US finds bodies of 22 executed Americans.
Members of the Iraqi police in al-Fallujah told Mafkarat al-Islam that US forces on Sunday morning found 22 bodies of American troops in the an-Nazal neighborhood. A policeman confirmed that all the Americans had been butchered, some of them beheaded.
The Americans found the bodies thrown on the soccer pitch of the ash-Shuhada’ School in the middle of the neighborhood. The bodies were still stained with fresh blood, meaning that they were killed only the day before. The bodies had been stripped of their body armor and weapons.
The police, on their way to their homes for a break, told Mafkarat al-Islam that this was not the first time that the US forces made such a find of American corpses, but it is the first time that there were as many as 22.

Standing amidst the rubble, the correspondent confirmed that 16 members of the family living in the house had been killed, seven of them children and five women.
As- Sayyid ‘Ali Yusuf, the brother of the home owner who was killed in the attack, told the correspondent that al-‘Ayidhah village is considered one of the most peaceful places in the Mosul area. “We call it ‘the white dove’,” he said, because of the lack of Resistance operations. Children in other neighborhoods mock the local children because there are no Resistance attacks or fighters in their neighborhood, he said.
Yusuf said that either the Americans made the attack intentionally, or the pilot was drunk and didn’t know what he was doing. “Our lives have become the cheapest thing there is for them,” Yusuf observed, “and the so-called Iraqi government is like a scarecrow in a field.”
Witnesses told Mafkarat al-Islam that the Resistance, represented by the al-Qa‘qa‘ Brigades, the Abu Bakr Salafi Squadrons, and the group of Jihad in the Land of the Two Rivers issued a communiqu explaining the reason for the US attack to the people of Mosul.
The communiqu said that the US occupation had begun to follow the path of the Zionist occupation in Palestine, destroying houses and intentionally killing civilians in order to try to anger the populace against the Resistance, explaining after every attack that “gunmen” shot at them or that they “made a mistake” and missed their target, which was “gunmen.” The US hopes thereby to get the people to demand that the Resistance lay down their arms and surrender, on the grounds that it is the populace who are paying the price. “This is a Jewish plan,” the communiqu said, that has begun but will not end except with their breakdown and expulsion from our country and the lands of the Muslims.”
The communiqu assured the people that it would avenge the innocent Iraqis. US forces sealed off the scene of their attack and prevented journalists from taking pictures, other than some photographers for Reuters and the Agence France Presse (AFP) who came with the Americans.
