I think that's a good idea. Besides that, I would like to demand Micro$oft to stop bandling the latest Windows OS and M$Office to new PC immediately. Bandling the latest Windows and M$Office deprived consumer of an opportunity of buying an alternative products such as Linux OS and Openoffice org, much cheaper and better alternative products.

Accourding to the Dell's site(http://www.dellideastorm.com/), many Dell user demands Dell to start bandling Linux and Openoffice org. PC vendor should now stop bandling M$ products or start bandling Linux and Openoffice org to give consumer a wider chance to get an alternative product.
