軍隊所属エンジニア（Army Corp of Engineers)に近いところからの情報によると、
１）カトリーナがニューオリンズを直撃したときはカテゴリー２にダウングレードされた
２）ニューオリンズのすぐ東のハリケーンの直撃を受けと場所はカテゴリー４の勢力であった
３）カトリーナがニューオリンズを去った１２時間後に水位が上昇し始めた
４）なにが原因でそうなったかというと、１７番街の近くの堤防が「爆破（blowing up)されたからである
５）さらに２箇所での堤防が完全に決壊（爆破？）されることで、ニューオリンズ警察による救援活動を即座にすることが不可能となった
６）警察はカトリーナが来る「前に」、３分の１の人員を失っていた。彼らは消えてしまい、以来消息がわからない

HURRICANE KATRINA WAS A CAT 2 WHEN IT HIT NEW ORLEANS

This afternoon I had my weekly 2 hour+ visit with Eustace Mullins.
He told me of a conference call he received yesterday from 2 of his firends in NYC who are connected with sources close to the Army Corp of Engineers. He was told the following:
When Katrina actually hit New Orleans, it had been downgraded to a Category 2. Areas immediately EAST of New Orleans got the brunt of the Category 4 portion of the hurricane.
Interestingly enough, approximately 12 hours AFTER Katrina had passed though New Orleans, water levels began to rise. What happened to cause this? The blowing up of the levee near 17th Street. Two more additional breaks were created (blown) to assure the destruction would be complete while making immediate rescue impossible for the New Orleans Police, who lost 1/3rd of their Police Force BEFORE Katrina hit...they flat disappeared and have not been heard from since!
There is much more to this story, including the reasons for all this, which I will cover later.
Suffice it to say there is a Grand Design for the now defunct City of New Orleans, like the rising of the Phoenix, by none other than our Zionist 'friends.', the one's who always make the impossible, possible.

SECOND BATTLE OF NEW ORLEANS
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sabotaged the levee. So say more than 25 eyewitnesses, primarily but not exclusively blacks.
Some weather-warfare experts contend Hurricane Katrina was man-made, created and directed by the latest technology and high-level treachery.
On the ground and in helicopters, FEMA operatives have vowed to identify and snuff out the finger-pointers.
But, like the War of 1812, amid British-instigated violence, a French and American alliance is protecting brave Americans.

This Disaster Was Sheer Incompetence Or Worse
New Orleans, a city of 480,000 people, sits between Lake Pontchartrain and the Mississippi River, and the problem is that it is below water level, and needs dikes to protect it.

When Katrina hit, the winds were down to just a little over 100 miles per hour (Category Three), so this wasn't the monster described.
The storm passed through with minor damage, but the storm surge from the Gulf, caused Lake Pontchartrain to rise three feet.

When you factor in the magnitude of the incompetence, it really isn't out of the realm of possibility.
All the levees required were simple fixes. The gross negligence of the rescue effort, and it's five day delay, will surely prevent the return of most of the blacks.
No doubt there will be some tenement housing built in surrounding areas, for blacks to resettle in, and the real estate developers will offer them pennies for their New Orleans' property.
