【英文レジュメ】911事変３周年当日に日本で放映された特集番組
Japanese broadcasts on the 3rd anniversary of the "911 incident"
●今年（2004年）の９月11日には「９１１事変」を題材にした３本の特集番組が
日本でテレビ放映されました。それらの簡単な紹介と、とりわけテレビ朝日の
「たけしの！こんなはずでは!!」の内容の概略紹介を、先日、911真相究明関係の
英語圏のメーリングリストに投稿しました。
以下にそれを再録しておきます。日本で911事変についての疑惑がどのように
扱われているかを、他の国の人たちに知ってもらうのに、多少は役立つかも
しれません。

especially the one describing the 911 incident as an insider job.

On the day of Sep.11(Saturday), Japanese TV showed
3 programs dealing with "911 incident" of the year 2001 as follows;
(1) "BEAT TAKESHI Presents: Unexpected!
Stranger Facts Than Fictions"
(Beat Takeshi No Konna Hazudewa!)
by TV ASAHI network, from 19:00 to 20:53.
(2) "Premium Stage, Special Program: 9.11
True Story of NY Terrorism: Dramatized Memoir
Written by a Wife of the Victim; My Husband
Must Alive! ....Giving Birth to Her 3rd Son During
the Search for Him..."
by FUJI TV network, from 21:00 to 22:53.
(3) "Information Jihad" (Terrorist Group Al-Qaida's New
Kind of Warfare / Pursuing A Mysterious Media
Organization / America's Countermove )
by NHK national TV network, from 21:15 to 22:10.
Before briefing the program (1), I will mention the other programs
here very simply.
The program (2) was a kind of tear-milking soap opera about a
Japanese victim at WTC and his young wife, featuring leading
sob drama actors and actresses such as Emi Wakui, Goro
Inagaki, Ken Ishiguro, Anju Suzuki, etc.
The program (3), aired by NHK quasi-national broadcasting network,
was a investigative -- rather a James-Bond-like adventure -- report
tracking the secret route of Jihad propaganda video CDs. Though it
was an interesting piece as a quasi-adventure story, it seemed
completely lack of intelligent examination of the media materials as if
NHK firmly decided its own way to aide and propagate the White
House's drumbeat across the Pacific Ocean.
Though Japanese media scattered emotional wastes on the 911 incident,
TV ASAHI's rather-comical fact-presenting show led by Mr.Takeshi,
the program (1), is comparably better and epoch-making because
this is the very first presentation about 911 contradictions by mass-media
in Japan.

As of Sept. 15, Video Research, Ltd., Japanese leading audience-rating-
survey company, has released the latest figures -- weekly top 30 ratings
of TV programs broadcasted from 6th to 12th of this September.
In this overall ranking, top 1 was the program (2), FUJI TV's "Premium
Stage, Special Program: 9.11," 21.5 percent in the surveyed area
(Kantou region, that is, around Tokyo).
TV ASAHI's program (1), "BEAT TAKESHI Presents: Unexpected!
Stranger Facts Than Fictions," was the top 20th in this ranking, viewing
rate was 17.6 percent.
NHK's program (3), "Information Jihad," was out of the top 30 ranking.
So I don't know the exact viewing rate of this program.
Video Research, Ltd. estimates 1 percent of viewing rate of Kantou area as
390,000 persons. Incidentally the quasi-national NHK network estimates it
as 380,000 persons within Kantou area and 1,190,000 persons nationwide.
Adopting this presumption, we can conclude that 25.6 million of the nation
viewed FUJI's soap-opera-taste 911 anniversary program (2), and 21 million
people in Japan viewed TV ASAHI's comical touch 911-truth-seeking program.

report of the independent research commission which reveals
the fact that Al-Qaida targeted Japan.
Incidentally Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 911" has brought the great
sensation to the whole America, with straight forward criticism to the
Bush administration.
In these circumstances, we seek for the truths on 7 mysteries.
Let's see the shocking truths of the multiple terror incident.

The program (1) was segmented into 7 mysteries.
In each mystery, a woman narrator briefed the situation and
raised some questions, then introduced the research staff's efforts
and experts' key comments mainly in the U.S., in her eerie voice
like that of a North Korea TV announcer. Then the program host
Takeshi Kitano (Beat Takeshi) and other people in studio simply
chitchatted, stating their loose impressions far from discussing.
Yes, the whole context of the program is like a "sightseeing of
some haunted house full of conspiracies in other country" rather
than truth-seeking or muckraking. With no productive discussion.
its tone is rather a comedy variety show. But this is the very way
in which Japanese commercial TV networks deal with the serious topics.
Summary of 7 segments is as follows:

Mystery #1: Hijacked plane (UA Flight 93) was shot down !?
Started with a review of courses of 4 "hijacked" planes.
Closing-up the United Airlines Flight 93 falling down near
Pittsburgh, PA.
Prof. David Griffin (author of "The New Pearl Harbor") points out
"the debris of the plane were scattered over unbelievably widest area."
All of the debris discovered too far away from the crash site were
retrieved thoroughly by FBI, so the very claim of the unusual scatter
is becoming difficult to survive.
But there is another disturbing claim that the UA 93 was shot down
by USAF F-16.
Canadian investigative journalist, William Thomas (author of "ALL
FALL DOWN"; http://www.willthomas.net/ ) points out " 40 minutes
before the UA 93's crash, another impact was recorded. The latter
was a sonic boom of a jet plane, perhaps F-16."
And recently, another shocking claim has appeared.
Colonel Donn de Grand-pre revealed the pilot of the F-16 who got
honored with some mysterious achievement, perhaps the shooting
down of the UA 93.

Mystery #2: Moving cell-phone calls from the hijacked plane
(UA 93) were fabricated !?
Reportedly the passengers of the hijacked plane (UA 93) called
to their families through cellular phones from the plane in the air
before the clash.
The passengers such as Tom Burnett and Jeremy Glick phoned,
saying that the plane was hijacked and the villains were Arabs who
had killed the pilots with their knives.
But these cell-phone-communication claims has soon become doubtful
because of some statement from an government senior official, Theodore
Olson as the US Justice Department's Solicitor General, whose wife Barbara
Olson was a famous commentator of CNN TV as well as another victim
of the UA 93 crash. Ted Olson first claimed that his wife had phoned him
collect with the onboard telephone, which situation seems very unnatural
as an emergency behavior of a passenger in a hijacked airplane.
Furthermore, the whole records of the onboard telephones are closed t
o the public. And the relevant telephone records were clearly deleted
in the name of "charge-free at the discretion of phone companies."
Thus the evidence of the "calls from the plane" allegations seems to be
destroyed with the loudmouthed echoes lingering and amplifying, scattering
the superstitious claim that it is the Arab terrorists who hijacked and killed
and brought down.
But the strong antagonist has appeared.
Dr. Kee Dewdney, Professor Emeritus of the University of Western Ontario,
has experimentally proved the impossibility of cellular phone communication
between any passenger of an in-flight plane and people on the ground.
In this program, Dewdney and his staff showed their session of the serial
experiments in which they test the probability of cell-phone communication
from an in-flight plane to people on the ground. They tested 3 types of
cellular phones, all of which were available at the altitude of 1000 feet.
One of these phone lost function at 4000 ft. Another became unavailable
at 6000 ft. All types unavailable at 8000 ft. This proves such communication
to be impossible at the altitude of 35.000 ft. where the UA 93 plane flied
when the alleged cell-phone calls were done.
Dr. Dewdney said " I think the families actually received the phone calls
as they don't seem to lie. But the calls were made on the earth, not from
the in-flight plane. It's something like a magic. Voice synthesizer may have
been used in order to deceive the families as if the passenger themselves
had called from the plane.
William Thomas also said "the moving cell-phone story is a fake. The
government cooked it up in order to turn the shooting-down operation
into a touching tale to the public."
The report ends up, and studio scene... Assistant MC (female announcer)
introduces the voice synthesizer made in Japan, which mimics the voice of
the MC (Takeshi) who allegedly goes gallivanting without returning home, with
a synthesized voice speaking " Hey my sweet. I love you. I'll back today."
Yes. this is the merry haha break. But the synthesized voice is too sloppy
to emulate the real voice. So this demonstration damages the persuasion
of the Dewdney's comment.

Mystery #3: Newly Shocking Witness:
Bush's mysterious behavior on the day of 911
As Moore's "Fahrenheit 911" shows precisely, George "Dubya" Bush froze up
for 7 minutes, only sitting in a picture book recital class of Booker Elementally
School after he got whispered by a chief of his staff about the news of the 2nd
WTC attack. This is the world notorious "Dubya's 7 minutes blackout" during
the most critical period on the day of 9/11.
Booker School principal, Gwendolyn Tose-Rigell, and one of those present
from media world, ABC TV reporter Linda Carson, tell the detailed story about
Dubya's school visit.
Reportedly Dubya Bush got aware of the news about the 1st WTC attack in a car
going to the school. But the principal Rigell saw with her own eyes the President,
getting out the car on arrival, went straight to the anteroom, made a phone call to
the presidential aide Condoleezza Rice, to tell that a passenger airplane had just
crashed into WTC though he would continue the school visit. Rigell saw his whole
action and backstage words and deeds. And this words aren't described in Moore's
"Fahrenheit 911."
Linda Carson points out Dubya's speech at a Town Hall Meeting in Orlando, Florida,
after 3 months from the September 11 (December 4, 2001). The President openly
spoke to the large audience (as an answer to a schoolboy named Jordan) that he had
watched the scene of the 1st WTC attack, American Airlines Flight 11 into the north
tower of WTC buildings, on-the-spot live TV broadcast out of the classroom. But
at least, public live broadcast about WTC, in fact, started few minutes after the 1st
"Kamikaze" clash. There is no live broadcast, at least, of the 1st WTC attack.
This episode compellingly leads us into a question.
Dubya Bush in fact had known the 911 attacking in advance?
There are plenty of suspicious facts.
Dubya ignored "Phoenix Memo", for example, which had reported Osama bin Laden's
slotting of his subordinate terrorists into flying schools in America.
Ari Fleischer, the White House press secretary, has confessed that he had cautioned
about the danger of Osama's Kamikaze attack, which alarm was also ignored by the
President of the USA.

Mystery #4: Down-and-dirty Pentagon:
Where was the aeroplane gone?
It has been reported that the passenger plane, American Airlines Flight 77 (AA 77),
a Boeing 757 aircraft, clashed into the Pentagon in the morning on 9/11, 2001.
But is it really?
Ralpf Omholt, former pilot of B-757, asserts "No plane clashed into the Pentagon."
Allan Wallace, a firefighter of the Fort Myer Fire Department abut on the Pentagon,
said "I fixed a fire truck here at the very moment of the clash, heard the big noise
of an explosion, and I got blown off. " But he expressed doubts about the clash,
saying "I cannot consider it as an airplane's clash because of the fewest debris.
Everything was shattered into smallest bits. There remained no evidence of the
airplane clash."
Ralph Omholt said as the expert, " It is impossible for B-757 to rush into the
low-rise Pentagon building without touching a high fence nor the ground. I think
it is sure that some explosive device was used, perhaps some missile."
In fact, the media evidently reported the clashing of a missile-like object
soon after the 9/11 incident. In these reports, Tom Seibert, one of the
Pentagon personnel, said "We heard what sounded like a missile, then
we heard a loud boom." Mike Walter, a reporter of USA Today, said
"I saw it. it was like a cruise missile with wings."
Is their any video that recorded the moment of the alleged "clash" ?
Reporting crew approached a gas station near the Pentagon in hope that
they may obtain the crucial images of the moment of the clash recorded
by a monitoring camera set at the station, which camera has always see
the Pentagon. But the crew failed to obtain it because a Military Policeman
came and hinder them from contacting the GS people.
Though Associated Press published a set of sequential photographs of the
scene comprised of 5 photos, the first photo portrayed the intact building and
the others filmed the fire disaster scene. In short, the very moment of the
alleged clash was unnaturally omitted.
The object clashing into the Pentagon was a B-757 passenger plane or a missile?
Searching for the answer, the crew succeeded in contacting a investigative video
journalist who claimed to have a decisive evidence. He showed photos of the
disaster site at the Pentagon. Remarkable debris which appear a jet engine
blade and its frame are seen in a photo. Comparing the B-757 engine, these are
significantly small. The journalist suggests these are parts of the Global Hawk,
USAF's unmanned aerial vehicle.
This "Global Hawk" hypothesis seems to be logical in considering an eyewitness
account of Danielle O'Brien, air controller at Washington's Dulles airport, who dealt
with AA 77 passenger plane. AA 77 left Dulles airport at 08:20 on the day. But it
began to take a weaving course, finally disappeared from the air traffic controller's
radar screen in Indianapolis at 8:56. After half an hour, the plane appeared again
on the radar screen of the Dulles controller, heading toward the White House at a
dash. She said that the all controller staff had considered the aircraft which had
clashed into the Pentagon to be a military plane in terms of its velocity and
maneuverability. If the object clashing into the Pentagon was really a missile or
military plane such as Global Hawk, where was AA 77 Flight gone?
There was a disturbing report on that day.
WIRED NEWS reported as follows: "Within the hour, another hijacked American
Airlines jet plane crashed on a helicopter landing pad near the Pentagon. There
was extensive damage to the building, however, and 34 people were reportedly

But there has been no follow-up on this matter.
The video journalist who had presented the mysterious engine debris photo
guessed that AA Flight 77 had been cunningly replaced by the military flying
vehicle, which hit the Pentagon.
Ralph Omholt explains "this was a deceitful trick in order to make a pretext
for starting the war. Hitting the Pentagon is a powerful stimulant for driving
the lay people into the war."

Mystery #5: The hijacked planes were remote-controlled !?
The alleged "hijackers," Mohamed Atta and other Arabs, had been reportedly
trained with the flight simulator.
But Mr. Stanley Hilton, lawyer who heads a class suit by some 400 plaintiffs
against the Bush administration on the 911 incident, points out "the alleged
hijackers were not trained for navigating the B-767 jet planes. Their training
was no more than for B-737, too old and different type. So it is logically
impossible for them to navigate the newest type of the B-767. "
Further he suggests a shocking hypothesis, saying "the hijacked planes
may have been electronically hacked by some external controller to get
remote-controlled."
Remote-controlling larger planes has already been proved practicable.
In fact, the USAF had successfully made a coast-to-coast flight of a
remote-controlled Global Hawk from America to Australia half-year before
the 911 incident.
Mr. Hilton said "I have made sure of this remote-control theory. Boeing
Company's technical people told me the fact that the newer planes are
embedded with some remote-controlling receiver chips at the top of
plane bodies."
In order to confirm his words, the reporting crew tried to interview the
Boeing people, but got rejected utterly by the company.
John Coleman, former intelligence officer of British MI6 (and author of
"TOTAL TRUTH: The World Trade Center Conspiracy and Beyond :
America's Blueprint for the New World Order, One World Government")
has pointed out in his book that the clash of EgyptAir Flight 990, the same
type aircraft B-767 as American Airlines 11 and United Airlines 175 both
into WTC towers, off the Massachusetts coast on October 31 in 1999
was also external-electronical-hackingly remote-controlled into the tragedy.
The EgyptAir 990 clash case was officially taken as a mishap brought about
by a crazy suicide of one of the cockpit crew. But the plane's voice recorder
told the different rather mysterious story; the aircraft was evidently lapsed
into "uncontrollable state by the pilot."
There is another strange fact.
According to an news article of local paper "The Telegraph of Nashua" in
New Hampshire on Sep. 13, 2001, the same controller official at the FAA
Nashua Air Traffic Control Center who had dealt with the EgyptAir 990 in
1999 also dealt with both AA 11and UA 175 on Sept. 11, which fact could
suggest a possibility that this official may have been involved in some
external-electronical-hackingly remote-controlling of these jetliners.
The reporting crew tried to contact the control official at Nashua, but
was rejected by the facility.

Mystery #6: Shocking String-Pullers behind the Hijackers
Only 3 days after the 911 incident occurred, Dubya Bush government
assertively published the culprit list of the "hijackers," 19 men of Muslims,
as well as the alleged "evidence" of their racial and religious background,
for example, the Koran, a farewell message and other memos written in
Arabic, alleged hijacker's passport said to have been found below the WTC
scene, etc., and categorically announced that it was Al-Qaida who had just
carried out the simultaneous "Kamikaze" attacks.
But Stanley Hilton, lawyer of the class action against the Bush administration,
has expressed dissent, saying "if the terrorists were Muslims as Bush-men's
claim, they will never leave such evidence as the Koran. This must be a
complete fabrication."
According to an American wife of the alleged "hijacker" Ahmed Alghamdi,
the FBI had not only taken control of Al-Qaida's activities, but also provided
financial help to the group.
Basically, in fact, Al-Qaida was organized and fostered as the surrogate army
for the U.S. forces to fight against the Soviet power in western Asia during the
cold war.
Looking at the strange behavior of the FBI on Al-Qaida, the reporting crew
found a tragic and mysterious death of a FBI agent, John O'Neill.
Mr. O'Neill was the leading expert about Al-Qaida, in fact, led the FBI's
investigation of the October 2000 terrorist bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen.
But this investigation got killed off and he and his team were pulled out of
Yemen by the bureau itself. O'Neill, the aggressive hunter after Al-Qaida, finally
lost interest in the bureau of hindrance, then resigned the office. And on the day
of 9/11, he disappeared in the collapsing WTC building, to be believed dead there.
Visiting the FBI's New York office, the reporting crew tried to hear about Mr. O'Neill
in his days. Wesley Wong, special agent on terrorism, said "John O'Neill was the
remarkable man who had become the first to grapple seriously with Al-Qaida's
threat toward America. He was the most knowledgeable about Al-Qaida. He was
reportedly disaffected toward certain group or organization, most of which I think
is true. I cannot comment any longer."

Mystery #7: Strange Bedfellows:
Bush and Osama bin Laden
In his "Fahrenheit 911," Michael Moore pointed out the strange fact that Bush
government had helped 2 dozens members of the bin Laden family escape
abroad by air, with going so far as arranging chartered flights, in the immediate
aftermath of the 911 incident in spite of the total prohibition of all the commercial
airlines. Moore claims the government should have examined them instead of
letting them get away.
The reporting crew has acquired the list of passengers who had flied away for
Paris from the Logan airport in Boston on September 19, 2001.
The list from Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) evidently shows that many members
of the bin Laden family left the U.S.
The bin Laden family is well known to be one of the richest in the world, and one
of the largest investor of many U.S. corporations. Furthermore, an elder brother
of Osama is one of the executive directors of the Carlyle Group, the financial
background of "Papa" Bush.
In short, the Bush family and bin Laden family are a symbiotic live-and-let-live system.
Soon after the 911 incident, some media people pointed out the ethical question
on this dubious relationship between the Bushes and bin Ladens. For example,
as "Fahrenheit 911" describes, White House reporter Ms. Helen Thomas questioned
as follows:
"In the White House view there is no ethical conflict in former President Bush
and former Secretary of State Jim Baker using their contacts with world leaders
to represent one of the most well-known military arms dealers, the Carlyle Group?"
White House press secretary, Ari Fleischer, fobbed off by stating as follows:
"The President has full faith that his family will conform with all proper ethics laws,
all ethics laws, and will act properly in their conduct."
Also in this movie, Craig Unger (author of "House of Bush, House of Saud") mentioned
the "Osama Only Dangerous" theory as follows:
"Osama has always been portrayed as the bad apple, the black sheep of the family
and that they cut off all relationship with him around 1994. In fact things are much
more complicated than that. "
Yes. Things are much more complicated.
Osama had contact with other family members since the alleged "cut-off."
In fact, there is a video footage which purportedly filmed the scene of a wedding
in the summer of 2000 , in which one of Osama's sons got married in Afghanistan
and several family members showed up at the wedding.
Furthermore, Carmen bin Laden, Osama's sister-in-law, talked in a CNN program
that she couldn't believe that the bin Laden family cut completely the emotional tie
with Osama to let him be in difficult position.
That means Dubya Bush government actually helped the runaway of most primary
witnesses of the principal culprit which the government itself had just presumed as such.
Why has the Bush administration apparently harbored the bin Laden family?
The hint is special interests shared among these people.
Special interests in waging wars and oil.
Waging wars not only brings huge profit to the military-industrial complex, but also
promise the world hegemony and the oil lordship to the U.S.
In fact, there is an estimate that Bush-related private corporations will get the great mass
of 66 trillion yen to be expended by the government in the name of "Iraq reconstruction."
As a matter of fact, the star players of Dubya Bush government are all the oilmen.
Dubya Bush was a notorious oilman who had run several oil company downhill.
His national security advisor, Condoleezza Rice, was a director of the Chevron
Corporation, one of the oil majors.
Vice President Dick Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton.
As "Fahrenheit 911" points out, invading Iraq means obtaining the second largest
oil-producing country in the world.
Furthermore, some analysts say Osama bin Laden may be left at large as a convenient
"Public Enemy No.1" in the world. The Bush government may use him and his militia
followers as a psychological terror generator along with conflict ignition, in order to get
other countries to depend on the U.S. , which will facilitate the U.S. to gain dominion
over the world.
In fact, David Griffin says "many people now refer to the 911 incident as 'the New
Pearl Harbor' because the incident was used as the pretext for waging wars."
In order to understand his words, we need to track back the history.
On December 7, 1941, Japanese forces made a sneak attack at Pearl Harbor
which resulted in the wipeout of American forces and more than 2,000 casualties.
Some historians have claimed that President Roosevelt didn't intercept the attack
though he had known the Japanese plan in advance thanks to monitored communication
with already broken-code in Japanese side. If it's true, the plausible reason is that
Franklin D. Roosevelt won the election with his campaign pledge that he would never
wage war. In order the U.S. to enter the war, the White House needed a good pretext
which all American people would accept. And the Pearl Harbor attack simply brought
it to him.
Prof. Griffin points out that the 911 incident was Dubya Bush's "New Pearl Harbor"
for waging new war, and that Bush exploited the incident without intercepting in spite
of the detection in advance.
How much Bush had known about the 911 sneak attacks in advance?
The answer is still in the darkness...

We are pleased to announce that the final test of
Project Achilles was completed today with a cellphone
test flight involving a Piper Aztec twin-engine aircraft
over London, Ontario. Aboard was a video crew from Japan
on contract to ASAHI (one of Japan's major TV broadcast
networks) to make a documentary about our cellphone
testflights, as documented on the physics911 website.
Flying conditions were perfect over London, Ontario
today. In fact they were nearly identical to the
conditions that prevailed on the morning of September
11, 2001. The sky was cloudless, with light winds from
the northwest. The results of the test were consistent
with earlier results and 8000 feet (abga) proved to be
something of an absolute limit for the Aztec. A complete
description of the experiment and its outcome will be
sent to Leland for posting within a week. One surprise
of the test: my personal cellphone performed as well as
either of the other two high end cellphones employed by
the technician, Lee Bennett. This was the same cellphone
I used in a simple, private experiment that I recently
performed flying out of Detroit in a 26-seater Metro
commuter aircraft. It reported "no service" at
approximately 1000 feet altitude.
Although we do not have the funds to rent such a large
aircraft (let alone a 757), it seems clear from this,
along with a significant amount of other anecdotal
evidence, that the cutoff altitude for large passenger
aircraft is no hogher than 2000 feet.
The ASAHI documentary is called simply "911" and will
air on that very date in major cities across Japan in
less than a month from now. The documentary will last
two hours and will feature four half-hour segments, one
of them on our cellphone experiments. The documentary
will apparently share our sceptical tone and will
highlight the work of SPINE.
A somewhat humorous incident occurred during the taping.
Someone noticed that the (Ontario) licence number on one
of the minivans rented by the film crew was
ATTA 448
I hesitate to suggest that this was some kind of omen!
