Al-Anbar Province.

Ar-Ramadi.

Resistance car bomber blasts US camp in ar-Ramadi early Monday morning.

An Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a US military camp near 20 Street in the middle of ar-Ramadi in western Iraq at about 8:30am local time Monday morning.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported residents of the city who witnessed the attack as saying that the fida’i drove his explosives-packed vehicle slowly and when he got close to the camp he surprised the American troops by suddenly swerving towards it at very high speed. The Resistance fighter got very near the camp and then blew up, inflicting very heavy damage to the camp, which also caught fire.

Seven US troops who were near the camp gate at the time were killed or injured in the attack, among them snipers who were posted atop the gate.

Al-Khalidiyah.

Resistance bomb rips through Iraqi puppet army patrol.

In a dispatch posted at 11:40am Mecca time Monday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet army foot patrol on main road not far from the Khalid ibn al-Walid Mosque in al-Khalidiyah, west of Baghdad.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported local residents who witnessed the incident as saying that a bomb that had been plante by the side of the road blew up as an Iraqi puppet army foot patrol was passing by. Four Iraqi puppet troops were killed or wounded in the blast.

Al-Fallujah.

Resistance bomb blasts Iraqi puppet army column Sunday afternoon.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet army patrol ont eh main road near the ash-Shuhada’ bridge in western al-Fallujah at 4pm local time Sunday afternoon.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported eyewitnesses who live in the area as saying that a bomb that had been planted under the side walk beside the main road blew up as a patrol of several pickups belonging to the Iraqi puppet army drove past.

The blast destroyed one of the vehicles, killing or wounding four Iraqi puppet army soldiers. Witnesses said that Iraqi puppet soldiers then began firing indiscriminately, killing one nine-year-old Iraqi child who took a bullet in the head.

Baghdad.

Arab League Assistant Secretary General denies Iraqi puppet police claim that League motorcade was attacked.

Ahmad Bin Hilli, the Assistant Secretary General of the League of Arab States on Monday denied that the motorcade carrying Arab League delegates through Baghdad had come under any attack, according to a dispatch reported by al-Jazeera satellite TV.

Earlier on Monday, the Iraqi puppet police had announced that armed men had attacked the motorcade carrying representatives of the Arab League in western Baghdad on Monday.

The attack supposedly occurred Monday afternoon and the puppet police claimed that three puppet policemen who were accompanying the motorcade had been killed and four others injured. No members of the Arab League delegation were harmed, according to the BBC as monitored by Mafkarat al-Islam.

The Iraqi puppet police reported that armed me opened fire on the motorcade in front of the Umm al-Qura Mosque in western Baghdad.

The Arab League delegation was visiting Baghdad as part of the preparatory work for the “referendum” that the US occupation has arranged to be held in which a new US-backed “constitution” is to be voted on under the guns of the American occupation forces. The Arab League delegation was on its way to meet with Muslim religious leaders with whom the delegates were to have dinner after sunset, break the fast of Ramadan with them.

Resistance bomb blasts US column in ar-Ridwaniyah.

In a dispatch posted at 3:30pm Mecca time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by a US column on the main road in the ar-Ridwaniyah area southwest of Baghdad.

The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of al-Kartan village south of ar-Ridwaniyah as saying that a bomb that had been planted on the main road near the Third Bridge blew up as a column of several American armored vehicles passed by. The blast completely destroyed one of the vehicles, killing or wounding four of the soldiers aboard it.

One US soldier reported killed in Resistance car bombing in western Baghdad at noon.

An Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a US column on the road to the al-Ittisalat neighborhood to the west of Baghdad at 12 noon local time Monday.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that an explosives-laden car that had been parked by the side of the road to the al-Ittisalat neighborhood blew up as a patrol of four US armored vehicles and two Humvees drove past.

The explosion disabled one of the armored vehicles, killing one US soldier and wounding a second. A member of the Iraqi puppet police said that several civilians who happened to be in the area were also injured in the bombing.

Resistance ambushes Iraqi puppet police in as-Sayyidiyah Monday morning.

In a dispatch posted at 11am Mecca time Monday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with automatic weapons and PKS machine guns had attacked an Iraqi puppet police patrol in the as-Sayyidiyah neighborhood south of Baghdad.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that Resistance forces ambushed the puppet policemen as they entered a side street in the middle of as-Sayyidiyah, sparking an approximately 10-minute firefight. Five puppet policemen were wounded in the attack, two of them seriously.

Babil Province.

Al-Mahmudiyah.

Resistance car bomber blasts joint US-Iraqi puppet army patrol early Monday morning.

An Iraqi Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a joint US-Iraqi puppet army patrol on the road from al-Mahmudiyah north to Jurf as-Sakhr, just south of Baghdad, at about 7am local time Monday morning.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported al-Mahmudiyah residents who witnessed the attack as saying that a Resistance fighter detonated his explosive car by a joint patrol that was passing along the same road to the north.

The explosion disabled one Iraqi puppet army vehicle, killing three Iraqi puppet army troops and woundint two others. One American soldier was also severely wounded in the blast.

Diyala Province.

Buhriz.

Resistance car bomb blasts joint US-Iraqi puppet army column Monday morning.

An Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a joint US and Iraqi puppet army column in the town of Buhriz, northeast of Baghdad, at 9am local time Monday morning.

The Mafakrat al-Islam correspondent reported Buhriz residents who witnessed the attack as saying that an explosives-packed car that had been parked by the side of the main road in the town blew up as a joint column of US and Iraqi puppet regime soldiers drove past. The explosion set one of their vehicles on fire.

Afterwards, the American and Iraqi puppet troops began indiscriminate shooting around the area, which they then sealed off completely, making it impossible for the Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent to ascertain anything regarding the nature or extent of casualties suffered as a result of the car bombing.

Ba‘qubah.

Resistance mounts attacks on US, Iraqi puppet forces in Ba‘qubah Monday morning.

In a dispatch posted at 11:10am Mecca time Monday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces had carried out several attacks on US and Iraqi puppet army forces in various areas in and around Ba‘qubah on Monday morning.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses who live in Ba‘qubah as saying that Resistance fighters attacked the provincial puppet government building with mortars at the time when a joint US-Iraqi puppet army patrol was heading towards the facility. The barrage caused heavy damage to the government building, sending columns of smoke rising into the sky.

At about the same time, Iraqi Resistance forces fired four mortar rounds into the puppet police station in Ba‘qubah when US troops were present in the building. The four shells scored direct hits on the police station, but information on the nature or extent of casualties was not available to the Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent.

Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons also ambushed an Iraqi puppet army patrol near the “election center” set up in the al-Wathbah school in the middle of Ba‘qubah. That attack left a number of Iraqi puppet army soldiers wounded.

At-Ta’mim Province.

Kirkuk.

Resistance bomb targets puppet police patrol.

In a dispatch posted at 2:50pm Mecca time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported witnesses who live in Kirkuk as saying that a bomb had exploded by a passing Iraqi puppet police patrol in the al-‘Amal ash-Sha‘bi district of Kirkuk. The blast set fire to one of the police cars and killed four Iraqi puppet policemen and wounded another three of them, the witnesses said.

Al-Hawijah.

Resistance bomb rips through puppet police patrol.

In a dispatch posted at 2:50pm Mecca time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a passing Iraqi puppet police patrol in al-Hawijah, southwest of Kirkuk. The blast destroyed one police car, killing three puppet policemen, two of them officers, witnesses said. Six other puppet policemen were wounded in the attack.

Ninwa Province.

Mosul.

Four US troops reported killed in Mosul car bombing.

In a dispatch posted at 3:15pm Mecca time Monday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance car bomb had blown up by an American military column on the road that leads to the center of Mosul in northern Iraq.

The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent in Mosul reported eyewitnesses as saying that a car packed with explosives that had been parked by the side of the road blew up as the column of several Humvees passed by. The explosion totally destroyed two American vehicles killing four US troops and wounding two more.
