Al-Anbar Province.

Al-Hadithah.

Resistance mortars strike US camp near al-Hadithah Dam.

In a dispatch posted at 5:15pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired three 82mm mortar rounds into the US military headquarters located near the al-Hadithah Dam, about 300km northwest of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that plumes of smoke rose over the American camp following the Resistance barrage.

Ar-Ramadi.

Resistance bomb kills four puppet Iraqi National Guards in village west or ar-Ramadi.

In a dispatch posted at 12:10pm Makkah time midday Saturday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a column of Iraqi puppet National Guard troops on the main road in the middle of as-Sukran Village west of ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the village as saying that the bomb completely destroyed a troop transport vehicle, killing four Iraqi puppet National Guards and wounding five more of them.

After the attack, US and Iraqi puppet army troops surrounded the scene preventing anyone from approaching.

Resistance sharpshooter reportedly kills US soldier on patrol in ar-Ramadi.

In a dispatch posted at 10:50am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed a US soldier near the Intelligence Department Headquarter in ar-Ramadi, about 110km west of Baghdad.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Mukhabarat neighborhood as saying that a US foot patrol was in the neighborhood near the old Intelligence Department headquarters when one of the American soldiers took a direct hit from a Resistance sharpshooters bullet, killing him instantly.

Rawah.

Resistance bomber attacks checkpoint in Rawah, reportedly killing three US troops Friday evening.

In a dispatch posted at 11:25am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fidai fighter blew himself up inside an Americah checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Rawah, about 315km northwest of Baghdad on Friday evening.

The Rawah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that a Resistance fighter wearing an explosive belt went into the checkpoint and then blew himself up amongst the American troops.� Three US soldiers were killed and three more wounded in the blast, the witnesses said.

After the attack, US forces closed all Rawahs entrances and exist and the city remained sealed off at the time of reporting Saturday morning.

Abu Ghurayb.

Resistance bomb blasts US Humvee west of Abu Ghurayb.

In a dispatch posted at 5:05pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol west of Abu Ghurayb on the road to al-Fallujah.

The Abu Ghurayb correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that the bomb, which had been planted on the old road to al-Fallujah, blew up by a patrol of seven US Humvees.� The witnesses said that the blast destroyed one Humvee, killing or wounding five American troops who were aboard it.

Baghdad.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police in southwestern Baghdad.

In a dispatch posted at 11:19am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet police patrol in the al-Amil neighborhood of southwestern Baghdad.

The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of al-Amil as saying that the bomb disabled a patrol vehicle, wounding three puppet policemen.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police in central Baghdad.

In a dispatch posted at 9:45am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of Iraqi puppet police on the main road in the al-Bab ash-Sharqi area of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported shopkeepers in al-Bab ash-Sharqi as saying that the bomb on al-Mushajjar Street disabled a patrol vehicle, killing one Iraqi puppet policeman and wounding four more.

Balad.

Resistance bomb kills five American mercenaries south of Balad.

In a dispatch posted at 8:10pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column south of the city of Balad, about 85km north of Baghdad.

The Balad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the bomb went off by a column of several US Humvees and four-wheel drive armored vehicles driven by mercenary security contractors and American intelligence personnel.

The correspondent reported that the explosion completely destroyed one of the four-wheel drive vehicles, killing the five mercenaries who were aboard.

Samarra.

Resistance rockets blast joint US-Iraqi puppet headquarters in Samarra.

In a dispatch posted at 10:40am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five medium-range rockets into the headquarters jointly occupied by US and Iraqi puppet Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir) in Samarra, about 140km north of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Samarra as saying that the barrage sent plumes of smoke rising into the sky.

Al-Madain.

Resistance bomb kills three puppet Shock Troops west of al-Madain.

In a dispatch posted at 3:10pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of puppet Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir) on the main road west of al-Madain, just southeast of Baghdad.

The al-Madain correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that a bomb went off on the road leading to the citys western entrance.� The blast disabled a patrol vehicle and killed three puppet Shock Troops and wounded two more of them.

Tall Afar.

Resistance fighters assault puppet army checkpoint in Tall Afar.

In a dispatch posted at 11:40am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a checkpoint manned by Iraqi puppet army troops in the middle of the city of Tall Afar, west of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The Tall Afar correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that Resistance fighters equipped with light arms and pipe rockets attacked a checkpoint on an-Nakhwah Street manned by Iraqi puppet army troops.� The assault left one Iraqi puppet soldier dead and three more of them wounded, among them an officer.� Four civilians who were nearby were injured in the crossfire.

Al-Hawijah.

Two US troops reported killed in Resistance grenade attack near al-Hawijah.

In a dispatch posted at 8:40pm Makkah time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance fighter ambushed a US military patrol in the al-Hawijah area southwest of Kirkuk in northern Iraq.

The Kirkuk correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Hawijah as saying that a Resistance fighter threw a hand grenade at an American patrol, totally destroying a Humvee and killing two US troops who were aboard it and wounding two more of them.� The witnesses reported that the Resistance attacker managed to get away without injury.

Al-Mawsil.

US soldier reported killed in bomb explosion in al-Mawsil.

In a dispatch posted at 10:10am Makkah time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that in Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column in the al-Kafaat section of western al-Mawsil (Mosul) in northern Iraq.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the al-Kafaat neighborhood as saying that the blast on what has come to be known as the Road of Death in the neighborhood disabled a US vehicle, killing one American soldier and wounding two more of them.
