ZABUL: Taliban Take 7 Districts of Zabul
ZABUL/KANDAHAR (AZZAM):

It appears as though the Holy month of Ramadan as initiated a reversal of fortune in the Taliban's favour.
Reports coming in from the field have revealed that the Taliban have taken full control of seven districts in the Zabul province.
The districts, namely Shahjoee, Chopan, Khaak Afghan, Addayghaar, Nobahar, Shenkee and Tamazad have almost no US military presence and the Khost-Kabul highway has now been cut off to all non-Taliban carriage.
These recent victories have come from a series of operations in the Zabul, Kandahar, Khost and Kunar regions.
The US and Coalition fighters have sustained heavy casualties during this major operation by the Taliban forces.
However as per usual the reality of the situation is being kept hush by the US military and western media as a whole.
Military analysts are now suggesting that the recent procurements by the Taliban may be temporary, in moves reminiscent of previous successful strategies by the Taliban.
