【エアー・フラッシュ墜落/フランス/コード・オレンジ】
3日の土曜日に紅海で墜落したエアー・フラッシュのチャーター機には、初期報道では2人のフランスに嫁いだ日本人女性が搭乗していたと聞いたが、その後この2人の女性が誰であるなどの続報がない。
これは、今までの日本の飛行機事故の報道にしては奇妙なことだ。従来ならば、他国の犠牲者のことは無関心と思われるほど日本人に拘るのに今回はフォローがないようだ。
また、エジプト当局は直後からこの墜落は（テロではなく）事故であると断定している。
すでにアメリカがテロへの警戒基準を「コード・オレンジ」に上げているなかで、これは不自然でもある。
これはポール・ウェルストン議員一家墜落やケネディ・ジュニアの墜落事件の時を思わせる。
また、911直後の「テロリスト」を断定した手際の良さにも通じるものを感じる。
4日には、イタリアの日刊紙”イル・メセッジェロ”に興味深い記事が載ったらしい。

もらったメールによると、有名なイタリアのダンサーの息子であるアレッサンドロ・パガニーニが丁度シャルムエル・シークに遊びに行っていて墜落を目撃していた。アレッサンドロによれば、夜通し楽しんだ明け方に「輝く火の玉が海に落ちていくのを見たが、最初は流れ星かミサイルだと思った。」また、「最初に遠くで雷のような音を聞いたとたんに、火の玉が海に突っ込んでいくのが見えた。爆発音はなく、とても静かだった。あとで、とんでもないニュースを聞いたが、あれは飛行機だったんだ。」と述べているとのこと。

Rome - "First I heard a sound like distant thunder, then suddenly I saw a fireball that sank perpendicular towards the sea. I heard no explosion, there was just absolute silence. later I heard the dramatic news. It was an airplane".
That is the story of Alessandro Paganini, son of Raffaele, the famous Italian dancer, returned yesterday to Rome from Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt and witness to the tragedy of the Red Sea crash which claimed the lives of 148 people. Paganini was on vacation with a group of friends in Egypt where he stayed at the "Tower One" hotel, the same Red Sea resort where English PM Tony Blair was staying with his family.
"It was approximately 4a.m., Egyptian time - Paganini reports - I had spent a magnificent evening with friends. We decided to take a walk down to the beach, the sky was ablaze with stars, everything appeared immovable. Then suddenly we saw the fireball, a luminous sphere that sank into the waters of the Red Sea. At the beginning we thought we had seen a comet or a missile. Unfortunately, some time later we discovered the truth. We awakened to the din of the military helicopters, you can only imagine what happened in the hours to come, with the boats making the journey back and forth between the beach and the area of the sea in which those poor bodies floated".
離陸直後の「技術的障害」による事故と報道されているが、このイタリアの有名人の証言とは矛盾する。

ここには少なくとも報道管制が感じられ、「事故」の状況は証言によれば、ウェルストン議員のときのように「電磁攻撃」の可能性がある。

この墜落の犠牲者は大半がフランス人であり、シャルム・エルシークというリゾート地から帰国する途中だった。このリゾート地には「事故」当時トニー・ブレアも滞在しており、「事故後」にイラクの英国兵を「電撃訪問」していつものセリフで煽っている。このリゾート地はまた、今では用をなさなくなったパレスチナの「ロードマップ」会議も行われており、911コネクションのテリトリーでもあるようだ。
クリスマスとは、地球が冬至を迎え新しい太陽周回を始める時であり天文学的には新年のことだ。
このホリデーシーズンに向けて、フランスではエール・フランスのロサンジェルス便が米当局の「間違った指摘」によって欠航となった。

このエール・フランスの欠航に関する「テロリスト情報」の運び屋はコリン・パウエルが自ら足を運び、フランスの首相が決定している。コード・オレンジは、このエール・フランスの欠航の根拠となったアメリカ情報が「間違い」と判明した後になっても撤回されることはなく、クリスマスから新年にかけてのホリデーシーズンには「テロの恐怖感」が引き続き充満した。ワシントン・ポストは「ハイジャックされたエール・フランス機はラスベガスに突入する」ことになっていたらしい。

これはアメリカ国民および、クリスマスを重要視する文化圏の人々を「テロの恐怖」に釘付けにする心理作戦であり、この恐怖感に乗じてアメリカへの入国に関して顔写真と指紋のチェックを制度化するということが行われている。これには日本の法務関係者も賛意を示すなど、お決まりの家畜化が進行している。

このような流れのなかで、フランス人を乗せたエジプトのチャーター機が墜落したなら、これを「テロ」とすれば、アメリカはエール・フランスの欠航に関する汚名を挽回することができるはずだが、それをしないで「技術的障害」を原因としたのはなにか裏があると思われる。
パウウェルと仏首相ジャン・ピエール・ラファリンは「テロとの戦い」においてなにか密約を交わしたのだろうか。もし、そうだとしたら、それはフランス国民を133人ほど犠牲にしてもかまわないものだったのだろうか。また、エジプトのムバラク大統領はどのような役回りなのだろうか。

French Divers Find Egypt Crash Flight Recorder. Agency Says

CAIRO (Reuters) - French divers have located a flight recorder and the exact position of the plane which crashed into the Red Sea killing all 148 people on board, Egypt's official Middle East News Agency said Tuesday, quoting French sources.
The divers located the wreckage by detecting the signal which the flight recorders emit, it said.
French officials were not immediately available to confirm the report.
The Paris-bound flight, carrying 133 French tourists and 15 other people, crashed Saturday into deep waters off the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.
A French official said Tuesday that salvage workers may have detected a signal from the "black box" flight recorder.
A "black box," which records technical data about the flight and conversations between pilots, should help explain what caused the crash.
France said Monday it attached little credence to a previously unknown Islamic group's claim to have brought down the plane. Egypt has ruled out an attack.

The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge, today announced the decision to raise the national threat level to its second highest ... Orange, for "High" threat probability.
This is the fifth time the level has been raised to Orange since its inception, and the first time since May.
"Information indicates that extremists abroad are anticipating near-term attacks that they believe will rival or exceed the scope and impact of those we experienced in New York, at the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania more than two years ago,"
Ridge said.
"We have not raised the threat level in this country for six months, but we have raised it before. And as before, Americans can be assured that we know what we must do and we are doing it."
Intelligence agencies have "received a substantial increase in the volume of threat-related intelligence reports," he said.
According to Ridge, "These credible sources suggest the possibility of attacks against the homeland around the holiday season and beyond. These strategic indicators, including al-Qaida's continued desire to carry out attacks against our homeland, are perhaps greater now than at any point since Sept. 11."
Ridge further reported that "recent reporting reiterates that al-Qaida continues to consider using aircraft as a weapon. They are evaluating procedures both here and abroad to find gaps in our security posture that can be exploited."

Today, The United States Government raised the national threat level from an Elevated to High risk of terrorist attack - or from Code Yellow to Code Orange.
We know from experience that the increased security that is implemented when we raise the threat level, along with increased vigilance, can help disrupt or deter terrorist attacks.
The U.S. Intelligence Community has received a substantial increase in the volume of threat related intelligence reports.
These credible sources suggest the possibility of attacks against the homeland around the holiday season and beyond.
The strategic indicators, including al-Qaida's continued desire to carry out attacks against our homeland, are perhaps greater now than at any point since September 11th.
Information indicates that extremists abroad are anticipating near-term attacks that they believe will rival - or exceed - the scope and impact of those we experienced in New York, at the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania more than two years ago.
Recent reporting reiterates that al-Qaida continues to consider using aircraft as a weapon. And they are evaluating procedures both here and abroad to find gaps in our security posture that can be exploited.
Our actions are directed against their efforts.
We have not raised the threat level in this country for six months - but we have raised it before.
Homeland security professionals at all levels of government and in the private sector are hard at work to increase security in your community, state and across the nation.
Americans should know that with this announcement comes action.
A specific plan is going into place as we speak. Most importantly, we are sharing appropriately specific information with those who need it and can act upon it.
Already, I have spoken to the nation's Governors, Homeland Security Advisors, Mayors, and other local officials and asked them to review the security measures they currently have in place, and to increase protections to thwart terrorist attacks.
And, they are doing so.
In addition, we have made calls to officials from states and major cities throughout the past week reminding them to be on heightened alert, and now I have called on them to increase their levels of security.
Leaders in the private sector that control resources critical to our country have also been contacted today, and provided with specific measures for them to take to protect those resources.
Where appropriate, we have also shared specific information with foreign countries to enlist their help in combating these terrorist threats.
All Federal departments and agencies are implementing action plans in response to the increase in the threat level.
We have enhanced security at our nation's airports and around other transportation systems and infrastructure.
We will re-deploy agents and other resources at our borders to meet the current threat. And, there will be more Coast Guard air and sea patrols off our shores, in our ports, and escorting ships.
Obviously, I will not outline all of the actions that are being taken to protect our citizens. We will not broadcast our plans to the terrorists.
But, extensive new protections have been or soon will be put in place all across the country.
I can assure you that your government will stand at the ready, twenty-four hours a day, to stop terrorism during this holiday season, and beyond.
In addition to knowing that homeland security professionals at all levels are working to keep our communities safe, we ask individual Americans to do a few additional things during this time of heightened alert.
I have said it before - and I am saying it again - homeland security begins at home. Never has that been more true.
Your awareness and vigilance can help tremendously, so please use your common sense and report suspicious packages, vehicles, or activities to local law enforcement.
Go over your family emergency plans, and if you haven't developed one already, do it now.
These kind of precautions are just good sense. And, I can tell you from personal experience that those of us who were affected during hurricane season were glad we had done some advance planning to prepare.
For those traveling during this holiday season, let me thank you in advance for putting up with some inconveniences.
As we learned at Thanksgiving, the additional security measures require some additional patience.
But we did a good job keeping things safe - and not too slow - at our airports and we believe that with your cooperation the same will be true in the coming days and weeks.
Finally - no matter your faith or culture - now is the time of year for important celebrations.
So, I encourage you to continue with your holiday plans. Gather with your family and friends and enjoy the spirit of this season.
There is no doubt that we have a lot to be thankful for - not the least of which the opportunity to live in the greatest country in the world. It is a country that will not be bent by terror.
It is a country that will not be broken by fear. But instead, we are a country blessed with a population marked by goodwill and great resolve.
We will show the terrorists both this holiday season - goodwill toward our fellow men, readiness and resolve to protect our families and our freedom.
