・バグダッド中心部のグリーゾーンで自動車爆弾が爆発。この攻撃で13名が死亡し，17名が負傷している。
　アメリカ軍はこの攻撃でアメリカ兵の被害は出ていないと主張しているが，現在のところ確認はとれていない。

A martyrdom car bomber has killed 13 people this morning when it detonated next to the heavily fortified area in central Baghdad housing the interim government and US embassy.

A vehicle waiting in line to enter the Green Zone at its western Harthiyah gate exploded as it drove toward the checkpoint, Allawi police said. Hospital officials said that 13 people were killed and 17 wounded in the attack. The US military of course said there were no injuries among its troops however this has not been verified.

The so-called international zone has been the scene of frequent attacks by Iraqi resistance fighters during the past 18 months, killing and wounding dozens of people in car bombings or mortar barrages.
