.

Resistance bomb kills Iraqi puppet policeman in ar-Ramadi Saturday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 12:26pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet police patrol in western ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad, at 8am local time Saturday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the bomb in the at-Ta’mim neighborhood completely destroyed a patrol vehicle, killing one puppet policeman and wounding three more, two of them severely. The badly injured men were taken to hospital for treatment.
Al-Fallujah.
Resistance fighters battle US troops in al-Fallujah midday Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 5:04pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters detonated a bomb by a patrol of US occupation troops in al-Fallujah, midday Saturday after which fighting broke out between the Resistance men and US soldiers.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that a bomb that had been planted in the intersection of the al-Ba‘th and at-Ta’mim neighborhoods in southern al-Fallujah went off, disabling a US Humvee. No information on US casualties was available from that attack.
Fighting erupted after the explosion as Resistance men battled the Americans who closed off the entire area for several hours following the half-hour battle.
Resistance mortars pound US as-Simak base in al-Fallujah at noon Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 4:55pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five 82mm mortar shells into the US as-Simak base in the middle of al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad at midday Saturday.
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the barrage scored direct hits on the facility, shaking the base and sending plumes of smoke into the sky. The Americans responded by opening fire indiscriminately and intensively all around the environs of their base. They also closed off the main al-Fallujah Street that runs in front of the base.
Resistance men attack Iraqi puppet army camp in al-Fallujah Saturday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 12:59pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked an Iraqi puppet army headquarters in eastern al-Fallujah early Saturday morning.
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that Resistance men attacked an Iraqi puppet army outpost in al-Jaghifi in eastern al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad. The Resistance men fired a large number of rockets into the facility, sparking a violent battle that lasted for about half an hour. Plumes of smoke rose from inside the facility from which the sound of explosions could be heard.
Resistance blasts puppet army headquarters in ‘Amiriyat al-Fallujah with mortars.
In a dispatch posted at 12:55pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four 60mm mortar rounds into a headquarters of the Iraqi puppet army in western al-Fallujah on Saturday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the ‘Amiriyat al-Fallujah residential complex as saying that the puppet army headquarters near the complex took direct hits in the barrage, which set off explosions that shook the facility. After the attack the puppet forces sent a patrol that went around the surrounding area but found nothing related to the attack.
Resistance bomb kills Iraqi puppet “National Guard” west of al-Fallujah Friday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:28pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by Iraqi puppet “National Guards” in a village west of al-Fallujah on Friday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb planted near the village of al-Halabisah went off by an Iraqi puppet “Guard” patrol, setting off a huge thunderous explosion and completely destroying a Humvee. One Iraqi puppet “Guard” was killed and three more of them wounded. US forces rushed to the scene and closed off the area, which was close to their position.
Resistance blasts US outpost in al-Fallujah with heavy mortars Friday night.
In a dispatch posted at 11:59am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired six heavy 120mm mortar rounds into the US military forces in the as-Sajar area of northern al-Fallujah on Friday night.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in as-Sajar as saying that the barrage targeted a house that the Americans have occupied and turned into a camp of theirs. The attack set off explosions that could be heard a distance away.
Puppet soldier shot dead in al-Fallujah Friday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:53am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed an Iraqi puppet army soldion a patrol er near the Sa‘d ibn Mu‘adh Mosque in the ash-Shurtah neighborhood of al-Fallujah, 60km west of Baghdad on Friday, according to eyewitnesses. The soldier took a direct hit in the head and died, afterwards the puppet troops closed off the area and raided a number of nearby houses but made no arrests.

Resistance sharpshooter kills Iraqi puppet soldier in Abu Ghurayb Friday.
In a dispatch posted at 12:16pm Makkah time midday Saturday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed an Iraqi puppet army soldier in a check point at the entrance to Abu Ghuayb, about 30km west of Baghdad, on Friday. Eye witnesses said the puppet soldier took a direct hit in the head, killing him instantly, after which puppet “National Guards” carried out raids and searches in the surrounding area but found no sign of the sharpshooter.

Iraqi puppet “Shock Troops” join Jaysh al-Mahdi gunmen in sectarian assault on Sunni neighborhood even as the same puppet regime convenes public “National Reconciliation Conference.”
In a dispatch posted at 4:59pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that at that moment pro-Iranian Jaysh al-Mahdi Shi‘i sectarian gunmen accompanied by US-installed Iraqi puppet “Interior Ministry” forces were engaged in a violent assault on the al-Furat neighborhood of western Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported the attack was timed to coincide with a so-called “National Reconciliation Congress” being staged by the American-installed “Iraqi Government” in Baghdad.
Eye witnesses reported that a large number of Jaysh al-Mahdi sectarian gunmen with clear and open support from puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir)” were attacking the predominantly Sunni district in the latest of their sectarian rampages aimed at splitting Iraq along religious lines.
The correspondent reported that local residents were fighting back against the sectarian and puppet regime attackers but that so far seven local defenders had been killed and there were also an unknown number of wounded in a sectarian assault being waged by forces of a regime that was at the same moment holding a much-publicized conference on “national reconciliation.”
Meanwhile, Quds Press reported on Saturday that the movement of Muqtada as-Sadr, whose armed wing is the Jaysh al-Mahdi militia, decided to pull out of the puppet regime’s “National Reconciliation Conference” on the grounds that the US was “interfering” in the meeting and because they claimed that members of the Iraqi Baath Party were taking part.
The Shi‘i sectarian Jaysh al-Mahdi militia is run by Muqtada as-Sadr, a Shi‘i cleric loyal to Iran, which is seeking to extend its regional hegemony and step into the shoes of the American occupation in Iraq.

In a dispatch posted at 5:13pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces bombarded a concentration of pro-Iranian Shi ‘ sectarian Jaysh al-Mahdi militiamen with two S5K rockets in the ash-Shurtah al-Khamisah area at 7pm local time Friday night.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that more than 10 Jaysh al-Mahdi gunmen were killed or wounded in the barrage and a number of their vehicles were destroyed
Pro-Iran Shi‘i sectarian Jaysh al-Mahdi militia kill civilian in mortar attack on Sunni mosque in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 1:52pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that pro-Iranian Shi ‘ sectarian Jaysh al-Mahdi militiamen fired 15 mortar rounds into the Abu Bakr as-Siddiq Sunni mosque in the al-‘Amil neighborhood of southwest Baghdad on Friday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the barrage killed one civilian and severely wounded a second in addition to badly damaging several houses around the mosque.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet “Iraqi National Guards” in ad-Dawr midday Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 3:35pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by puppet Iraqi National Guards in a ad-Dawr, 150km north of Baghdad, at noon Saturday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb that had been planted in the middle of town went off by a patrol, completely destroying a Humvee and wounding three of the puppet troops aboard it. One of the injured men was said to have been severely wounded.

Resistance bomb targets US patrol in Samarra’ Friday evening.
In a dispatch posted at 3:30pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in Samarra’ on Friday evening.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of a road in Samarra’ went off, moderately damaging a US mine sweeper vehicle. American troops surrounded the area after the attack, making an assessment of the nature and extent of US casualties impossible to make.

Resistance bomb rips through US patrol in al-Yusufiyah Saturday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 5:11pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in al-Yusufiyah, about 30km southwest of Baghdad on Saturday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying hat the bomb completely destroyed an American Humvee, killing or wounding all the US troops aboard. Witnesses reported that the Americans closed off the area completely after the attack and then hauled away their wrecked vehicle and their casualties.
Al-Latifiyah.
Resistance sharpshooter kills Iraqi puppet soldier in al-Latifiyah midday Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 5:13pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed an Iraqi puppet army soldier in al-Latifiyah, about 30km south of Baghdad, at midday Saturday.
The al-Latifiyah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the puppet solider was standing at a checkpoint in the Kilo 37 area near the al-Halim Mosque in al-Latifiyah when he took a direct hit in the head from a Resistance marksman’s bullet, killing him instantly. Afterwards, Iraqi puppet forces closed the checkpoint and angrily and hysterically searched every car that was inside the facility.
Jurf as-Sakhr.
Resistance bomb kills four puppet “Iraqi National Guards” Friday afternoon.
In a dispatch posted at 3:59pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet “National Guard” patrol in Jurf as-Sakhr, 40km south of Baghdad, on Friday afternoon.
The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the road to Jurf as-Sakhr exploded by a puppet “National Guard” patrol, completely destroying a troop transport and killing four puppet “National Guards” and wounding three more of them. The puppet “Guards” responded to the attack by opening fire indiscriminately and intensively all around the surrounding area.
