Two Resistance attacks in ar-Ramadi leave five American troops reported dead. US forces blockade city following attacks.
In a dispatch posted at 10:27am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighers carried out two attacks on US forces in ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad
The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that one bomb exploded by a US troop transport vehicle on the main road near the large mosque in the middle of the city. The blast totally destroyed the troop transport, killing three US soldiers and wounding tree more.
A second Resistance bomb exploded by another American column in the Jazirat ar-Ramadi area in the northwest of the city. That blast completely destroyed one Humvee killing two US soldiers and seriously wounding two more of them.
US occupation forces once again sealed off the city of ar-Ramadi, one day after violent fighting took place in various parts of the city, Quds Press reported Tuesday.
Quds Press reported from ar-Ramadi that US forces on Monday and in the morning on Tuesday came under violent Resistance attacks in the al-Hawz district and the as-Sufiyah district in the middle of the city, prompting them to blockade the city once again. Swarms of US helicopters prowled the skies of the city, swooping into several neighborhoods on mock attacks, making local residents fear another US assault on the city.

In a dispatch posted at 5:41pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US occuapation forces seized the home of a family living in ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad at 2am Tuesday morning, throwing the family out into the streets and turning their house into their command post.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the house, located on al-Ma‘arid Street in the al-Andalus neighborhood, about 300 meters from the provincial government building, was raided by US troops in the middle of the night. The Americans gave the family 10 minutes to get out of their house.
Al-Hajj Mushtaqq Talib ‘Abd ar-Rahman, the home owner, said that the US troops would not let them take any of their necessities out of the house with them other than personal clothing. The family of four girls, two young sons and an older boy, the head of the household and his wife all spent the rest of the night sleeping in the street.
The correspondent reported that the American forces have seized a total of more than 200 houses from local people, all of whom now live in tents, school buildings, and vacated government buildings.

Resistance mortars pound joint US-Iraqi puppet army base.
In a dispatch posted at 10:06am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five 82mm mortar rounds at the headquarters jointly occupied by US troops and Iraqi puppet soldiers in northern al-Fallujah, about 60km west of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Fallujah as saying that the joint US-Iraqi puppet force headquarters in the as-Sajr area at the northern approaches to al-Fallujah took direct hits from the five rockets, sending plumes of smoke rising into the sky. A number of military ambulances were seen racing to the camp.

Resistance bomb kills Iraqi puppet soldier in Abu Ghurayb.
In a dispatch posted at 10:09am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet army patrol on the main road in western Abu Ghurayb, about 30km west of Baghdad.
The Abu Ghurayb correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb went off by an Iraqi puppet army foot patrol on the old road to the city of al-Fallujah in the west. One Iraqi puppet soldier was killed and another wounded in the attack.

US, Iraqi puppet troops raid mosque in al-A‘zamiyah sparking gunbattle midday Tuesday.
Iraqi puppet regime troops accompanied by American occupation forces raided the ar-Rahman Mosque near the an-Nu‘man Hospital in the al-A‘zamiyah district of Baghdad at midday Tuesday, sparking clashes with local residents.
Residents of al-A‘zamiyah told Quds Press that the Americans and their puppet army allies picked up the Imam of the mosque and five regular worshippers and led them outside the mosque. Outside they began indiscriminately shooting at local civilian houses, prompting residents to take up their own small arms and respond. A violent battle ensued during which US and Iraqi puppet army forces tried to enter the area from which the shooting was coming, but without success. Dozens of local residents were seen pouring out into the streets armed with light and medium weapons.
Shi‘i sectarian militias launch another assault, storming into the al’Amiriyah district Tuesday evening, sparking heavy fighting with local residents, Resistance fighters.
In a dispatch posted at 7:33pm Makkah time Tuesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that dozens of armed Shi‘i sectarian gunmen were at the time of reporting attacking the al-‘Amiriyah district of western Baghdad, in a new sectarian assault following the sectarian rampage they went on in the al-Jihad district Sunday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam in Baghdad’s al-‘Amiriyah district reported that extremely fierce fighting was underway between local residents who came out to defend themselves and their homes, and the attacking sectarian militiamen. Meanwhile fire wa burning in the Muluki Mosque in the middle of al-‘Amiriyah.
In a dispatch posted at 8:44pm Makkah time Tuesday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters had intervened in the fighting in al-‘Amiriyah where local residents were defending themselves against rampaging Shi‘i sectarians, repulsing the attackers.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported from the area of al-Muluki mosque after the end of the battle that the mosque had bee struck by shells in its roof and minaret, one mosque guard was slightly wounded by gunfire. Eight bodies apparently of Jaysh al-Mahdi militiamen were smoldering ins wrecked vehicles, while five other bodies could be seen strewn about he streets. Those bodies also belonged to Shi‘i sectarian gunmen.
After the end of the fighting US occupation troops came into the area, deployed on every street, and imposed a curfew.
Resistance fighters shoot and kill gunman who took part in the Shi‘i sectarian rampage in western Baghdad on Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 7:17pm Makkah time Tuesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier, Iraqi Resistance fighters shot and killed a member of the Shi‘i sectarian Jaysh al-Mahdi militia that took part in the Shi‘i sectarian rampages in the western Baghdad district of al-Jihad on Sunday.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that Resistance fighters ambushed a white Prince car that was carrying one person, spraying it with bullets. The car swerved off the street and into the island in the middle of al-‘Amal ash-Sha‘bi Street where it hit a tree and stopped. The Resistance fighters then got out of their cars and approached the wrecked vehicle. A Resistance fighter told Mafkarat al-Islam that they had recognized the driver from news videos showing Jaysh al-Mahdi militiamen walking about the streets. This man was particularly recognizable because of the long hair on the back and sides of his head, while wearing a white dishdashah and carrying a PKS machine gun. The Resistance then confirmed the identity of the person before liquidating him.
Resistance car bomber strikes puppet “Shock Troop” checkpoint, killing eight puppet troops.
In a dispatch posted at 4:50pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troop (Maghawir)” checkpoint in the al-‘Amil neighborhood of southwest Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the al-‘Amil neighborhood puppet police as saying that a Resistance fighter drove an explosives-laden car by the checkpoint and blew up. The blast completely destroyed the checkpoint and two patrol vehicles. Eight of the puppet “Shock Troops” were killed and five more wounded. Three civilians who were nearby were also wounded.
Quds Press reported that an explosives-laden car that had been parked near a Shi‘i mosque in southwestern Baghdad’s al-‘Amil section blew up around midday Tuesday, wounding 11 people, including four puppet “Shock Troops,” according to their initial reports.
Quds Press reported that this was the third car bomb to explode in Baghdad Tuesday, the first being targeted on the main gates to the so-called “Green Zone” and another near an Iraqi puppet army patrol in the central Baghdad district of al-Karadah, which killed four Iraqis an wounded several more.
Resistance car bomb blasts entrance to “Green Zone.”
In a dispatch posted at 12:51pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter detonated a car bomb at the entrance to the high-security district around the Republican Palace in Baghdad ミ the area called the “Green Zone” by the Americans ミ at 11:30am local time Tuesday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Karadah neighborhood as saying that a Resistance fighter blew up an explosives-laden car at the gates to the “Green Zone” opposite a restaurant frequented by puppet “Iraqi National Guard” troops. The blast killed nine persons ミ four of them puppet “National Guards” ミ and wounded another 26.
Quds Press reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the car bomb was detonated by remote control near the Sayrawan Restaurant by the main gates to the so-called “Green Zone.”
The puppet police source told Quds Press that after puppet police had gathered to tend to the aftermath of the blast a Resistance fida’ fighter blew himself up among them, inflicting more casualties and destroying a number of shops and private cars that were parked in the area.
Resistance men ambush bus carrying Shi‘i sectarian militiamen in ad-Durah.
In a dispatch posted at 12:37pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighter attacked a vehicle carrying a number of Shi‘i sectarian militiamen in the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in ad-Durah as saying that Resistance men attacked a bus carrying a number of Shi‘i sectarian militiamen on the highway southeast of ad-Durah heading towards southern Iraq. The attackers killed 10 riders on the bus and seriously wounded another.
Shi‘i sectarian militiamen, puppet “Shock Troops” launch new assault on predominantly Sunni district in Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 7am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Shi‘i sectarian militiamen fired a mortar barrage at the al-Ghazaliyah area of western Baghdad inflicting casualties.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that at that moment the street on which is the headquarters of the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq, the highest Sunni religious authority in the country is the scene of intense fighting between Iraqi Resistance men and Shi‘i sectarian militiamen backed up by puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir)”
Ambulances are unable to evacuate the wounded and electricity has been shut off in the entire area. The only sound to be heard is that of the mortar shells being launched at homes of the local, mostly Sunni, residents.

Resistance bomb targets puppet “Iraqi National Guard” troops in ash-Sharaqat.
In a dispatch posted at 10:13am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a puppet “Iraqi National Guard” parol on the main road in the ash-Sharaqat area in northern Salah ad-Din Province.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in ash-Sharaqat as saying hat Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapon on the main road in the city. The attack destroyed two patrol vehicles and killed 10 Iraqi puppet soldiers and wounded six more of them. Four civilians who were near the bomb zone at the time were also wounded.

Resistance assaults puppet “National Guard” checkpoint west of Kirkuk.
In a dispatch posted at 1:02pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with machine guns and medium weapons assaulted an Iraqi uppet “National Guard” checkpoint on the road between Kirkuk and al-Hawijah in northern Iraq.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Kirkuk as saying that Resistance fighters attacked the checkpoint, setting fire to a patrol vehicle and killing four Iraqi puppet troops and wounding five more of them.

In a dispatch posted at 6:47pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a US military patrol in the middle of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the blast left five US Marines dead and two more of them wounded.
US troops then surrounded the area and arrested an Associated Press (AP) correspondent for photographing two US soldiers’ bodies as they lay in the middle of the street. One US soldier stamped on the personal camera belonging to the correspondent, breaking it, and then put a black bag over the head of the AP correspondent and led him away to one of the occupation forces’ vehicles. The reporter’s fate remains unknown.
Resistance bomb blasts US column in al-Mawsil.
In a dispatch posted at 5pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column on the main road in the middle of the al-Yarmuk neighborhood of southwest al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Yarmuk as saying that the bomb was planted in front of the Abu Tammam exchange in al-Yarmuk. They said it exploded by a US column, disabling a Humvee and killing or wounding its crew of five American troops.
After the attack US and Iraqi puppet soldiers surrounded the area and prevented anyone from approaching.

In a dispatch posted at 3:30pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol on the main road in the northwest of Karbala’.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Hindiyah district of Karbala’ as saying that a bomb went off as a US patrol was driving past at 11am local time Tuesday morning. The explosion destroyed one Humvee, wounding four American soldiers who were aboard it.
