Iraqi puppet regime officially issues entry visas to Israeli passport holders.
In a dispatch posted at 4:10pm Makkah time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that sources in the puppet Iraqi Customs Service had disclosed that the US-installed regime of Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jafari have now given official permission for Israeli citizens to enter Iraq.
The ar-Rutbah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported an official of the Customs Department in ar-Rutbah, the town in western Iraq that serves as crossing point into the country from Jordan, as saying that the puppet regime had given official permission to issue entry visas to Israelis.
The Jafari government gave an order allowing for the entry of Zionists into Iraq, specifically those with Chamber of Commerce identity cards or generally businessmen, the source said.
The Customs official said that every day at least five or 10 Zionists come through the western sector into Iraq. They are greeted in ar-Rutbah Square by mercenary security companies who ferry them to Baghdad. The source said that a number of them come to Iraq one to three times every month.
Previously, the European media had reported that Zionist Mossad secret police agents had been seen in a number of northern Iraqi cities, including Kirkuk, Irbil, as-Sulaymaniyah, and Dahuk in the company of Jewish businessmen from America and Europe. The Turkish government is known to have complained to its close Israeli ally over the extensive Zionist involvement in northern Iraq, an area Turkey regards as its special sphere of influence. Zionist agents were said to be particularly active in the area of Zawita, about 80km from the Syrian border, in the northern Iraqi province of Dahuk.
Resistance fighters kill pro-US Badr Brigade militiamen in ad-Durah.
In a dispatch posted at 1:10pm Makkah time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked two members of the pro-American Shii sectarian Badr Brigade militia in the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah.

US-backed regime in Bulgaria to send 154 troops to serve US occupation of Iraq.
The Defense Ministry of the American-satellite NATO regime in Sofia has announced that Bulgaria is sending a squadron of 154 troops to support the American occupation of Iraq.
In an announcement reported by Agence France Presse (AFP), the Bulgarian Defense Ministry said that the 120 troops and 34 supporting military personnel will be assigned the task of policing and administering the repatriation center inside the Ashraf refugee camp, 70km north of Baghdad. The Bulgarian statement indicated that the troops would essentially be on guard duty at a camp housing 3,500 Iranian supporters of the Peoples Mujahidin Organization, an anti-Iranian government group.
The Bulgarian regime apparently hopes that this task, evidently less dangerous than the combat duty to which previous Bulgarian occupation troops were assigned, would allow Sofia to respond to the demands for help coming from the White House while keeping domestic opposition to the deployment relatively limited.

The al-Hillah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported an officer in the local puppet police who asked not to be identified as saying that the prison is located in the building that housed the Iraqi Security Directorate before the American occupation of the country. The source said that high-ranking officers in the puppet Interior Ministry oversee the secret prison, all of them concurrently commanders in the pro-American Shii sectarian Badr Brigades.
The officer said that the prison had been established about one month earlier. The prisoners now in the secret al-Hillah facility were previously in secret dungeons in Baghdad but were transferred to al-Hillah because it was feared that the location of the facilities in Baghdad might be reported in the media, forcing the Americans to shut them down. Two such secret prisons and torture center were disclosed in the press and American troops closed them down. But many such prisons known to be operating in the occupied Iraqi capital under the aegis of the American-installed Interior Minister Bayan Jabr Sulagh, whom the US ambassador Zalmay Khlilzad has criticized from time to time but not replaced.
The source in al-Hillah told Mafkarat al-Islam that most of the prisoners in the local secret prison are Sunni religious leaders, scholars, and merchants.

An-Najaf Province.
An-Najaf.
Shii religious leaders tied to pro-American SCIRI call for massacre of Sunnis in southern Iraq in line with US plans to partition the country along ethnic, sectarian lines.
In a dispatch posted at 3:40pm Makkah time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that pro-American Shii sectarian Imams gave sermons in Shii mosques in the city of an-Najaf on Friday inciting sectarian civil war and asserting that it was legitimate to kill and plunder Sunnis.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam attended Friday congregational prayers led by Shii Shaykh Ali al-Fatlawi in the at-Tumah Shii Husayniyah in an-Najaf. During his sermon, Shaykh al-Fatlawi asserted that since the Sunnis assert that the Caliphs Abu Bakr, Umar ibn al-Khattab, and Uthman ibn Affan the first three leaders of the Islamic community following the death of the Prophet Muhammad that means that they prefer those individuals over the fourth Caliph, Ali ibn Abi Talib who was the Prophets nephew. It is an article of faith for the Shiah that the successor of the Prophet had to be a member of the Prophets family, and therefore the first three Caliphs who are recognized by Sunnis were illegitimate usurpers.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported Shaykh al-Fatlawi as telling the congregation in the at-Tumah Shii mosque Friday that a Shii scholar Shaykh at-Tabatabai had written a book entitled Kitab al-Athar li-uli al-albab in which he asserted that it was permissible for Shiah to take the lives, money, and women of Sunnis on the pretext that Sunnis, by accepting the first four historical Caliphs, were showing hatred for the Prophets family and had therefore ceased being Muslims and should be treated as renegade outlaws. Shaykh al-Fatlawi called on the Islamic government to cut off the heads of the Sunnis, just as God had smitten recalcitrant peoples in the past.
The correspondent reported that Shaykh al-Fatlawi went on to call for the total eviction or killing of all the Sunnis who remain in southern Iraq, in particular their religious leaders.
Along similar lines, Sadr ad-Din al-Qabanji and Jalal ad-Din as-Saghir, both Shii religious leaders and leading figures in the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI) whose 30,000-man armed wing the Badr Brigades invaded and occupied Iraq in tandem with US forces in spring 2003, have issued religious legal opinions (fatwas) saying that it is legitimate to take the lives, money, and women of Sunnis and to drive the Sunnis out of the southern parts of Iraq.
Such open appeals for civil war and sectarian cleansing of southern Iraq are in accord with the American plan for a partition of Iraq into three mini-states a Kurdish one in the north, a Sunni Arab one in the west and a Shii one in the south and east of Iraq. This Three State Solution was the strategy outlined by Leslie Gelb, the President Emeritus of the American Council on Foreign Relations, in an article by that name in The New York Times of 25 November 2003.

Muthanna Province.
As-Samawah.
Resistance bombards Japanese occupation base in as-Samawah Friday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 5:30pm Makkah time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four mortar rounds into the Japanes base located 6km west of the southern Iraqi city of as-Samawah on Friday morning.
The as-Samawah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that four mortar shells blasted into the Japanese base at 10am local time Friday morning. The witnesses said that the Japanese occupation forces made no response to the attack and they also noted that unlike similar attacks, no clouds of smoke could be seen nor any sound of explosion heard following the barrage.
There are about 500 to 600 Japanese occupation troops in the city of as-Samawah in a deployment that is increasingly unpopular in Japan.
