ハッセン・チャーニー博士（Dr Hassen Charni ）は、ダイアナ王妃の死を１１ヶ月前に予言したことで世界的に有名になったチュニジアの天体物理学者であり、占星術師である。
彼は、2004年末までに津波がインド洋の海外沿いを襲撃すること、またカトリーナ（ハリケーン）がアメリカの南部を襲撃することなどを予言し、サウジアラビアのファード国王（King Fahd）の死をも予言した。
2004年12月、チャーニ博士は、2005年のロンドン爆破事件を予言し、ローマ法王、ヨハネ・パウロ２世の死を彼の死の３ヶ月前に予言し、世界中の人々を驚かせた。
彼は、天体物理学者のかたわら国際占星術連盟の副会長も務め、数多くの卓越した予言をするスペシャル・アドバイサーとして、世界的に有名な人である。
彼によれば、今後予測される世界的な動きとして、「更に多くのテロリスト達が、世界中で暗躍するだろう。そして世界の天候は、更に怪奇的現象に見舞われ、劇的かつ予測不能な気候の変化が訪れるだろう。その結果、大洪水や大かんばつなどが年間を通じて、季節を問わず発生し、ハリケーンのような暴風雨も地球上の多くの場所で、頻繁に発生するようになるだろう。そして世界中の多くの町が、水害のため麻痺してしまうだろう」とのことだ。
さらに、チャーニ博士によれば、以下のようになる。
2006年、イラク国民はアメリカに対して、ますますレジスタンスの意気を強め、かつてのベトナム戦争時より、更に状況は泥沼化するだろう。その結果、アメリカ政府とその同盟国を更に複雑な状況に追い込むだろう。
サダム・フセインの裁判は、隠蔽されている病気により、フセインは死亡するという悲劇的な結末となるだろう。その結果、イラクはますます無政府状態となり、アメリカに抵抗している新しいレジスタンス・グループが次々に生まれるだろう。そして、彼らは外国人を次々に人質にとり、更に数多くのアメリカ兵達が命を落とすことになるだろう。
反ブッシュ政権や反戦に対する運動はヨーロッパとアメリカで組織化され、アメリカの一国中心主義やイラク占領に反対する抵抗運動のうねりとなるだろう。このことがまたトニー・ブレア政権を崩壊させることになるだろう。
またヨーロッパ諸国で、大きな社会的な動乱が起きるだろう。特にフランスでは、大きな社会運動が起こり、政府は麻痺状態になるだろう。そして、次の選挙では社会主義者たちが勝利を収めることになるだろう。
更にフランスの都市では多くの火事が起こり、大きな鉄道事故や自動車事故がおき、多くの生命が奪われること、またジョニー・ホリデイ（Johnny Halliday）の死と同じようなテロ行為も起きるだろう。
また9.11に関して、モサド、CIA、ビン・ラディン、ザルカウイなどが果たした役割に関する新しい情報も出てくるだろう。

Dr. Charni forecasts a large fire in a French city, a huge rail accident, a great traffic accident which will cost the life of many people, Dr. Charni predicts also a terrorist act as well as the death of Johnny Halliday.
H predicts also the appearance of new information concerning the role of Mossad, the CIA, Ben Laden and Zarqaoui in the attacks of September 11.
