Iraqi Resistance car bomber turns US camp into fireball Wednesday evening.

In a dispatch posted at 7:50pm Makkah time Wednesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier an Iraqi Resistance fidai fighter drove a car bomb into an American military encampment in the al-Bu Jabir neighborhood of eastern ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the Resistance fighter drove an explosives-laden car through the main gate in the American camp located at the end of the al-Bu Jabir neighborhood.� US troops opened fire at the onrushing car to try to stop it but without success and the driver blew it up in the camp.

The correspondent reported that the explosion destroyed the whole camp.� Flames and smoke covered the entire area so thickly that helicopters were still unable to land at the time of reporting, about a quarter hour after the attack.

American reinforcements rushed into the area following the blast in order to bolster their hold on the al-Bu Jabir area.

Al-Qaim.

Resistance bomb in al-Qaim reportedly kills four US troops midday Wednesday.

In a dispatch posted at 6:55pm Makkah time Wednesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in the district known as 12 Rabi al-Awwal in western al-Qaim at noon on Wednesday.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Qaim as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the main road in the district completely destroyed a Humve, killing four US soldiers who were aboard it.

After the blast, American troops surrounded the area, preventing anyone from approaching and opened fire indiscriminately at nearby houses.

Local residents told Mafkarat al-Islam that the American vehicle was totally destroyed in the explosion, with parts of it and body parts of the American troops inside scattered as far as 15 meters (almost 50 feet) from where the bomb was planted.

Al-Khalidiyah.

Resistance bomb kills three Iraqi puppet soldiers in al-Khalidiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 10:05am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet army patrol on the main road in the as-Siddiqiyah area to the west of al-Khalidiyah, about 80km west of Baghdad.

The al-Khalidiyah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in as-Siddiqiyah as saying that the bomb went off near the as-Siddiqiyah Bridge, destroying a personnel carrier and killing three Iraqi puppet troops and wounding five more of them.

Al-Fallujah.

Resistance fires Katyusha rockets into US base east of al-Fallujah.

In a dispatch posted at 10am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five medium-range Katyusha rockets into the US base set up in the farm area east of al-Fallujah at dawn on Wednesday.

The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that the barrage set off violent explosions inside the US-occupied base.

Baghdad.

Resistance bomb targets motorcade of pro-American politician.

In a dispatch posted at 6:50pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by the motorcade of the Chairman of the pro-American Iraqi Nation [Ummah] Party. Dr. Mithal al-Alusi in the middle of Baghdad.

The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Bitawin neighborhood of central Baghdad as saying that a bomb on the main road leading to the Republican Palace area of downtown Baghdad the high security area known to the American occupiers as the Green Zone exploded by the pro-occupation politicians motorcade.� The blast destroyed one armored car in the procession, killing one of the politicians body guards and wounding three more of them.

Al-Alusi, a vocal critic of the Iraqi Resistance, is a Sunni from al-Anbar Province who has opted to become a part of the American-run political process in occupied Iraq.

Show trial resumes in Baghdad Wednesday.

In a dispatch posted at 10:20am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the American-sponsored show trial for Iraqi President Saddam Husayn and seven other Iraqi leaders held prisoner by the US forces resumed in Baghdad on Wednesday.

The claims by the American-backed prosecution currently center on the death of 148 individuals who were executed for their involvement in a plot to assassinate the Iraqi President in 1982.

Al-Jazeera satellite TV reported that Wednesdays 26th session of the showcase proceedings began in the presence of all the eight Iraqi leaders held prisoner by the Americans and their lawyers in the room.

At the end of the days session, the American-appointed Judge adjourned the show trial proceedings, which began on 19 October 2005, until Monday, 22 May.

Samarra.

Resistance bombards puppet Shock Troop headquarters in Samarra.

In a dispatch posted at 2:07pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired three medium-range C5 rockets into the headquarters of the puppet Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir) in the local government building in Samarra, 120km north of Baghdad.

The Samarra correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that the rockets scored direct hits on the puppet Shock Troop headquarters, sending plumes of smoke rising over the facility.

Resistance bomb blasts US patrol near Bayji.

In a dispatch posted at 2pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in the as-Siniyah area west of Bayji, about 200km north of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the as-Siniyah area as saying that a bomb on the road from the center of town to the US base in as-Siniyah (site of oil refineries) blew up as a US column drove past.� The� explosion disabled a US armored Humvee, wounding three American troops.

Baqubah.

Puppet police captain killed in Resistance bombing in Baqubah.

In a dispatch posted at 7:20pm Makkah time Wednesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of Iraqi puppet police in the middle of Baqubah.

The Baqubah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the main road in the al-Muallimin neighborhood in the middle of town blew up by a passing patrol of the Iraqi puppet police.� The blast destroyed a patrol vehicle, killing a puppet police captain and wounding three more puppet policemen.

Resistance fighters attack pro-American Badr Brigade militiamen in bakery, then blow up puppet police as they arrive on the scene.

In a dispatch posted at 6:40pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked members of the pro-American Shi sectarian Badr Brigades and patrols of Iraqi puppet police in downtown Baqubah, about 65km northeast of Baghdad.

The Baqubah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying hat Resistance fighters equipped with light arms attacked a bakery run by a member of the pro-American Badr Brigades, assassinating him and two of his employees.

Afterwards, when Iraqi puppet police arrived on the scene, an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded, destroying a patrol vehicle and killing two of the puppet policemen and wounding six more of them.

Resistance bomb blasts US column south of Baqubah.

In a dispatch posted at 12:10pm Makkah time midday Wednesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US column on the main road to Buhriz south of Baqubah.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Baqubah puppet police as saying that a bomb panted by the side of the Buhriz road exploded, disabling an American armored vehicle and wounding four US troops.

Al-Yusufiyah.

Resistance sharpshooter reportedly kills US soldier in al-Yusufiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 11:10am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed an American soldier in the ar-Rashid area of al-Yusufiyah, about 25km southwest of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the ar-Rashid area as saying that a US soldier who was on observation duty at a temporary checkpoint on the main road in the area took a direct hit from a Resistance sharpshooters bullet, killing him instantly.

Al-Haswah.

Resistance bomb blasts US patrol in al-Haswah, southwest of Baghdad, reportedly killing four US troops.

In a dispatch posted at 9:45am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol in the al-Haswah area about 33km southwest of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Haswah as saying that the bomb went off in the northern part of the area, completely destroying a Humvee and killing four American troops who were aboard it.

Kirkuk.

US soldier reported killed when Resistance bomb rips through patrol in Kirkuk.

In a dispatch posted at 7pm Makkah time Wednesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that two Iraqi Resistance bombs exploded one after the other by a joint parol of US and Iraqi puppet army troops in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk.

The Kirkuk correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that two bombs went off in succession beside the joint patrol on Kawran Street in the middle of the city.� The blasts destroyed one Humvee and disabled an Iraqi puppet army vehicle.� One American soldier was killed and two more Americans wounded.� Two Iraqi puppet troops and three civilians who were nearby were also injured in the blast.

Tall Afar.

Resistance bomb blasts joint American-Iraqi puppet army patrol in Tall Afar.

In a dispatch posted at 2:05pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a joint US-Iraqi puppet army foot patrol in the as-Salam neighborhood of Tall Afar, west of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The Tall Afar correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that the bomb, which had been planted on a side street in the neighborhood, killed one Iraqi puppet army soldier and wounded two American troops and two more Iraqi puppet soldiers.

Al-Mawsil.

Resistance mortars bombard joint US-Iraqi puppet base in western al-Mawsil.

In a dispatch posted at 11am Makkah time Wednesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired three 60mm mortar rounds into the headquarters jointly occupied by US and Iraqi puppet National Guards in western al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The al-Mawsil correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the an-Nur neighborhood as saying that the shells scored direct hits on the facility, sending plumes of smoke rising into the sky.

Zionist delegation holds talks with Kurdish separatist leaders in Irbil.

In a dispatch posted at 3pm Makkah time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a delegation of Zionist Jewish Rabbis and businessmen arrived in the city of Irbil, in the northern Iraqi region dominated by Kurdish separatist allies of the United States.

The Irbil correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that eight Jewish clerics and five other Zionist individuals in official dress arrived in the Aynkawah area of Irbil, the district where the Zionist-Kurdish Interests Department has its headquarters, on Wednesday morning.

The correspondent reported that members of the special Asayish Amn security forces of pro-American Kurdish separatist leader Masud Barzani accompanied the Zionist Jewish delegation from its arrival in the city.

The correspondent reported exclusive sources as saying that the Kurdish separatist puppet authorities banned all Arab Iraqis from approaching the Aynkawah area where the Zionist offices are located.� The Zionist offices were set up and began work in the location in 1993, following the American occupation of the northern, predominantly Kurdish, area of Iraq after the 1991 war.
