Resistance Katyusha rockets blast US headquarters in Amiriyat al-Fallujah.

In a dispatch posted at 6:50pm Makkah (Mecca) time Thursday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired three Katyusha rockets at camps of US occupation forces in the Amiriyat al-Fallujah area, 7km southwest of the city of al-Fallujah, which is about 60km west of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the Resistance fired the Katyusha barrage at 3pm local time, striking houses in the area that the Americans have occupied and turned into billets and headquarters.� No information was available on the nature or extent of US casualties.

Al-Habbaniyah.

Resistance barrage sets off violent explosions in US al-Habbaniyah base.��

In a dispatch posted at 5pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five 82mm mortar rounds into the US-occupied as-Saqr Air Base in al-Habbaniyah, 69km west of Baghdad, on Thursday morning.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Habbaniyah as saying that bombardment set off violent explosions that shook the base and the surrounding area and sent plumes of smoke rising into the sky as sirens wailed inside the compound.

Quds Press reported that US helicopters took off and prowled the skies around the area after the attack and American artillery fired back at what they believed was the source of the incoming fire.

Quds Press reported that recent days have seen an increase in attacks on US forces in al-Fallujah and nearby areas, including al-Habbaniyah.

Al-Qaim.

In second car bombing in one week Resistance bomber blasts US, puppet troops near al-Qaim Wednesday afternoon.

An Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a group of US and Iraqi puppet troops near the city of al-Qaim on the border with Syria on Wednesday, eyewitnesses told Quds Press.

Witnesses told Quds Press that an Iraqi Resistance fidai fighter drove an esplosives-laden car into a group of US and Iraqi puppet troops in the village of al-Karabilahal-Gharbiyah, killing about 10 of he troops and wounding about 20 more of them on Wednesday afternoon.

The witnesses said that the Americans and the puppet troops responded to the attack by opening fire indiscriminately at nearby shopkeepers, killing three of them.� The Americans and their puppet allies then carried out mass arrests around the area.

Quds Press noted that this was the second such attack in one week.� Another car bobm exploded by a joint US-Iraqi puppet checkpoint in the area, killing and wounding several of the troops on an earlier occasion.

Baghdad.

US soldier reported killed in Resistance bombing in western Baghdads ar-Ridwaniyah.

In a dispatch posted at 8:10pm Makkah time Thursday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb blasted a US military patrol on the main to az-Zaydan in western ar-Ridwaniyah, a district of west Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses who live in ar-Ridwaniyah as saying that the bomb went off by a US patrol, disabling a Humvee and killing one US soldier and wounding two more of them.

Resistance mortars blast Green Zone Thursday evening.

In a dispatch posted at 7:40pm Makkah time Thursday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier Iraqi Resistance forces bombarded the area around the Republican Palace in downtown Baghdad the high security district in which the US has set up the headquarters of its occupation, dubbing it the Green Zone.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that four mortar rounds were fired at the Green Zone.� Two of the shells landed in the Tigris River that runs by the zone, but two others blasted into the Green Zone.� As usual, the Americans released no information on the nature or extent of damage or casualties.

After the attack, American forces closed Abu Nuwas street near the Green Zone which they had sealed off.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police in Baghdads az-Zafaraniyah.

In a dispatch posted at 5:50pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet police patrol in southeast Baghdads az-Zafaraniyah area.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in az-Zafaraniyah as saying that the bomb destroyed one patrol vehicle and wounded four puppet policemen.

Resistance bomb blasts US patrol in Baghdads al-Mansur district.

In a dispatch posted at 1pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol on the main road in western Baghdads al-Mansur neighborhood.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Mansur as saying that the bomb went off in front of the ar-Rahman Mosque in the neighborhood as a US patrol was driving by.� The blast disabled one Humvee, wounding four American troops.� One civilian who happened to be nearby was also injured.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet National Guard patrol in Baghdads Baladiyat district.

In a dispatch posted at 11:20am Makkah time Thursday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of the puppet Iraqi National Guard in the al-Baladiyat area of eastern Baghdad.

The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported witnesses in Baladiyat as saying that the bomb went off by the patrol on the road leading to Zuyunah.� The blast disabled one patrol vehicle, killing two puppet National Guards and severely wounding three more of them.

American soldier reported killed by Iraqi Resistance sharpshooter in al-Mushahadah.

In a dispatch posted at 3pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance marksman shot and killed an American soldier in al-Mushahadah, 25km north of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Mushahadah as saying that the US soldier was standing on one of the American Humvees that was taking part in a patrol on a farm road south of the city when he took a direct hit from an Iraqi sharpshooters bullet, killing him instantly.� Witnesses said they saw him fall convulsively into the Humvee.

Yathrib.

Series of Resistance bombs rips through US column near Yathrib, reportedly killing four US troops.

In a dispatch posted at 11am Makkah time Thursday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a series of Iraqi Resistance bombs exploded by a US military column in Yathrib, about 75km north of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Yathrib as saying that the series of bombs went off by a column of American Humvees as it drove past.� The explosions completely destroyed one Humvee and disabled two more of them.� Four US troops were killed and four more wounded in the multiple bombing.

Ad-Dujayl.

Three US troops reported killed in Resistance bombing in ad-Dujayl Wednesday night.

In a dispatch posted at 11:40am Makkah time Thursday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column in the city of ad-Dujayl, 55km north of Baghdad, on Wednesday evening.

The ad-Dujayl correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that the bomb went off by a US column on the main road running south to Baghdad. The blast destroyed one American personnel carrier, killing three US troops and severely wounding five more of them.

Resistance bomb reportedly kills US soldier south of al-Mawsil Wednesday evening.

In a dispatch posted at 4:20pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb explode by a US column south of al-Mawsil on the road to Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the al-Mawsil puppet police as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the road to Baghdad went off by a US column in the ash-Sharqat area in far northern Salah ad-Din Province on Wednesday evening.� The blast disabled an American armored vehicle, killing one US soldier and wounding three more of them, one seriously.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police patrol in Baqubah.

In a dispatch posted at 8:40pm Makkah time Thursday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of Iraqi puppet police on the road to Baghdad in the southern part of the city of Baqubah, about 65km northeast of the Iraqi capital.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Baqubah as saying that the bomb went off by a puppet police patrol, destroying a patrol vehicle and wounding three puppet policemen.

In a dispatch posted at 8:20pm Makkah time Thursday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of puppet Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir) on the main road north of al-Mahmudiyah, about 30km south of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Mahmudiyah as saying that the bomb destroyed a patrol vehicle, killing on puppet Shock Troop soldier and wounding two more of them.

Tall Afar.

Resistance fighters ambush patrol of puppet troops in Tall Afar.

In a dispatch posted at 8:30pm Makkah time Thursday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a patrol of Iraqi puppet National Guard troops in the as-Salam neighborhood of Tall Afar, west of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Tall Afar as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons ambushed a puppet army patrol, killing two puppet National Guard soldiers and wounding two more of them.

Two US troops reported killed in Resistance bombing in eastern al-Mawsil.

In a dispatch posted at 6:40pm Makkah time Thursday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that n Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol on the main road in the al-Mansur district of eastern al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Mansur as saying that the bomb went of by a patrol of several Humvees, completely destroying one of them and killing two US soldiers and seriously wounding two more of them.

Resistance bomb east of al-Mawsil leaves two American troops reported killed.

In a dispatch posted at 5:30pm Makkah time Thursday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol on the main road east of al-Mawsil (Mosul) in northern Iraq.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the al-Mawsil puppet police as saying that the bomb, which had been planted by the side of the main road near a gas station� east of the city, blew up as a US patrol drove past.� The blast destroyed one Humvee, killing two American soldiers and wounding two more of them.
