Al-Anbar Province.

Al-Qa’im.

Three US troops reported killed in roadside bombing near al-Qa’im Friday afternoon.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US armored column near the al-‘Ubaidi District in the middle of the city of al-Qa’im, which lies on the border with Syria, at 3pm local time Friday afternoon.

Residents of al-‘Ubaydi who saw the attack told Mafkarat al-Islam that a bomb, that was planted by the side of an unpaved desert road that the US military columns frequent, blew up as a column of eight American armored vehicles and four Humvees was passing.

The explosion totally destroyed one armored vehicle, killing three US troops and severely wounding three more.

Al-Fallujah.

Deadly Resistance car bomb blasts US troops in industrial zone early Friday.

An Iraqi Resistance car bomb exploded by a joint US-Iraqi puppet patrol in the industrial zone of southern al-Fallujah at 8am local time Friday morning.

Witnesses told Mafkarat al-Islam that an explosives-laden car that was parked by the side of a back road in the industrial zone exploded by a passing patrol of four US Humvees and three pickups belonging to the Iraqi puppet forces.

The blast set one American Humvee and one pickup belonging to the Iraqi puppets ablaze, killing four US troops and three Iraqi puppets and wounding another two of them, Mafkarat al-Islam reported in its dispatch posted at 9:40am Mecca time Friday morning.

Quds Press, on the other hand, reported in a dispatch posted at 5:13am GMT Friday that one US soldier was killed and six other US troops wounded in the car bombing in al-Fallujah’s industrial zone. Quds Press quoted a source in the puppet so-called “civil police” as saying that a car bomb exploded by a passing US patrol in the industrial zone, destroying one Humvee and damaging a second.

Quds Press said that the blast also damaged nearby shops and that afterwards, American forces sealed off the area as helicopter gun ships prowled the skies in the area. A US unit was seen searching and raiding a number of shops in the zone.

Sources in al-Fallujah told Quds Press that for a about a week US troops had been carrying out extensive raids and searches in many southern neighborhoods of the city arresting dozens of local residents. The American occupation forces have also increased their scrutiny of residents as they come into the city, producing long lines of cars at entrances to al-Fallujah as residents wait to be cleared through American checkpoints outside their city.

US admits two American Marines killed in Resistance bombing near Taribil on Jordanian border Thursday.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded near the Taribil area in western Iraq’s al-Anbar Province, the American occupation command admitted on Friday. In a dispatch posted at 4:pm Kuwait time Friday, the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) reported the American command as acknowledging that two US Marines were killed in the blast that took place on Thursday.

Baghdad.

Friday evening Resistance martyrdom bomber blasts puppet “presidential” guards.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into guards serving the puppet so-called “president of Iraq,” Kurdish chauvinist Jalal at-Talibani on Friday evening, al-Jazeera satellite TV reported. The blast left three Kurdish chauvinist Peshmerga guards dead and eight more wounded.

Al-Jazeera quoted a source in the puppet so-called “interior ministry” as saying that the Resistance attack occurred on the road leading to the headquarters of at-Talibani in Baghdad’s al-Jadiriyah neighborhood. The Peshmergah guards who were killed and wounded had been posted on the street to provide protection for the puppet “president” in the area around his headquarters.

Resistance martyrdom car bomber blasts US column in ad-Durah killing six US troops.

In a dispatch posted at 4:50pm Mecca time, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-packed car into a joint column of US and Iraqi puppet forces in the southern Baghdad suburb of ad-Durah.

Residents of ad-Durah who witnessed the attack told Mafkarat al-Islam that the martyrdom car bomber was able to break into the column and explode in the midst of it, setting one American armored vehicle and one Iraqi troop transport ablaze.

Six US troops were killed and three more American soldiers wounded in the attack. Five Iraqi puppet troops were killed and four other Iraqi puppet soldiers were wounded.

US soldier reported killed in bombing in az-Za‘faraniyah late Friday morning.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a joint US-Iraqi puppet police patrol in the az-Za‘faraniyah area of southeast Baghdad at 11am local time Friday morning.

An Iraqi puppet policeman who asked not to be identified told Mafkarat al-Islam that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the main road in the area blew up next to the joint patrol, heavily damaging a Humvee and killing one US soldier and wounding two other American troops and three Iraqi puppet policemen.

Four US troops reported killed in Resistance bombing in as-Suwaydah early Friday.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US armored column in the as-Suwaydah area to the southwest of Abu Ghurayb at about 9am local time Friday morning.

Residents of as-Suwaydah village told Mafkarat al-Islam that a Resistance bomb, which was planted in the middle of an unpaved farm road, blew up under a US armored vehicle that was part of a column of six such vehicles and two Humvees.

The blast totally destroyed the armored vehicle, killing four US troops and wounding two more.

Resistance bombards US base in at-Taji early Friday.

Iraqi Resistance forces fired four medium-range Katyusha rockets into the US base located east of at-Taji in the northern suburbs of Baghdad at 8am Friday morning.

Residents of ad-Dalayimah village, which lies adjacent to the American-occupied facility, told Mafkarat al-Islam that four explosions rocked the US base as a result of the barrage, sending plumes of smoke billowing into the sky.

US says two Americans wounded when Resistance martyrdom fighter blasts US column in southeast Baghdad.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a US military column in southeastern Baghdad on the al-Qanat (“Canal”) Road leading to ar-Rustamiyah Friday. The attack was the first of four car bombings targeting US and puppet forces in Baghdad Friday on which the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) reported.

The US military claimed that the blast “wounded two US soldiers” according to a dispatch posted by the Saudi News Agency (WAS) at 2:29pm Mecca time Friday. WAS added that a source in the puppet so-called “Iraqi interior ministry” said that the explosion disabled a US Bradley armored vehicle.

Resistance car bomb targets puppet army patrol near ash-Sha‘b Bridge Friday.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into an Iraqi puppet army patrol near the ash-Sha‘b Bridge in Baghdad according to a dispatch posted by the Qatari News Agency (Qana) at 12:42GMT Friday. It was the second Iraqi Resistance car bombing targeting US and Iraqi puppet forces in Baghdad on Friday, according to an account by the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA).

The two news agencies both quoted a source in the puppet security forces as saying that the blast killed six and seriously wounded another 15.

Later, in a dispatch posted at 11:07pm Mecca time (8:07pm GMT) Friday night, al-Jazeera satellite TV reported that the blast in ash-Sha‘b had targeted a puppet army check point and left eight dead and another 15 wounded “most of them” puppet soldiers.

Resistance car bomber targets Iraqi puppet convoy in central Baghdad.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a convoy of Iraqi puppet forces on al-Andalus Square in downtown Baghdad on Friday morning, wounding five puppet soldiers and three civilians, according to a source in the puppet so-called “Iraqi interior ministry” quoted by the Saudi News Agency (WAS) in a dispatch posted at 2:31pm Mecca time Friday.

The Kuwaiti news agency noted that the attack was the third martyrdom car bomb assault on US and puppet forces in Baghdad Friday.

In a dispatch posted at 9:25GMT, Quds Press reported a puppet security source as saying that the car bomb destroyed one Iraqi puppet military vehicle, wounding 10, most of them puppet troops.

The puppet source added that the blast also did damage to private cars that were nearby at the time. An ambulance belonging to the puppet so-called “health ministry” took dead and wounded to hospital.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a US patrol near the area of “Camp Sarah” in eastern Baghdad, according to a dispatch from the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) posted at 5:30pm Kuwait time Friday afternoon.

Resistance martyrdom car bomber strikes US patrol in eastern Baghdad.

KUNA reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that the car bombing, the fourth KUNA reported as taking place in Baghdad on Friday, disabled one US military vehicle and damaged a number of civilian cars and commercial shops nearby. The Kuwaiti agency provided no information on US casualties.

Qatari News Agency reports car bomb attack on US forces; Americans deny.

In a dispatch posted at 9:59am GMT, the Qatari News Agency (Qana) reported that an Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a US convoy in northern Baghdad and exploded, destroying several vehicles. The Qana report offered no other details. Qana did, however, quote an American mouthpiece as “expressing the belief” that there were no US forces in that area at the time of the attack.

In a dispatch posted at 9:25GMT Friday, Quds Press reported that the attack in northern Baghdad left an unspecified number of casualties among the American troops.

Resistance fighters attack puppet police checkpoint in northeast Baghdad.

Iraqi Resistance fighters attacked a puppet police checkpoint in northeastern Baghdad, al-Jazeera satellite TV reported in a dispatch posted at 11:07pm Mecca time (8:07pm GMT) Friday night. Al-Jazeera said that three Iraqi puppet police were killed and two more wounded in the attack.

Resistance martyrdom fighter on motorcycle kills two Iraqi puppet troops.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden motorcycle into an Iraqi puppet checkpoint in northern Baghdad on Friday.

A source in the Iraqi puppet army told al-Jazeera satellite TV in a dispatch posted at 11:07pm Mecca time (8:07pm GMT) Friday night, that the blast left two Iraqi puppet troops dead and one other wounded.

Three puppet troops killed in martyrdom car bomb attack in al-Bayya‘, southwest of Baghdad.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a column of the Iraqi puppet so-called “shock troops” in the al-Bayya‘ area to the southwest of Baghdad on Friday, al-Jazeera satellite TV reported in a dispatch posted at 11:07pm Mecca time (8:07pm GMT) Friday night. The explosion killed three puppet troops and two other persons and wounded 41 others, al-Jazeera said.

Resistance ambushes US patrol in al-Ka‘ud Thursday afternoon.

Iraqi Resistance forces mounted a violent attack on a US patrol in the north of the Jarf as-Sakhr in the al-Ka‘ud area southwest of Baghdad at 5pm local time Thursday afternoon.

Residents of al-Ka‘ud village told the correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons, including RPG7 rocket-propelled grenades, BKC machine guns, and pipe rockets, attacked a US patrol of two armored vehicles and four Humvees, destroying one armored vehicle and one Humvee and killing about six US soldiers and wounding four more of them.

The witnesses added that one Resistance fighter was martyred in the engagement and another wounded.

Babil Province.

Al-Iskandariyah.

Four foreigners, believed to be profiteers, killed by Resistance bomb Friday afternoon.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a column of armor-plated cars on the road leading to the US base west of al-Iskandariyah south of Baghdad at 5pm local time Friday afternoon. The cars were of the type used by foreign profiteer contractors serving the US occupation.

A member of the Iraqi puppet police told a correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam that a bomb, which was planted by the side of the road to the American base, blew up when the armor-plated cars passed by, destroying one of the cars and killing four foreigners who were inside.

Tikrit.

Resistance bombards US headquarters in Tikrit Friday afternoon.

In a dispatch posted at 6pm Mecca time Friday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired twelve C5K rockets at the headquarters of US forces set up in the presidential palace near al-‘Awjah in Tikrit.

Residents of al’Awjah told the correspondent of Mafkarat al-Islam that the attack set off violent explosions that shook various areas of the US-occupied facility, sending columns of smoke rising into the sky over every part of the base.

Balad.

US soldier reported killed in ambush on fuel convoy late Friday morning.

An Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military truck convoy hauling fueld for American forces on the highway linking Baghdad with the north of the country in Balad at 11am local time Friday morning.

Residents of Balad told the Mafkarat al-Islam correspondent that a bomb, which was planted by the side of the main road, exploded as a column of eight military fuel trucks and four Humvees passed by. The blast set one of the army trucks on fire, killing an American soldier.

Samarra’.

Resistance battles US troops in Samarra’ midday Friday.

Iraqi Resistance forces attacked two US patrols in the central and western parts of Samarra’ at 1pm local time Friday. Residents of the al-Mu‘tasim neighborhood in the west of the city told Mafkarat al-Islam that Iraqi Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons, including RPG7 rocket-propelled grenades and BKC machine guns, attacked a US patrol in their neighborhood sparking a battle that lasted for about 20 minutes. Two US Humvees were destroyed and five American soldiers killed in the engagement. Three other US troops were wounded.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported that about half an hour after later a second clash erupted between Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons and 60mm mortars who fought US occupation troops in several neighborhoods in the center of Samarra’. One American Humvee was set on fire and several more US troops were killed or wounded in those clashes.

Residents of the city told Mafkarat al-Islam that after the combat, the Resistance fighters were able to withdraw from the area without having suffered any casualties.

Mosul.

Resistance martyrdom car bomber blasts puppet police station in Mosul Thursday afternoon.

An Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-packed car into a barracks inside the Sannaharib puppet police station in the northwest of Mosul at 5pm Thursday afternoon local time.

Residents of the Sannaharib area told Mafkarat al-Islam that the Resistance fighter drove a car past the cement barriers that US forces had put outside the front gates of the puppet police station and blew up at the entrance to the station itself.

The blast killed or wounded a number of US and Iraqi puppet troops.

Moments after the car bombing, Resistance forces fired seven 82mm mortar rounds into the puppet police station, setting off explosions.
