Al-Qa’im.
US warplane bombs home, killing a family of seven in al-Qa’im.
In a dispatch posted at 11:35am Mecca time Friday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier a US fighter plane had bombed a two-story house owned by a local resident in the middle of al-Qa’im, a city in western Iraq near the Syrian border.
The al-Qa’im correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported witnesses as saying that seven people ミ a man, his wife, two girls, and two elderly women ミ were killed in the American air attack.
The correspondent reported that the Director of the Emergency Ward of the city hospital told the press that all the seven family members died instantly in the attack and that the body of one woman, aged 80 according to neighbors, was still under the rubble. Rescue teams were working on its recovery. At the time of reporting, US forces had made no comment on their attack.
Ar-Ramadi.
Three US troops reported killed in roadside bombing.
In a dispatch posted at 11:15am Mecca time Friday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier an Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a passing column of seven American Humvees on 20 Street in the middle of ar-Ramadi in western Iraq.
The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported local residents who witnessed the blast as saying that an explosives-laden car that had been parked by the side of the road blew up as the column went by, completely destroying one Humvee and killing three US troops and wounding two more, one of them seriously.
Al-Fallujah.
Resistance bomb near fuel station blasts US Humvee. American troops arrest motorists who were filling their gas tanks as “suspects.”
In a dispatch posted at 3:35pm Mecca time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by a patrol of five US Humvees and one Bradley armored vehicle at the al-Khazraji fueling station in al-Fallujah, west of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the blast heavily damaged one Humvee that was seen on fire. The correspondent watched as several American soldiers worked to rescue many of their colleagues, but said that it could not be determined whether those pulled from the wreckage were dead or wounded, because of the cordon thrown up by the American forces around the scene of the blast.
After the explosion, the US forces arrested a number of local Iraqis, particularly drivers of cars that were lined up at the fuel station waiting to fill their gas tanks.
Resistance bomb targets joint US-Iraqi puppet army patrol near as-Saqlawiyah early Friday.
An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a joint US-Iraqi puppet army patrol on a road in the as-Saqlawiyah area, north of al-Fallujah, at 9am local time Friday morning.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported residents of as-Saqlawiyah who witnessed the attack as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the road leading to al-Fallujah blew up as a joint patrol was passing.
The explosion destroyed a pickup belonging to the Iraqi puppet army, killing two Iraqi puppet army troops and wounding three more. Two American soldiers were also reported wounded in the blast.
Al-Baghdadi.
Resistance ambush leaves six US mercenary “security contractors” dead early Friday.
Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a column of armored vehicles of the type use by foreign mercenaries working for “security companies” for the American military. The convoy was traveling along the main road leading to the US al-Baghdadi base west of the occupied Iraqi capital at 8am local time Friday morning.
Residents of al-Baghdadi told the Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent that Resistance fighters armed with light weapons, PKS machine guns, and RPG7 rocket-propelled grenades mounted a violent attack on the mercenaries, setting three of the armored cars on fire and killing six and wounding three of the mercenary contractors.
Witnesses told Mafkarat al-Islam that two of the Resistance fighters were also wounded in the engagement before their detachment withdrew from the scene.
Baghdad.
US soldier on foot patrol reported killed in Resistance bombing in ar-Ridwaniyah Friday morning.
An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a foot patrol in the ar-Ridwaniyah area southwest of Baghdad at about 9:30am local time Friday morning.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported ar-Ridwaniyah residents who witnessed the bombing as saying that an explosive device that was planted by the side of an unpaved farm road south of ar-Ridwaniyah blew up as a joint foot patrol was passing by searching for bombs to disarm.
The explosion killed one US soldier and wounded a second. Two Iraqi puppet army soldiers also died in the blast.
Babil Province.
Al-Mahmudiyah.
Three US troops reported killed when car bomber blasts into US checkpoint.
In a dispatch posted at 6:40pm Mecca time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-packed car into a US checkpoint south of the city of al-Mahmudiyah (which is south of Baghdad).
A source in the Iraqi puppet police who asked not to be identified told the correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam in al-Mahmudiyah that the US troops manning the checkpoint saw the death car heading towards them and started to open fire on it. The driver only accelerated to very high speed and blew up near the checkpoint.
According to the source, the explosion killed three American troops and wounded three others.
Al-Yusufiyah.
Resistance bombards US-Iraqi puppet army headquarters early Friday.
Iraqi Resistance forces fired two powerful Grad rockets into a headquarters jointly occupied by US and Iraqi puppet army soldiers east of al-Yusufiyah, a town located to the south of Baghdad at 9:30am local time Friday morning.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported residents of al-Yusufiyah who witnessed the attack as saying that two powerful blasts shook the headquarters and they were followed by secondary explosions coming from within the facility.
Diyala Province.
Ba‘qubah.
Resistance mounts attack on joint US-Iraqi puppet army camp in Ba‘qubah early Friday.
Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a camp jointly occupied by US and Iraqi puppet army soldiers in the as-Sadah area of central Ba‘qubah, northeast of Baghdad at 8am local time Friday morning.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported residents of Ba‘qubah as saying that a detachment of Resistance fighters first attacked the camp with RPG7 rocket-propelled grenades and PKS machine guns. They inflicted considerable material damage on the camp and killed or wounded a number of US and Iraqi puppet army soldiers. Afterwards, the Resistance fighters withdrew and then another detachment of the Resistance bombarded the camp with four mortar rounds that destroyed large parts of the camp and set fires raging inside.
No information on the extent or nature of casualties among the US or Iraqi puppet army forces was available because American and Iraqi puppet army troops encircled the whole area and opened fire indiscriminately keeping local residents and journalists away.

Samarra’.
US soldier reported killed in Resistance bombing Friday afternoon.
An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military patrol in the city of Samarra’, 120km north of Baghdad at 4pm local time Friday afternoon.
The Samarra’ correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported witnesses as saying that the bomb, which was planted next to the main road in the al-Mu‘allimin neighborhood north of the city blew up as a patrol of several US Humvees was passing by.
The witnesses said that the blast disabled one American vehicle, killing one US soldier and wounding two more.
Bayji.
Resistance bombards US base west of Bayji.
In a report posted at 6:20pm Mecca time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired three medium-range Katyusha rockets into the main US base in as-Siniyah area to the west of the city of Bayji, north of Baghdad.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent in Bayji reported a source in the puppet regime’s “Rapid Deployment Forces” as saying that one of the rockets blasted into the administration building on the base and a second slammed into the building next to it. The third rocket landed near the lot where US military vehicles are parked. One Humvee was disabled and three American soldiers were killed and six others wounded, the source reported.
Ad-Dulu‘iyah.
Three US troops reported killed in Iraqi Resistance bombing Friday morning.
An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by an American armored column on a road near al-Bu Hishmah village east of ad-Dulu‘iyah at about 10:30am local time Friday morning.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported eyewitnesses in the village as saying that a massive bomb that was planted by the side of the main road in al-Bu Hishmah blew up as a column of three US armored vehicles and two Humvees was passing by.
The blast set one of the American armored vehicles on fire, killing three US troops and wounding another three American soldiers.
Ninwa Province.
Tall ‘Afar.
Iraqi Red Crescent doctor: US used poisoned gas, chemical bombs against Resistance in Tall ‘Afar.
Dr. Muhammad Qasim, the Director of the Tall ‘Afar Branch of the Iraqi Red Crescent, announced that 90 percent of the people of the city had left as refugees because of the battles raging there as US occupation troops attack Iraqi Resistance forces in the area.
Dr. Qasim gave an exclusive statement to the Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent in Tall ‘Afar on Friday morning. He added that more than 170 cases of poisoning due to American chemical or poisoned gas bombs had been brought into hospitals outside Tall ‘Afar in the nearby cities of Mosul and al-Ba‘aj.
Dr. Qasim said that the US occupation forces used the poisoned chemical and gas bombs in Tall ‘Afar on Wednesday after their troops failed to break the Resistance defenses and get into the neighborhoods of the market and al-Mu‘allimin in the middle of the city.
The doctor stressed that hundreds of residents of the city have been put under threat of death by the savage American bombardment.
Through Mafakarat al-Islam, Dr. Qasim called on what he called “honest satellite TV stations to come to Tall ‘Afar and broadcast what is going on there to the world. He noted that the city remains, until now, in the hands of the Iraqi Resistance, and that the claims by al-‘Arabiyah TV and the puppet regime’s al-‘Iraqiyah station that the city had fallen to the US troops and their Iraqi puppet army were completely untrue.
He stressed again that the Resistance continues to control the entire city and that the US forces outside the city been using tactics of advance and retreat in its attacks on the city since Thursday.
Mosul.
At least six US troops reported killed in afternoon ambush on US supply convoy.
Iraqi Resistance fighters mounted a fierce attack on a convoy of American supply trucks on the main road in the Tall ar-Rumman area south of Mosul at 3pm local time Friday afternoon.
The Mosul correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of Tall ar-Rumman as saying that the attack began when three bombs that had been planted 7km from Tall ar-Rumman by the side of the road leading to Mosul blew up by a convoy of 12 supply trucks and six Humvees. One Humvee and one loaded supply truck were set on fire by the bombs
Following the blasts, Resistance fighters armed with pipe rockets and PKS and other machine guns attacked the convoy. Three more trucks were set ablaze and six US troops killed and three more wounded in that attack.
After the attack, US occupation forces backed by helicopters surrounded the area. Helicopters were observed landing in the area where the attack took place apparently to evacuate the dead and wounded and to haul away the remains of the wrecked vehicles.
Al-Basrah Province.
Az-Zubayr.
Sunni community calls General Strike to protest repressions, arrests targeting them.
Security forces of the US-installed Iraqi puppet regime arrested numerous Sunni residents of az-Zubayr, a town southwest of al-Basrah late on Thursday night.
The al-Basrah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that the puppet regime’s security forces raided the home of Shaykh Nizar Zaki ミ a local Islamic scholar who died two months earlier ミ and arrested one of his sons. The puppet security forces also stole money and gold jewelry from the home.
The Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent reported that a number of worshippers in the Muz‘il Basha Mosque were also arrested. That house of worship was the object of an armed attack the previous week that took the live of one worshipper and wounded four others.
For its part the Sunni religious authority in az-Zubayr called for a general strike on Friday to protest the arbitrary and repressive actions of the security apparatus against members of the Sunni community. The strike is to begin following the afternoon prayer on Friday and continue until Saturday.
In a dispatch posted at 9:40pm Mecca time Friday night, the al-Basrah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that demonstrators gathered in front of the Muz‘il Basha Mosque in az-Zubayr Friday afternoon to demand the release of the Sunnis taken prisoner by the puppet regime’s security forces. The protestors, who chanted their support for the Iraqi Resistance and the Jihad against the occupation demanded that there be no arbitrary searches of homes without proper legal procedures.
