27 NATO, Puppet Troops Slain in Afghanistan

Taliban blew up the vehicle of the puppet "governor of Laghman", Muhammad Gulab Mangal, with a remote controlled landmine (Oct. 14). A director administration, Roohullah was killed in the explosion, the AIP reported.
A fidayeen bomber attacked attack soldiers of Afghan National Army in Howz-e-Madad area of Zehri district in Kandahar province (Oct. 14). 20 ANA soldiers were killed and wounded in the attack.
Six puppet soldiers were killed in a landmine explosion in Paktia province yesterday (Oct. 13), puppet police said Saturday. A vehicle of puppet soldiers was blown up with a remote controlled landmine in a combined NATO-puppet convoy in Shashti area of Zazi Aryub district of Paktia province. Taliban has not been issued any statement in this regard.
Taliban attacked NATO troops in Angor Bagh area of Kunduz province last night. Three NATO vehicles were destroyed in the attack and all the troops traveling in the vehicle were killed. ISAF has not issued any statement in this regard.
Simultaneously, five rockets were fired at the office of Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) in Kunduz province last night, sources said Saturday (Oct. 14). Sources informed AIP that the rockets were fired at PRT office in Angor Bagh of Kunduz province but there were no details of the damage. Foreign forces cordoned off the area.
