Zionists Encouraging Jewish Immigration, Denying Palestinians Right to Return

Zionist regime Foreign Minister Sylvan Shalom arrived in Addis Ababa on Wednesday on an official visit to Ethiopia. He is also scheduled to visit the Falash Mura Jewish community in Gondar province.
It is believed that encouraging Ethiopian Jews to immigrate to the occupied territories in Palestine is one of the objectives of the Israeli foreign minister's trip to Ethiopia.
Shalom's visit to Ethiopia is happening at a time when the Zionist regime is experiencing a crisis, particularly as far encouraging Jews to immigrate there, with more Jews leaving than immigrating.
Statistics reveal that immigration into the occupied lands decreased by 31 percent in 2003 compared to 2002. Meanwhile, there are reports that 270,000 Jewish residents of the Zionist regime have resettled in other countries in recent years.
Shalom's trip to Ethiopia is clearly an effort to reverse the trend. In line with this objective, the Zionist regime has agreed to finance the immigration of 20,000 Ethiopian Jews to the occupied lands.
Earlier, during Operation Moses in 1984 and Operation Solomon in 1991, the Zionist regime airlifted about 35,000 Ethiopian Jews to the occupied lands. Up to 80,000 Ethiopian Jews now live in Israel, where they face considerable economic, social, and political discrimination.
As a matter of fact, the Ethiopian Jews and other Asian and African Jews living there are treated as second class citizens in the occupied lands. Given the fact that Israel is a racist regime, it is not hard to predict the fate of those who venture to immigrate there.
In the meantime, by hiding its true racist nature, the Zionist regime has resorted to a disinformation campaign to attract more Jews from other parts of the world in a bid to continue its expansionist policies in the region.
In fact, the Zionist regime seeks to take advantage of the immigrants to realize its aims. Jews all over the world should be aware of the fact that immigration would not be beneficial for them.
The Zionist regime is encouraging Jews to immigrate to the occupied lands at a time when it is claiming that there is no room to accommodate Palestinian refugees returning from abroad and denying them their legitimate right of return to their homeland.
