昨日、イスラエル軍が国連施設を攻撃して駐在している国連軍兵が死亡したニュースが世界中を駆け巡った。
その後、アナン国連事務総長が『イスラエル軍の”意図的な攻撃”だった』と異例の会見を開いた事で日本以外の国では物議をかもしている（日本の大手商業メディアでは情報統制が布かれているようなので国民に認知されない（知られないように）している）
そこで事の真相を知るには使い物にならない日本の大手商業メディアはほっといて海外のメディアで知らないといけない。
BBC放送によると『イスラエル軍が国連施設の攻撃を始めたので”10回に亘りイスラエル側に連絡（攻撃している場所が国連施設である事を知らせた）”がイスラエルは無視をし続け”6時間後”に精密誘導爆弾で国連施設を空爆したようだ。
アナンが”意図的な攻撃”だと表現したのも当たり前である。（イスラエル側の圧力を受けているBBC（欧米メディア）でもこういう報道ができるだけでも日本人にはありがたい）

この構図は、9.11事件後にアメリカ政府を完全に乗っ取ったユダヤ人集団ネオコンが戦勝報道と称して（”クリーンな戦争”というイメージを国民に植えつけるために）大本営発表を覆す報道をし続けたアフガンやイラクのアルジャジーラ支局を意図的に空爆した”攻撃テクニック”とカブルと思うのは私だけだろうか。（後にブッシュがブレアに”アルジャジーラを爆撃”を容認する事を語っている事が判明している）

■Israel ignored plea to avoid hitting UN posts in Lebanon

The UN has repeatedly urged Israel to avoid hitting observation posts in southern Lebanon, according to an initial probe into the killing of four military observers by an Israeli air strike, BBC reported.
Sources familiar with the UN investigation say UN peacekeepers contacted Israel 10 times before Tuesday’s missile strike which destroyed a UN observation post in the southern Lebanese town of Khaim.
Had Israel responded to the requests, "rather than deliberately ignoring them", the observers would still be alive, a UN diplomat said.
UN officials said the post was struck by a precision-guided missile after six hours of Israeli bombardment nearby. They added that the four killed observers, from Austria, Canada, China and Finland, were hiding in a bunker under the post at the time of the Israeli attack.
A spokesman for the UN Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) also said the observation post was earlier hit 14 times by Israeli artillery, adding that Israeli bombardment continued during efforts to rescue the four men from under the rubble.
"There were 14 other Israeli firings close to this position by the Israeli side and the firing continued during the UNIFIL rescue," spokesman Milos Strugar said.
Reports say the UN Security Council will meet to discuss the incident.
Meanwhile, the UN Secretary General Kofi Annan strongly condemned the Israeli attack, saying that he is “shocked and deeply distressed by the apparently deliberate targeting by Israeli Defense Forces of a UN observer post in southern Lebanon.”
The Israeli attack was also denounced by France, whose officers currently command the UN force. "We condemn this bombing on a UNIFIL position,” said French ambassador Jean-Marc de La Sabliere.
Ironically, Israel wants the international community to beef up the nearly 30-year-old multinational peacekeeping force in Lebanon, which currently has 1,990 troops, backed by some 50 military observers.
Israel’s Defense Minister Amir Peretz said on Tuesday that Israel would control an area in southern Lebanon until multinational troops are deployed.
Rome summit
The deployment of multinational troops in Lebanon was discussed today in Rome at an international summit that was attended by the U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who ended her Middle East tour on Tuesday, UN chief Kofi Annan, as well as foreign ministers and senior officials from five European and four Arab states. There was no Israeli delegation at the crisis talks.
A declaration released at the end of the summit expressed "determination to work immediately to reach with utmost urgency a ceasefire to put an end to the current hostilities". But stressed that a ceasefire "must be lasting, permanent and sustainable".
The statement also called for the deployment of an international force on southern Lebanon, the full implementation of existing UN Security Council resolutions calling for the disarmament of all armed groups in Lebanon and the deployment of Lebanese troops in the border region.
Annan said it was important to work with other countries in the region, including Syria and Iran, to defuse the crisis. But Rice attacked both countries.
Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora warned that more people would die if the ceasefire was delayed, and called for a Lebanese-Israeli prisoner exchange as part of plan to end the conflict.
Israel has rejected all calls for a ceasefire, and has vowed to continue its offensive until Hezbollah releases two soldiers, captured on July 12, and stops firing rockets into northern Israel. On other hand, Hezbollah insists that it would only release the soldiers in exchange for all Arab detainees held in Israeli jails.
The U.S., Israel’s top ally, has come under fire for failing to act quickly to end Israel’s deadly offensive in Lebanon. Some EU and Arab countries accuse Washington of resisting ceasefire calls in order to allow Israel more time to wipe out Hezbollah.
Israel’s war on Hezbollah has so far killed more than 418 Lebanese, most of them civilians, and wounded at least 800 others, according to Lebanese security officials. Only 42 Israelis have died.
On Tuesday, Condoleezza Rice met Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, who vowed to continue the deadly assault in Lebanon, and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who called for a ceasefire to end Israel’s similarly aggressive offensive in the Gaza Strip, where more than 116 people have been killed since an Israeli soldier was captured by Palestinian resistance fighters.
