・US occupation troops kill two Iraqi civilians in ar-Ramadi early Saturday afternoon.

・At least 12 US troops reported killed in bombings, car bombings, and rocket strikes by the Resistance on US forces in al-Fallujah Sunday.

・US troops murder two Iraqi youths, put one on barbaric display, provoking death of their mother from stroke in Baghdad’s al-‘Amiriyah district.

US occupation troops kill two Iraqi civilians in ar-Ramadi early Saturday afternoon.

In a bulletin posted at 1:18pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US troops had just opened fire on a car on 17 Street in the middle of ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghad, killing the two Iraqi civilians inside. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the car burst into flames with the bodies inside. US troops prevented ambulances from getting to the street and extracting the bodies from the car.

Al-Fallujah.

At least 12 US troops reported killed in bombings, car bombings, and rocket strikes by the Resistance on US forces in al-Fallujah Sunday.

In a dispatch posted at 9:55pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the Iraqi Resistance detonated seven bombs, three car bombs, two sharpshooter attacks, three mortar and Katyusha rocket attacks and two short gun battles with US occupation columns in the eastern and central parts of the city on Sunday. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police command in al-Fallujah as saying that in all 32 US troops were killed or wounded Sunday and there were also heavy casualties among the puppet troops and police.

Local puppet police sources told Mafkarat al-Islam that at least 12 American troops had been killed in all in the series of attacks that struck al-Fallujah since dawn on Sunday, and more than 20 were wounded, according to a dispatch posted at 4:11pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon. In response the US forces imposed a curfew on the city and sealed it off from the outside world, allowing no one to enter or exit. Six US F-16 fighter bombers prowled the skies of the city. In the dispatch posted at 4:11pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam had reported that two of the Sunday car bombs exploded by the headquarters of the US occupation forces in “as-Simak” in al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad at nearly the same time at midday Sunday. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that two Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighters drove explosives-laden cars into the US base, the first striking the western gate of the facility and the second blasting the main gate.

The first blast occurred near the ice works in the city, opposite the west gate, killing a large number of US troops and puppet police. The explosion destroyed the gate and seven puppet police vehiles. The second car bomb destroyed nine various military and civilian cars of people who had come to the base at the time.

Resistance men ambush US patrol in al-Fallujah.

In a dispatch posted at 1:58pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a US patrol in al-Fallujah. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the ar-Risalah neighborhood of western al-Fallujah as saying that Resistance men armed with RPG7 rocket-propelled grenades ambushed a US patrol in their neighborhood. Witnesses said that the attack totally destroyed one Humvee, killing or wounding all the Americans aboard.

Two Resistance bombs blast US patrols in al-Fallujah midday Sunday.

In a dispatch posted at 1:50pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fierce fighting had broken out between the Iraqi Resistance and the US occupation forces accompanied by the puppet “Iraqi National Guards” following a bomb explosion by a US patrol that left a number of American troops dead or wounded.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad, as saying that two bombs went off by two separate American patrols in the city at noon on Sunday. The first bomb exploded in the al-Andalus neighborhood of central al-Fallujah and the second went off near the al-Hajj Karim al-Ma‘ruf Restaurant in the al-Jumhuriyah neighborhood.

Witnesses said that the two bombings completely destroyed two US military vehicles, killing or wounding all aboard. Fierce fighting then broke out between the Resistance and American forces accompanied by the puppet “National Guard” troops in the area.

Resistance blasts joint US-Iraqi puppet army camp in al-Fallujah Sunday morning.

In a dispatch posted at 11:23am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier the sound of violent explosions shook the headquarters jointly occupied by US and Iraqi puppet army forces in the middle of al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saing that smoke could be seen rising over the facility after the explosions and that US and Iraqi puppet army forces responded to the blasts by opening fire indiscriminately. No information on casualties was available. The explosions came after a massive American campaign of raids, searches, and arrests in eastern al-Fallujah.

Resistance bomb targets US column in Hit Sunday morning.

In a dispatch posted at 11:15am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US column in Hit, about 170km northwest of Baghdad. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses in Hit as saying that the bomb went off on the road to the US military camp in the city on Sunday morning. The blast completely destroyed a US armored vehicle, killing or wounding all the treoops aboard it. After the attack, American soldiers closed off the area.

Baghdad.

Fighting reported Sunday night in vicinity of Shi‘i mosque known as center for torture and murder of Sunnis in Baghdad.

In a dispatch posted at 9:30pm Makkah time Sunday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier armed clashes raged and gunfire could be heard coming from the area around the Shi‘i mosque of Sayyid Idris in al-Karadah, a site known as a center used by Shi‘i sectarian death squads for torturing and murdering Sunnis. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fighting underway between two unknown sides aimed at storming into the mosque where Sunni prisoners are being held, according to local residents in al-Karadah. No further details on the situation were immediately available.

US troops murder two Iraqi youths, put one on barbaric display, provoking death of their mother from stroke in Baghdad’s al-‘Amiriyah district.

In a dispatch posted at 4:20pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US troops killed two Iraqis in Baghdad and abused the corpse of one of them causing their mother to die of an apparent stroke. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam in the western Baghdad district of al-‘Amiriyah reported that US troops raided a house on al-Munazzamah Street near the former Exhibit of the Iraqi House at midday Sunday. Inside the home, the Americans killed the youth Mustafa, 17 and his younger brother Zayd.

Residents of the area said that the Americans put Mustafa’s body on the hood of their Humvee with blood still pouring from his head and drove around the streets of al-‘Amiriyah in a barbaric and provocative display. Witnesses added that the mother of the two slain men suffered a stroke from the shock of the death of her two sons in front of her eyes and died on the spot.

Bodies of 15 more Sunnis tortured and murdered by pro-American Shi‘i sectarian death squads found in Baghdad.

In a dispatch posted at 12:05pm Makkah time midday Sunday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi medical source had announced that the bodies of 15 Iraqi Sunnis who had been murdered were found strewn about various parts of Baghdad on Sunday morning.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported the source as saying that the bodies were found in the predominantly Shi‘i areas of al-Karakh and ar-Rusafah and that they bore clear signs of torture and were then shot in the head. All the bodies had been identified and all were those of Iraqi Sunnis, the medical source said. Four were named ‘Umar and one Abu Bakr ﾐ names used by Sunni Muslims but not by the Shi‘ah.

Resistance ambushes US column in Baghdad’s al-‘Amiriyah at midnight Saturday-Sunday.

In a dispatch posted at 10:08am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fierce fighting erupted between Resistance men and US occupation troops in the western district of al-‘Amiriyah at 12 midnight Saturday-Sunday. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the sound of medium machine gunfire could be heard for about half an hour but because of the nighttime curfew it was impossible to learn anything about the extent and nature of casualties.

On Sunday morning sources disclosed that Resistance men ambushed an American column that was passing near a medical clinic in the area, completely destroying one US military vehicle. American helicopters prowled the skies above the area fro about two hours but there was no word of any American campaign of mass arrests of civilians such as frequently follows Resistance attacks.

Resistance bomb blasts US column in ad-Dujayl Saturday night.

In a dispatch posted at 11:05am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column in ad-Dujayl, about 55km north of Baghdad, late on Saturday evening.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the highway went off by a passing American column totally destroying a Humvee and killing all the US troops who were aboard it. The correspondent reported that the Americans in the column responded by opening fire indiscriminately around the area.

Kirkuk.

Five American troops reported killed in series of Resistance bombings in Kirkuk.

In a dispatch posted at 3:45pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that five explosions rocked the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk leaving more than 100 dead and wounded, most of them pro-American, Kurdish separatist Peshmergah militia and puppet troops and police. Seven Americans were also killed or wounded in the blast, according to a source in the Iraqi puppet police.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the explosions were the result of car bombs and that the first explosives-laden vehicle. In a dispatch posted at 10:09am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden truck into the building housing the Directorate of Major Crimes in middle Kirkuk.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a number of people were killed or wounded in the attack but the exact nature and extent of casualties was not determined because US occupation troops and their Iraqi puppet allies quickly surrounded the area after the blast. The correspondent noted that the Major Crimes Directorate building is controlled by the pro-American Shi‘i sectarian Badr Brigades and the pro-US Kurdish separatist Peshmergah militia.

In a dispatch posted at 10:39am Makkah time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a spokesman for the puppet police said that the car bomb attack on the Major Crimes Directorate left at least 10 dead and wounded more than 50 others, most of those puppet policemen and pro-American Kurdish separatist Peshmergah gunmen.

In a dispatch posted at 3:45pm Makkah time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column near the Sabriyah Mosque on the Baghdad-Kirkuk road less than half an hour after the first blast. The second bomb destroyed a US vehicle, killing four American troops.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that then, just five minutes later another Resistance car bomber blasted into an American military column, severely damaging one vehicle and killing one American and wounding two other. The fourth Resistance car bomb struck pro-American Kurdish separatist Peshmergah gunmen in Kirkuk’s Gharnatah neighborhood, killing or wounding 17 of them.

Then about one hour after the Gharnatah bombfing, a final Iraqi Resistance fighter drove an ezplosives-laden car into the headquarters of Kurdish separatist and US-appointed Kurdish separatist “Iraqi President” Jalal at-Talibani’s party headquarters. The correspondent noted that the final total of casualties was still unknown but preliminary surveys indicated that more than 100 people had been killed or wounded in the spate of Resistance bombings. In addition a total of five Americans were killed and two more wounded.

Resistance bomb targets puppet “National Guard” patrol in al-Mawsil.

In a dispatch posted at 12:15pm Makkah time midday Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of puppet “Iraqi National Guards” in the al-Yarmuk section of northern al-Mawsil. The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the blast almost completely destroyed one of the vehicles in the patrol, wounding the soldiers who were aboard it. American troops surrounded the area where the attack took place, making more detailed information on the nature and extent of casualties unavailable.
