Al-Fallujah.
Resistance fighters attack puppet forces in ‘Amiriyat al-Fallujah on Sunday.
In a dispatch posted at 11:30pm Mecca time Sunday night, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a number of Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with automatic weapons and PKS machine guns had attacked a checkpoint manned by Iraqi puppet forces at the entrance to the housing complex in the ‘Amiriyat al-Fallujah area, south of the city of al-Fallujah, some 60km west of Baghdad at about 10am local time Sunday morning.
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the attack sparked a firefight between the Resistance and the puppet troops at the checkpoint. Afterwards, the road to the area was closed for about two hours.
Then at about 4pm local time Sunday afternoon, The Iraqi Resistance fired six Katyusha rockets into the headquarters of Iraqi puppet forces near the new bridge. Eyewitnesses reported that the rockets scored direct hits on the facility, sending clouds of smoke rising into the sky.
Resistance bombs target US forces in al-Fallujah.
In a dispatch posted at 4:10pm Mecca time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the Iraqi Resistance had delivered two bomb attacks on American occupation troops in the city.
In the first incident, an Iraqi resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol on the main road in the ash-Shuhada’ neighborhood of southern al-Fallujah, some 60km west of Baghdad
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the bomb disabled one American Humvee, wounding three US troops who were aboard it.
In the second attack, an Iraqi resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol on the main road in the an-Nazal neighborhood of central al-Fallujah.
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the bomb disabled an American Humvee, killing one US soldier and wounding a second.
US forces launched raids and house-to-house searches in southern neighborhoods of al-Fallujah on Saturday-Sunday night, arresting dozens of local residents, charging them with having carried out the attacks on US troops.
Abu Ghurayb.

In a dispatch posted at 5:20pm Mecca time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters had ambushed a US patrol on the main road in the al-‘Annaz area southwest of Abu Ghurayb, which is located some 30km west of Baghdad.
The Abu Ghurayb correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons and rocket launchers attacked the American patrol. The correspondent reported that the attack sparked a battle that lasted about two hours in the course of which three American vehicles were disabled, four US troops killed and five more American soldiers were wounded.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet “Shock Troops” in al-Mansur.
In a dispatch posted at 11:50am Mecca time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by a patrol of puppet “Iraqi Interior Ministry Shock Troops Maghawir” on the main road opposite the Immigration Department building in the al-Mansur neighborhood in western Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the puppet police as saying that the bomb damaged one patrol vehicle and wounded two puppet “Shock Troops.”
Bomb targets puppet police in as-Salikh area in northern Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 10:40am Mecca time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a puppet police patrol on the main road opposite the as-Salikh Sports Club in the as-Salikh area.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of the as-Salikh area as saying that the bomb outside the sports club disabled a patrol vehicle killing one puppet policeman and wounding two more of them.

Resistance bomb targets puppet police check point.
In a dispatch posted at 3:25pm Mecca time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by an Iraqi puppet police check point in the an-Nahrawan area, 25km southeast of Ba‘qubah.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of an-Nahrawan as saying that the bomb damaged one puppet police vehicle, severely wounding two puppet policemen.
Salman Bak.
Resistance fighters mount night-time assault on puppet police station in Salman Bak.
In a dispatch posted at 12:30pm Mecca time midday Sunday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters had attacked the Salman Bak puppet police station south of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of Salman Bak who witnessed the attack as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons and pipe rockets attacked the puppet police station at night, killing five puppet policemen and wounding three more. Parts of the police station building were destroyed.
Ba‘qubah.
Resistance bomb decimates puppet police patrol in central Ba‘qubah Sunday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 12:20pm Mecca time midday Sunday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by an Iraqi puppet police patrol on the main road in the at-Tahrir neighborhood of central Ba‘qubah, some 65km northeast of Baghdad on Sunday morning.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of the at-Tahrir neighborhood as saying that the bomb destroyed two patrol vehicles, killing five puppet policemen and wounding six more of them, most of those severely.
Buhriz.
Resistance mounts two attacks on puppet forces in Buhriz.
In a dispatch posted at 11am Mecca time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraq Resistance forces had mounted two attacks on Iraqi puppet troops in the area of Buhriz, south of Ba‘qubah.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of Buhriz who witnessed the attacks as saying that Resistance forces planted explosives on two observation towers used by the Iraqi puppet police during the night when they were unmanned. The Resistance fighters detonated the explosives and blasted the towers to the ground, completely razing them.
In a second attack, an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a column of puppet “Iraqi National Guard” troops on the main street in Buhriz, disabling one of their pickups and killing or wounding the four puppet guards who were aboard it.
Al-Miqdadiyah.
US soldier reported killed in roadside bombing in al-Miqdadiyah.
In a dispatch posted at 10:50am Mecca time Sunday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by a US column on the main road in al-Miqdadiyah, 85km north of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in al-Miqdadiyah as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the road into the center of the city blew up as a column of several US Humvees was passing by. The correspondent reported that the blast disabled a Humvee, killing one US soldier and wounding three more of them.

Ferocious Resistance ambush in Samarra’ reportedly leaves six US troops dead.
In a dispatch posted at 5:30pm Mecca time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters had carried out a fierce double attack on US occupation troops on the highway in the city of Samarra’, 120km north of Baghdad.
The Samarra’ correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that the attack began when three Resistance bombs that had been planted by the side of the highway exploded next to a passing American military column.
At that point, Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons and pipe rockets assaulted the American column, disabling three Humvees, killing six US soldiers and wounding seven more of them, the correspondent reported.
Bayji.
An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military unit in the area of Bayji, some 200km north of Baghdad on Saturday. A source in the Coordination Center for US and Iraqi puppet forces told Quds Press in Tikrit that in response to the Resistance bombing, the American troops opened fire indiscriminately but intensely around their area, killing three soldiers in the puppet Iraqi army and wounding six more of them. The Iraqi puppet troops were on their way from ash-Sharqat in northern Salah ad-Din Province to Samarra’.

American occupation troops storm into maternity hospital, arrest 27-year-old Iraqi woman.
In a dispatch posted at 5:20pm Mecca time Sunday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier, US forces had stormed into a maternity hospital in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul, arresting one 27-year old Iraqi woman.
The Mosul correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that US troops burst into the hospital and went into the maternity ward where they arrested the Iraqi woman, claiming that her husband was involved in armed Resistance activities against the American occupation.
A physician at the Mosul Woman’s Teaching Hospital who asked that his name not be revealed told Mafkarat al-Islam that more than 20 US soldiers raided the hospital looking for an Iraqi woman named Iman Muhammad. They had with them an Iraqi who kept his face covered in a scarf and who apparently was able to recognize the woman.
The doctor said that the Americans arrested the woman and took her away to one of their bases in Mosul. The doctor said that the reason she had been in the hospital at the time was that she was in her third month of pregnancy.
The correspondent reported local residents in Mosul as saying that the woman is the wife of a commander of one of the Iraqi Resistance groups operating in the city.
