Resistance bomb near al-Hadithah reportedly kills US soldier.

In a dispatch posted at 6:40pm Makkah (Mecca) time Tuesday evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US patrol on the main road in Barwanah, east of al-Hadithah, located about 300km northwest of Baghdad.

The al-Hadithah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of Barwanah who witnessed the attack as saying that the blast on the main road to the village of as-Sukran disabled an American Humvee, killing one US soldier and wounding three more of them.

Ar-Ramadi.

Bodies of three Iraqi puppet army intelligence men and one translator collaborating with US troops found dead in ar-Ramadi late Tuesday afternoon.

In a dispatch posted at 6pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier Iraqi puppet army troops had discovered four bodies in ar-Ramadi, one of them beheaded.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Iraqi puppet army who asked that his name not be mentioned as saying that three of the four bodies belong to members of the Iraqi puppet army intelligence and one was that of a translator from Baghdad who was working for the US occupation troops.

Five American troops reported killed in two Resistance ambushes on US troops in eastern ar-Ramadi Tuesday.

In a dispatch posted at 6pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that violent fighting broke out between Iraqi Resistance fighters and US occupation troops in eastern ar-Ramadi, 110km west of Baghdad.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that the clashes erupted when Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons and pipe rockets mounted two separate ambushes on US patrols in the area, one on an American foot patrol and the other on a US mechanized column of five Humvees, in the eastern part of ar-Ramadi.

Resistance fighters killed three US troops in the foot patrol and destroyed one Humvee, killing two Americans in the mechanized patrol. Three other US troops were wounded in that attack, the correspondent reported.

Fierce battle rages for four hours in central ar-Ramadi, leaving seven US troops reported dead.

In a dispatch posted at 5:30pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fighting broke out between Iraqi Resistance forces and US occupation troops in the al-Malab (playing field) area of ar-Ramadi.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Malab as saying that the combat began when Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons ambushed an American military column in the area.� The battle that ensued lasted about four hours and witnessed the destruction of two US armored vehicles and one Humvee. Seven American troops were killed and five more wounded in the fighting.

Resistance bombards US military headquarters set up in Agricultural College in eastern ar-Ramadi.

In a dispatch posted at 10:50am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired five 82mm mortar rounds into the US headquarters set up in the Agricultural College east of ar-Ramadi.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying at the barrage sent plumes of smoke rising into the sky.

Al-Khalidiyah.

Resistance bomb kills Iraqi puppet soldier near al-Khalidiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 9:10am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bobm exploded by an Iraqi puppet army foot patrol on a farm road in the Jazirat al-Khalidiyah area near al-Khalidiyah, about 80km west of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the Jazirat al-Khalidiyah area as saying that the bomb killed one Iraqi puppet soldier and severely wounded three more of them.

Baghdad.

In a dispatch posted at 2:50pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a car bomb exploded inside the Madinat as-Sadr area of eastern Baghdad at noonTuesday.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in the area as saying that the explosives-laden car had been parked by the side of a road near a fuel station and was detonated by remote control.

The explosion killed four civilians and wounded five more of them.

In contrast to Iraqi Resistance attacks, which have clear and defined targets occupation troops or armed forces, officials, or collaborators with the US-installed puppet regime the latest wave of attacks appear targeted exclusively on civilians.

Such mysterious attacks are widely viewed as a part of an Anglo-American effort to rescue their failing fortunes in Iraq by sparking a sectarian civil war in the country enabling them to fulfill their plans of partitioning the country along ethnic and religious lines.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police in Baghdads az-Zafaraniyah district.

In a dispatch posted at 2:30pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of Iraqi puppet police in the southeast Baghdad district of az-Zafaraniyah.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses living in az-Zafaraniyah as saying that the bomb, on the main road in the district, destroyed one patrol vehicle, killing an Iraqi puppet security man and wounding three more of them.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet Shock Troops in ad-Durah.

In a dispatch posted at pm Makkah time midday Tuesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a patrol of puppet Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir) on at-Tumah Road in the middle of the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in ad-Durah� as saying that the bomb, which had been planted by the side of the main at-Tumah Road in the area blew up as the patrol was driving past, destroying one patrol vehicle and killing two puppet Shock Troops and wounding three more of them.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police patrol east of Baqubah.

In a dispatch posted at 2:40pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet police patrol on the road east of the village of Kanan, 35km east of Baqubah (which is 65km northeast of Baghdad)..

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the bomb, which had been planted on the road between Kanan and Balad Ruz, a little more than 20km further east.� The source said that the blast disabled one puppet police vehicle, wounding two puppet policemen, one of them a captain.

al-Miqdadiyah.

Resistance bomb blasts US troops in al-Miqdadiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 1:50pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded on a main road northeast of al-Miqdadiyah, about 85km northeast of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Miqdadiyah as saying that the bomb, which had been planted by the side of the main road to the al-Imam Ways area to the northeast of the city blew up by a passing American column, disabling one Humvee.� No information on the nature or extent of casualties was available, however, because US forces quickly surrounded the area.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police patrol in Baqubah.

In a dispatch posted at 1:10pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet police patrol in the middle of Baqubah, about 65km northeast of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Baqubah as saying that the bomb, which had been planted by the side of the main road near the Municipality building blew up by a puppet police patrol, disabling one patrol vehicle and wounding four puppet policemen, two of them severely.

Resistance bomb blasts US column north of Buhriz.

In a dispatch posted at 9:30am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column on the main road between Baqubah, 65km northeast of Baghdad, and the Buhriz area a few kilometers to the southeast of Baqubah.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Buhriz as saying that a bomb that had been planted on the main road north of their town blew up by a column of several US armored vehicles and Humvees, disabling one Humveea and killing or wounding the four Americans aboard it.

Al-Mahmudiyah.

Resistance bombards US base in al-Mahmudiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 12:40pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces blasted the US-occupied al-Luhum base in al-Mahmudiyah, about 30km south of Baghdad with six 100mm mortar rounds.

The al-Mahmudiyah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saying that the bombardment set off explosions inside the American-occupied facility and sent plumes of smoke rising into the sky.

Kirkuk.

Resisatance fighters assault puppet police checkpoint.

In a dispatch posted at 12:20pm Makkah time midday Tuesday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a puppet police check point on the al-Hawijah road west of Kirkuk.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons assaulted the checkpoint, killing one puppet policeman and wounding two more of them.� One of the Resistance fighters was also wounded but the Resistance attackers managed to move away from the area after making their assault.

Al-Mawsil.

Resistance fighters kill three Iraqi puppet National Guard troops in central al-Mawsil.

In a dispatch posted at 5:40pm Makkah time Tuesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters ambushed a group of puppet Iraqi National Guards in the al-Maarid (fair grounds) area in the middle of the northern Iraqi city of al-Mawsil (Mosul).

The al-Mawsil correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local eyewitnesses as saing that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons ambushed three puppet National Guards, killing them and then withdrawing immediately from the area.

Resistance fighters assassinate pro-US Kurdish separatist party member.

In a dispatch posted at 10:10am Makkah time Tuesday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked members of the pro-American Kurdish separatist Kurdistani Federal Party in the an-Nur neighborhood in the middle of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

The al-Mawsil correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in an-Nur as saying that the Resistance fighters, who were armed with light and medium weapons, killed one of the Kurdish separatist party members and then immediately left the area.
